If I could give this company NEGATIVE stars, I absolutely would! My spouse was financed through them, and we both work in the auto finance industry so we understand the welcome call process, and such which isn't an issue AT all. We also know that as long as you make your payments, again...no issues at all. MY complaints is with their customer service, and the fact that their phone connection is probably a step up from DIAL up, the agents can barely speak english as I'm assuming they outsource their customer service through another country because it's cheaper. They interrupt you, talk over you, are extremely rude when you're simply attempting to give them the information they're asking for. Mcdonalds has better customer service than this horrendous place. Seriously UPGRADE your systems and TRAIN your people correctly! Also...if you could EVER work on leaving ACTUAL voicemails, that would probably help your customers in the future. No wonder your company is at the bottom of the totem pole in the auto finance industry, I'd be ashamed working for/representing your company. DISGRACEFUL.
