I bought a Whirlpool washing machine 2.5 years ago...

I bought a Whirlpool washing machine 2.5 years ago and it gives an error code f22. The employees of the customer service department can not answer my questions and always turned around. It seems as if Whirlpool Netherlands is consciously employing this kind of unskilled people in the customer service department. Never buy a device from Whirlool again !!!
