I was treated poorly and rudely by both people I spoke to on the phone. I was offered payment options and made quite clear I wanted them. I work and am a single mother and am not always available to answer calls or make calls during business hours. To be rude and disrespectful was unacceptable. If I am late making payments I always pay up and at times months in advance to cover that rainy day. There was clearly a misunderstanding in communication when last I called and when I explained I was followed with nothing but rudeness. I will most definitely be changing my loan to my financial institution.
