This is the worst financial services I have ever seen before. Its been a month they didn't fund the money.The funny thing that my payment is due in 15 days if they haven't funded money to the dealer how come i am paying money to them!!!! I am still waiting their decision about verification .

Customer service is very unprofessional in which all have a sarcasm attitude!!!! No notice was given when my account was transferred to this company.... I will be looking into another company to finance or trading my vehicle in... Never experienced any customer service like this before in my life... I will be looking into filing a BBB complaint !!!!

There were things that i did not knew i could do to ease certain financial tension and without even ask, i was told by Jesse in detail. I will say this, Jessie made my day as i was having a rough one. Say whatever you want but Jessie is one of the best. Thank you Jessie

This is the worst company to get a loan from. It has taken them over 5 months to settle a total loss case. They are still charging the account and will not refund any of payments made, they are waiting for other parties to respond, but meanwhile they are still recurring payment otherwise credit score will be affected. They have horrible customer service as well, nobody gives an accurate answer, every agent just transfers the calls to another agent and so on. I will NEVER recommend this company for anyone who is trying to get a long term loan. Very unprofessional.

My vehicle was literally picked up for $46 dollars...

My vehicle was literally picked up for $46 dollars. Yes you are reading this correctly. I was advised by Derrick Price, the collection Supervisor, whom is extremely rude and lack customer engagement explained everything is done automatically in the system. I did not receive any notification of a default and as a result a $46 default has resulted in having to spend over $900 to get my car back. To add insult to injury I have explained that I'm waiting for my debit card(greendot) to arrive in the mail to pay through Moneygram. Naturally I called in to see if they can make an exception and process a check by phone to avoid additional storage fees. Derrick was extremely condescending and rude. At this point I don't trust whether or not if I make a payment I will even get my vehicle back. Westlake practices are shady and I would recommend anyone that has concerns to file a complaint with BBB, CFPB. Extremely disappointed in this process and the lack of customer service I have received. Finance elsewhere or go to a buy here pay here. At least that way you can hold someone accountable as opposed to people hiding behind a cubicle, emails and phone. Westlake what a disappointment. 0 stars are in order.

These idiots have no idea what they're doing. They will not send you your title after fully paying your loan. Do not trust them they are too stupid and too irresponsible to be counted on to follow through with what they say. Stay away from this company...do not do business with them.

This is the worst financial that can see how it is possible that I am trying to settle my account and these people are not able to even lower the interests that I am not going to pay also with an attitude that you do what you want I do not recommend it at all huh paid the car 2 times

This organization is the absolute worst!! Westlake bought my loan from another company without even consulting me and then proceeded to refuse to work with the state of Indiana for purposes of registration. Getting a hold of someone on the phone is an hour wait on hold at best and then all they do is tell you to call someone else. If you want to be harassed and have an infinitely difficult lengthy time getting your title after you've paid off the loan this is the company for you! Maybe if they hired someone who could check a mail box and sign a piece of paper that would at least point this horrible company in the right direction. Do yourself a favor and turn down a loan before you sign a document with the name Westlake financial on it!

If it were an option to put 0 stars I would click that in a heart beat! DO NOT CHOSE THIS COMPANY , RUN THE OTHER WAY YOU WILL THANK ME!. ITS A LONG READ BUT WORTH IT: I have been a customer with west lake financial since 2017. I have managed to make every payment except for 1. I was 30 days late ONE TIME and asked to pay 1/2 one month and the rest the other. the rep said it was okay and then they came to repo my car for being 30 days late even though I made a 300$ payment (car payment is 358$). turns out the rep wasn't allowed to make that call on me pay 1/2 one month and the rest the next month. when I had called the next day they told me there was nothing on file stating I wast able to pay and the rep who told me that didn't document it all. on top of that they had the wrong phone number listed as my number to call so they stated they had been "trying to reach me to let me know I was at risk for a repossession". I then had to pay an outrageous amount to get my car out of repossession when I didn't even have money to pay in the first place. life happens right ? sometimes payments need to be pushed out for certain things. They then reported to the credit agency about the repo EVEN THOUGH I STILL HAVE THE VEHICLE AND IM STILL MAKING PAYMENTS ON IT and now Im having the hardest time getting approved for a loan for a home. This repo happened in 2017 something that wasnt even my fault. Misinformation from their customer service representative and now Im the one paying for it. In the past 3 year that has been my only payment missed. 1 PAYMENT. They don't help with the current pandemic either a rep told me " were loosing money as well miss we unfortunately our company cant afford to loose any more you also signed a contract stating you understood when payment is due, we cant push it out and we cannot wave late payment fees" what absolute lack of human decency. I have been calling the past 2 weeks to get documentation of when my car was repossessed and they told me they couldn't give it to me. why not? do they not have a record of it that they can provide me ? I've been told to call back again and again with no response. The reps lack basic customer service skills every single one I speak to talks over me or cuts me off as they proceed to say" im sorry go on" an then just cuts me off as im trying to talk. Its unprofessional, they do the most to get as much money they can from you. as if this company struggles financially. Ive read all the reviews here. mostly bad, honestly go with a different company this one isn't worth it. you are only benefitting them financially not yourself. They don't have the customers best interest in mind.

I received a call from one of your staff regarding my car loan i have $2,000 left in this account the car is more than $25k meaning almost paid off but unfortunately i loss my job and i couldn't pay my car and my rent at the same time so i decided to ask for extension for the car and change the billing date even tho im always late but still i was able to pay,i am not happy with the Staff that called today so arrogant and instead of explaining the situation she criticized so unprofessional,i won't recomend this company
Too much harrasment,and this is is my second car with this Company

I had gotten a truck from them maximum three years ago and it was paid off cuz it was a trade-in and they paid it off and it's still on my credit report then a few years later I get a piece of mail saying that I owed them money so I went to dispute it and they denied it and the number that I have is disconnected

This is THE WORST customer service i have ever had...

This is THE WORST customer service i have ever had! They literally lie to you over the phone and hang up on you when being "transferred" and ask that you call back. The "supervisors" dont get anything done. I have been calling since Oct. 7, 2017 and have been getting nothing but the run around. I have asked to go above the supervisor and they said that would be a manager and they hung up on me. I am so tired of lip service and the company doing nothing. The company is obviously not interested in customer service at all. I am so disgusted. Now I have to call back tomorrow and get hung up on all day to get any type of answer if I even get one!:(. Im so tired of this!!! As soon as possible im changing lenders. Disgusting.

Wonderful company to work with! The lady I spoke with was so helpful and made sure that all my concerns about being late on my payment were laid to rest! She was very understanding of my situation! Everyone I've spoken with has always been so nice and polite. Just keep an open communication with them and don't ignore their calls! This is the first major loan I've borrowed and I've almost got it payed off, I would definitely use them again!

I hate to say it but customer service in this comp...

I hate to say it but customer service in this company has a huge room for improvement. However, there are a few people who make a difference. Travis Anders and Alexandra Guevara are the best. They are always nice and super helpful, these people really make a difference.

I'm warning anyone who uses this company they are the worst! First to start a relationship the day before ur payment is due they call 12 to 15 times no exaggeration on every number you give them!! It's so much its harrassment! Second we called them to ask about what happend when my husband dies (He just diagnose with Cancer and he's the one who got that loan) and they just said 'we repossessed the cars !! :-( Does'nt matter how much we have already paid we just lost everything because they don't even allow my sons to keep making paymments to put the car in their names even though my husband bought it for them.
I'm asure you that this place is very unprofessional and very scary doing business with them! Almost like a scam just to take money over and above what is owed! I feel they try to do this thinking you have no money to fight them! Spent hour plus on phone to get some kind of help with our situation and we only get ,I dont know, I'm not sure, let me check!
Be very careful they don't care about customers at all.

The worst company if you are behind on a payment they call nonstop all day everyday I have been doing through financial issues and they threaten me to take my car away if I don t make my payment I don t get paid until next week and that s when I can make my payment and the rep that I had was just rude I had told him I was going through difficulties and he said you need to make a payment if you can t then your car will be a subject for getting taken this is the worst I wish I could go get a different loan from a different car company

I have read a lot of bad reviews online regarding their customer service and was a little hesitant to call regarding a possible extension due to hardship. But my customer service rep was AMAZING.. Miguel was understanding and very considerate and did everything he could to help me out in this process. His supervisor should be thankful to have such a great employee!!!
