More than two months and 4 mechanic appointments f...

More than two months and 4 mechanic appointments further, the dishwasher was finally made!

(wk29-2019) July 15, our dishwasher broke, but oh well .. luckily, we had insurance from Bauknecht / Whirlpool and a holiday was planned. So washing up was not too bad.
(wk31-2019) Appointment made with mechanic. On August 1, the mechanic quickly found the problem. Unfortunately he couldn't make it. A part had to be ordered. Within a few days that part would be in and he could still make it.
(wk33-2019) Tuesday, August 13, another mechanic came with the wrong part ... And then it became quiet!

(wk 35-2019) Raise the alarm yourself (you're so tired of doing the dishes) to inquire where the right part was. In the end it turned out that the part had not even been ordered! It was again promised to order the part and at the same time an appointment was made for week 38-2019. It also indicated that nobody is normally home on the agreed Tuesday. "No problem: the technician will call half an hour before he is on his way".
That day, the technician left the voicemail message that he was arriving. 13 minutes later, someone came to our house to open the door, but that person only found a note "the mechanic has been". Immediately contacted: technician should still be nearby, but the office did not get in touch with him anymore.
Lost opportunity ... For now, just wash the dishes ...

(wk 39-2019) New appointment was made again. Again on a Tuesday, but now well prepared: someone in the house all day!

Technician let in, but unfortunately, he couldn't fix the dishwasher again. The reason was not known to me when the mechanic left.

When I came home myself I contacted Bauknecht / Whirlpool with the question 1, why the appliance was not made and question 2, whether I was eligible for the insurance taken out by now (takes quite a long time), which states that if Bauknecht / Whirlpool indicates that it cannot make the appliance and it is replaced by a new one. I was transferred to the appropriate insurance agency where they told me that I am indeed entitled to a new dishwasher, if the technician indicates that the current appliance can no longer be repaired.

(still wk 39-2019) Call again Bauknecht / Whirlpool to share that latest info. I would be called back the next day because the technician in question had not yet submitted his report. That's why the man on the phone still couldn't tell me why the dishwasher still couldn't be fixed.

(now more than a week later) Until today, nothing more from Bauknecht / Whirlpool ...

And I do the dishes.

So now my question is, does anyone know how to fix this further?
and oh yeah, does anyone have any detergent left?

The customer service is just as bad as the mess they sell.

After having decorated our whole kitchen with four machines from bauknecht, the misery started. We have an extra guarantee (for what you can call warranty), because we bought 4 devices.

The fridge:
The door is difficult to close and then does not close properly, the entire rear is frozen with an inch of ice.

The dishwasher:
Door is difficult to close, and then water leaks on the floor. The dishes can sometimes be re-done by hand and as a slap on the fire, the PCB will die. The dishwasher has already been replaced by a loyal Siemens (highly recommended!)

Coffee machine:
The employer would be happy with it. The coffee is not at temperature and gives half a cup. After a few half cups, the coffee bean grinder was stuck. The mechanic came along, obviously anti-social costs that we had to pay. Mechanic came to conclude that a piece of plastic that had the same color as the machine had come out of a sack of beans.

These are a few examples of our experience with bauknecht / whirlpool.

After a lot of bullshit, contact the customer service. Customer service or his nose bleeds is not friendly and can only read from a book, but in that book is not the word leniency. I can understand their mood a little bit if they also get worthless coffee from a bauknecht device. I can almost furnish a kitchen with Siemens appliances from the call-out costs.

Do not do business with these guys!

Kitchen purchased from kitchen competitor 2 years ago, with Whirlpool equipment. Problems with the display of the oven from the start. A month ago the oven didn't do anything anymore. After calling a number of times, a service appointment has finally been scheduled.
During the visit, the technician said that the plug of the display had been removed, and that this must have already been done in the factory, because that is out of the question.
We are then asked to pay 90 PREMIUM COSTS for a 10-minute visit. If we had known that this joke was so expensive and not covered by the guarantee, my friend would have been messing around with the oven. Ridiculous practices. No more Whirlpool for us!

After 2.5 years to use a freezer and maintain it regularly, this piece went on (one day with freezing, complete contents rot, +/- 5 kilos of meat can be thrown away). 1 star is actually still too much. How wrong have I been in the quality of this brand. Bought a washing machine 5 months ago via CoolBlue and you already recommend it cures and even so much that it can no longer be used. something with the temperature sensor or element. I call Whirlpool to have this repaired first (with all due respect a Belgian on the line who in my opinion is really difficult to understand and understand) and what do you think more than a month later was the first opportunity for the mechanic to visit come. Downright scandalous. I find it even more scandalous because this problem has been around for quite some time and is therefore not being addressed by this company. I bought a dryer at whirlpool and (1 month of use) it became defective within the warranty period. I called and an appointment would be made to see what was going on. Corona took her ff but they couldn't do anything about it. In the end, the mechanic came and ordered something. The second time he was there, he replaced something. But since then my dryer has started leaking and that's why I got a leak. I saw that he had connected the hoses incorrectly.

Then I contacted Whirlpool and they sent me a technician to see if the first technician made a mistake. He has established that an error has been made by the mechanic. It's also on the paper. My dryer does them again now but got damaged by the leak. I have had contact with whirlpool again, but they have sent me an email from but he cannot indicate that the fault lies with the mechanic. Due to a short circuit caused by Stedin, our apartment complex was under high voltage, causing various equipment to break down.

In order to get the costs declared from Stedin, we must send quotations from all technicians and / or new equipment.

I've been trying to get a normal quote from Whirlpool for 10 days now, emailed 4 times, called 10 times, it's really the worst organization I've ever dealt with.

If you don't believe me and think that this is just an angry review from a dissatisfied customer, I would say give them a call and experience what answers you get in the mail.

We have had a dishwasher of this brand since April...

We have had a dishwasher of this brand since April 2019, what a regret to buy something from whirlpool. First had been calling for months for 1 rubber, yes, 1 rubber that had come loose from a cast iron pan holder. Got 12 bags x4 wrong rubbers up to 2x. I had an angry supervisor on the line because I could not give him the 12-digit code, which is under the hob. And my husband had already placed it, so don't pop out, right? Finally received a box with 4 new cast iron pan supports. Just like that, without my being told. Anyway, problem solved. But we are not finished yet, even though from day 1 now 1.5 years of problems with the dishwasher, then it works, it does not, it gets hot, then not, normal time on program sometimes takes a whole night. 2 weeks ago, Oct 28, after 4 weeks of waiting, a technician comes. Hangs the drain to the tap with tie bars, so that it does not hang too far in it. Good, machine is working again. In the evening flooding over my laminate floor, the mechanic had dismantled the chiffon and when the pans were washed the kitchen cupboard filled with water, right on my floor. Mop, mop and hope the next day that laminate is not bulging. Fortunately, good quality laminate, so that was not a problem, otherwise whirlpool would have a claim on their pants. Now 2 weeks later, the dishwasher doesn't work again, just Gebelt. Wait another 3 weeks. And a man on the phone who is only allowed to say yes and no, and does not answer your meanwhile rather irritated questions. Or in other words, what a bad organization that never buys a whirlpool, but never anything from that brand.

After 6 years, my Cappuccino machine had too little pressure to suck in the milk. After a failure report I had to wait another week for the engineer and during that week the machine stopped completely; the water did not come up to temperature after a 1st coffee. Had to switch the machine on again each time to get 1 coffee out. After a first examination and ordering of various parts, a 4-hour repair was required. RESULT: Machine works like new again. Michel also made the drive rails normal again, because they just didn't slide out enough to refill the beans properly. Below 3 replaced parts, in addition all rubber sealing rings have been replaced.

What a terrible company when it comes to service. We want a new water filter because it has been broken by a piece of laundry that was shot out of the drum (apparently that is possible). Call Whirlpool: "We can only send a technician. Costs or nothing (warranty) or 160 euros (user damage)". And thanks, nice guess! I just want a water filter sent to me. "We can't do that. You can order it at europarts".
At Europarts they only have it with the pump attached. Costs 60 euros, while the filter separately costs ten euros. Return to Whirlpool. "Nothing to do about it, I can't send a separate part, sir."
How do you come up with that. Only after intervention by Coolblue, where we bought the machine 5 months earlier, do we receive - after a good week without a working washing machine - a water filter in the mail. No more sorry, no service, no more customer. Opportunity-free business.

Next day called with whirlpool and was told that the next opportunity for the engineer was waiting 3 weeks .. a pity but nothing that could be done. Then suddenly I got a call from the mechanic himself that he had time earlier. So within a week. Fortunately, it turned out to be covered by warranty. And he went to order a new door. What a bad service at this company. After waiting for the technician for three weeks, we were told that the error message on our dishwasher means an error in the electronics and that things have to be ordered first. We had already passed on the error message when making this appointment, so we waited three weeks for this appointment anyway. Then a new appointment will be scheduled, wait another two weeks! Called customer service, they cannot mean anything. And if we ask if we can be put on a waiting list, so that we can be called when someone cancels an appointment (which they say they have a lot of trouble with due to Corona, hence the long waiting time), the gentleman on the phone does not understand we mean and nothing is possible. Worthless service. After 1.5 years the motor of my dryer is defective. Eventually have to wait 2 weeks for a new engine. Mechanic indicates that replaced products come with a 4-year warranty, after which I am told to contact customer service that this is not the case. There is also no compensation. I strongly recommend whirpool to everyone !!!

Update:
After contact via the Facebook chat I came to the conclusion that I could register my product for an additional 3 year warranty. If something goes wrong, I can pay the call out costs and labor hours myself. Only the part will be reimbursed. (I only hear that when I have registered) I strongly advise against whirpool. Keep important information behind and lie where you stand. So it's not even worth that one star!

Purchased a new washing machine in March. In November I received an f05 error message. Mechanic had to be added because I couldn't get the filter off. There appears to be a sock in the filter. I found this a bit strange but ala. I was informed that this time it would be covered by the warranty but the next time it came for my own account. You hope that it will never happen again, because yes it actually means that you can no longer wash socks. And yes, in January, not even 2.5 months later, another f05 error message and the filter with no possibility to get loose. Another mechanic and if I just wanted to pay 103.50 because it is a user error !!! I have of course expressed my dissatisfaction about this. That this is a strange story to me. I have had 2 washing machines and have never had problems with socks that end up in filters. It becomes a bit of an expensive business if a technician has to come by every 2 months. Against deaf ears of course, but noted on the invoice that "the customer is not open to reason". As far as I am concerned, only 1 party is unreasonable here and that is Whirlpool. What I do know that I will never buy a device from Whirlpool again. How customers are treated is really outdated. Don't be a toddler !!!

That the device broke in its warranty period has nothing to do with the device (or parts), but with the fact that the municipality has carried out work on the water supply. In this way sand got into the pipeline, which in turn destroyed the device.

Have purchased in January 2016 and is already broken and the device is only occasionally used. So be sensible and do not buy Whirlpool and spend your money on another brand. I certainly do

Have called 3x with customer service, no madam we can not say what time the mechanic comes, you will be called half an hour in advance .. you are on the list of the mechanic. But yes, unfortunately, I do not have a telephone number from the mechanic and it looks like I have been waiting for the bad day for someone who really is not going to come! I am very curious what the customer service has to say tomorrow. I will hang on the phone at 8 o'clock tomorrow! At least I had expected a phone call, very disappointing this!

Worst washer and dryer I've ever had. At our new rental house there is a brand new washing machine and dryer. We thought good news. But what a difference with my old Miele say. The laundry comes out smelly. The dryer does not dry for a meter. Programs really take hours. I am really totally frustrated with these bad products. DO NOT BUY! I even saw the consumer offer promoting them. How they get there is a complete mystery to me.

Gisteren, inmiddels dus 6 weken verder, is er een monteur langs geweest voor de whirlpool vaatwasser ivm een storing E3 F4. Hij heeft een sensor vervangen en een nieuwe pomp in gezet en is een het rommelen geweest met de afvoerslang. Bleek dat hij daar een nieuw onderdeelvoor nodig had. Dat zou pas over 2 weken geleverd kunnen worden. Prima, geen probleem. We konden de vaatwasser gewoon blijven gebruiken. Tot we hem vanmorgen aanzette en er een waterballet ontstond met code E1 F6. Meteen de technische dienst gebeld in de hoop op een spoedreparatie omdat de monteur duidelijk iets niet helemaal goed heeft gedaan, of weer aangesloten heeft. We kregen te horen dat we gewoon moeten wachten tot de monteur komt met het nieuwe onderdeel. Zeer teleurstellend!
Nu 6 weken later is de monteur langs geweest maar had wederom een nieuw onderdeel nodig nl een memorybord. Wachttijd ca 2 weken.
Dit is werkelijk schandalig. Vooral ook omdat we totaal geen reactie of begrip krijgen van Whirlpool.

My experience with an Indesit XWE 81683X WSSS EU washing machine can be described as a big disappointment. Where reliability is the factor that makes it known.

Purchased at Coolblue on Thursday 20 July 2017. The first days fine! The whining started on Friday 16 Nov. 2018. The front panel did not do anything anymore, so moving did not work anymore. It took a total of several weeks and several appointments to repair the device. The technician did not have the correct parts. What you were doing with your parents.

Wed 11 September 2019, just over a month from the manufacturer's warranty, he again fails with the same complaint. In the meantime, both the guarantee and the trust in Whirlpool / Indesit have expired.

Undoubtedly numerous working parts, but a front panel that has saved so much in price will not last for more than a year. This way you continue to buy washing machines, but this time no longer from Whirlpool.

In short: Internal communication and speed of repair appointments very poor. Simple repair to a combi microwave within the warranty period takes longer than 1 month.

The heating element in my Whirlpool combi microwave broke after 4 years. This was within the warranty period so contacted Whirlpool. Replacing the heating element is easy. First appointment was also relatively easy and quick. Until here it went well.
Half a minute after arrival, the first service technician also noticed that the heating element was broken, but did not have the replacement element with him. He would ensure that the part was reordered and a new appointment would be scheduled after 5-7 working days. Not ideal, but ok. Seven working days later, we still didn't hear anything, so I called myself and scheduled a follow-up appointment: another week.
A week later, service technician two comes in, looks into his system, finds out at that moment that a technician has been there before and reports that he also did not have the part with him. Top. He would ensure that a new appointment is scheduled urgently.
Then, without consultation and for more than 2 weeks later, a new appointment is scheduled.
Now I have been more than a month and two service technicians further and I still have a defective oven. Hopefully the next mechanic who comes by will have the part with him.

Unfortunately I have to click a star to continue, actually I would like to give - 5 stars for a very lousy, not customer-friendly, arrogant organization like Whirpool.

Our dishwasher is broken, which is annoying but can unfortunately occur. Contacted Whirpool to book a repair, the repair could only be booked after 3 weeks! Still set the date, after all, you want to use your dishwasher. The mechanic came by on the agreed date (2 Sept.2020) and repaired the machine, or at least that's what the mechanic claimed, the next day we had enough in the machine to start using, but the machine did not work! Next day contacted Whirpool again, booked another appointment which could only take place 2 weeks later, accepted again because as mentioned before, you have that machine to use! The mechanic would by now be aware of what a part needed to be replaced to get the machine working, I was told by phone I also had contact with Whirpool via Messenger and I was also informed that it would be fine on my ask whether the technician would have the relevant part with him. The day of the 2nd repair, the mechanic looks at the machine, concludes that a part needs to be replaced and casually tells my wife to order that part !!!! Made a new appointment directly with the technician for today, Sept 23rd. 2020 in the morning, you guessed it, something does not go as agreed, the mechanic has not been in the morning and did not call, now it is almost late afternoon so that the mechanic will still come is not my expectation. I also just called Whirpool but again I don't expect anything from that, disinterested employee on the line who promises to call the mechanic and then call me back, I asked when I would be called back and I got no clear answer about. So my conclusion, I will not be called back and will be left in the dark by Whirpool !! Even if I have to take 3 times off from our work, maybe I can send an invoice to Whirpool for 2 days off? In the meantime, the invoice for repair has been received, while the machine has still not been repaired, this invoice will of course remain unpaid. I think Whirpool should be scrutinized by a program such as Kassa or Radar, I actually only read negative experiences.

Very very frustrating yuck Whirpool that you still have customers amazes me!

Customer service is bad !! Called for one mechanic. Should be between 8 and 6 (nice time indication) I stayed home and asked for a day off! No one shows up all day, no call, nothing! When I called again I had canceled the appointment according to them .... my 3 month old dishwasher still broken. With the warranty they wipe their ass. NEVER MORE WHIRPOOL!

We have been waiting for a repair of the induction hob for almost 3 weeks now. The appointment was noted with urgency, but this does not appear to be fulfilled, as we still cannot cook. In addition, I would be called back within 48 hours and when I called about that because that had not happened, I would be called back again, which also did not happen. Customer service also noted the wrong data up to 2 times and when I called for the 3rd time to check if it was finally correct, my number was blocked. This whole situation does not reflect any kind of customer focus.

1 year after purchase the 1st problems and now after 2 1/2 years our baukkeeper is ready for the scrap heap. Whirlpool / bauknecht customer service is downright bad. With us, there will never be a baukkeeper or whirlpool device in the house again.

The last technician left the machine leaking water all over our kitchen, causing damage. Why do we pay insurance when you can not fix it? Why do we have to wait more than 1 month for a repair technician to come again? What a waste of money...

Firstly, someone from Whirlpool came through Ikea service because the dishwasher did not work anymore. 15 minutes in with an account of 133, -. Conclusion not to repair so buy new.

New ordered at whirlpool and appointment for today. You guessed it, at 18:00 nobody by.
Service called and the gentleman told us, yes you are in the system but euh euh ja gek euh euh. So no worries and if I want to call back tomorrow! ???? I am still a customer! I should be called back with an apology, right? !!!!

Today a technician would come by to repair my defective Bauknecht dishwasher. This fell within the warranty period. This morning I was called that the technician is sick, can happen. The gentleman I spoke to in the morning did not seem to want to take the time for me and said I would receive a message later. Naja, maybe the gentleman himself was responsible for the planning and had more problems to solve. Can happen. In the afternoon I received a text message that the engineer is coming next Thursday next week. I can not do that. I planned the appointment well in advance (3 weeks), because I could not get a day off from work and this was a day off. This week there are still possibilities for me, so I decided to call. On the phone I got a very stiff woman who didn't even make an effort to work with. I have mentioned several options, but this lady continued to adhere to the standard working method. I have not received any apologies for the cancellation either. With the first gentleman I spoke to, I was able to empathize a little with the impersonal approach, but that I speak to two different people in one day who are so limited in customer contact ?! I think it is very old-fashioned that such a large company applies this policy. Mechanics only come between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. while most people then work. When I do a simple round on the internet, I find enough technicians who also come in the evening. But the lady on the phone indicated that I cannot approach this, because it is not covered by the guarantee. In addition, the only thing this lady could say was "I can't help you." I advise everyone not to buy another device from Whirpool / Bauknecht. It breaks too quickly and the service is hard to find.

Do you want to call in a technician, while I know what the complaint is and want to make a consideration for repair or a new one myself? Dryer. Never again a whirlpool, I can say that again! What a worthless company!

Min 5 stars would better reflect the service of Whirlpool. We are very disappointed in the quality of our whirlpool washing machine and the service provided by Whirlpool. Our washing machine of 2 years and 2 months old unfortunately went out of service on 12 September. In a family with 3 young children, including a 3-month-old baby, this was very impractical. After reporting this to whirlpool, it was only possible to plan a repair 8 days later. Unfortunately, this repair showed that the motherboard was defective and that it was out of stock, so that a new appointment could not be planned immediately. Our request to come to a solution was very unfriendly and not understanding. The call center was only able to schedule an appointment and otherwise not at all understanding. The consumer service can only be reached by e-mail and does not want to respond to questions in terms of content. In addition, they threaten costs or a collection agency in every response. Eventually the washing machine was repaired on October 7 and we have been without a washing machine for almost a whole month. In addition, an invoice of more than 180 euros in call-out costs and labor was also submitted for a defective motherboard, a component that is not subject to wear and, in our opinion, cannot go defect within 2.5 years. We are therefore very disappointed in the quality of Whirlpool's products. We also expected a more customer-friendly service from an A-brand, which we included in the whirlpool until recently. We strongly advise against anyone who is looking for a reliable Whirlpool product. For us certainly no longer a Whirlpool in the future.

The best possible service. Our induction cooker did not recognize the pans occasionally and reacted badly to the knobs. According to Whirlpool, that was all about the pans (madness .. pans are WEL or NOT suitable, do not continue, and sometimes not). The mechanic lied in all reports, did not show up (and then you are waiting for this pruts company all day long). Now we have a SMEG (but after legal steps) .. great .. never again something of Whirlpool, both we and the family.

The evening before the repair, we were able to log in after 1900 to see which technician would arrive. This indicated, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM !! Sorry, don't state anything. My wife has her own company and thought she could work around it as soon as she knew in which part of the day the mechanic would come. In total she called Whirlpool 5 times to ask if there was any indication of time. Not once has she been called back, but every time it was "we will call you back, or we will call you back urgently ..." You cannot deliver worse service. In a word worthless., Only empty promises. No more WP or related for us.

Worst after-sales service ever! With a family of 6 we have to do without a dryer for almost 3 MONTHS. We have already had to take 5x leave to make the drying cabinet and it has still not been repaired. We are talking about a device that was still 6 months old ... bought a new dryer in February 2020 via Bol.com. Machine is now broken. Mechanic visited and it turns out that a sensor is broken. Can happen, but it takes a few weeks to months for a new part to arrive. We will therefore not be able to use our new tumble dryer in the near future. nice and handy such a whirlpool dryer.
02/11 I don't have Facebook, but in the meantime I already called a mechanic from another company and he fixed it immediately. part was available from the supplier. cost me 108.00 euros but we can just use the dryer again. You can therefore cancel the malfunction.

Our washing machine just got fixed by professionals sent by Whirlpool under an extended warranty scheme for which we are extremely grateful.
Excellent product and service which we both highly recommend!!!

Following another technical problem a few months later, we are impressed by the quality of Whirlpool's service and how well our issue was taken care of.
They truly deserve their 5 stars.

It seems as if Whirlpool Netherlands is consciously employing this kind of unskilled people in the customer service department. Never buy a device from Whirlool again !!!

Poor quality (dishwasher broken within 6 months) After a long wait with little empathy and solution orientation. Now waiting three weeks for a technician. If it comes, the customer service hung up before we could make the agreements concrete. Left with a broken dishwasher and no idea what to do next. Not only a poor quality product, the approach afterwards (which is even more important) is really outdated.
