What a bad service at this company. After waiting for the technician for three weeks, we were told that the error message on our dishwasher means an error in the electronics and that things have to be ordered first. We had already passed on the error message when making this appointment, so we waited three weeks for this appointment anyway. Then a new appointment will be scheduled, wait another two weeks! Called customer service, they cannot mean anything. And if we ask if we can be put on a waiting list, so that we can be called when someone cancels an appointment (which they say they have a lot of trouble with due to Corona, hence the long waiting time), the gentleman on the phone does not understand we mean and nothing is possible.
