Michele ortega She s in customer service she was awesome she is still helping me I needed a screw cover for my front door and she has went above and beyond I ve never had somebody that has been so kind and who has stayed on top of helping me She has emailed me about things we have had telephone conversations and she also follows up I have to say she is awesome very very pleased with her
