Got a new Ikea kitchen with a whirlpool dishwasher...

Got a new Ikea kitchen with a whirlpool dishwasher , dishwasher doesn't work , Ikea tells me to call whirlpool, I call whirlpool first time the customer service hangs up right away when I speak english, second time I try my Dutch he tells me to properly install the dishwasher AND Hangs up !!!
