you guys as a company do not stand behind your customer service. I had a payment scheduled for April 10. Called the day before to cancel and your rep informed and confirmed that it would be canceled. Well it wasn't. Called back on the 10th when a rep told me the money would get refunded. Well today being may 21st. I've been dealing with you all and your lies for over a month. Each rep telling me the tegund is approved and the money is getting refunded, to find out today that another rep says it isn't. Smh again shame on your company. Now I have to rob Peter to pay Paul to pay my rent due to me getting laid off.
