Very bad company, have been in April for a complaint on our extractor hood, was clearly told if it is a well-founded complaint you do not have to pay call-out costs, so it turned out to be so and had to pay 60 euros! Very unfriendly on the phone, difficult to reach.Now we get a part of the amount back, this runs from May, and still no money seen, but get a reminder because you do not pay those 60 euros on time!
