Kitchen purchased from kitchen competitor 2 years ago, with Whirlpool equipment. Problems with the display of the oven from the start. A month ago the oven didn't do anything anymore. After calling a number of times, a service appointment has finally been scheduled.
During the visit, the technician said that the plug of the display had been removed, and that this must have already been done in the factory, because that is out of the question.
We are then asked to pay 90 PREMIUM COSTS for a 10-minute visit. If we had known that this joke was so expensive and not covered by the guarantee, my friend would have been messing around with the oven. Ridiculous practices. No more Whirlpool for us!
