Beautiful hotel with state of the art facilities, the gym and spa in particular are extremely impressive. The staff are all friendly, helpful and very courteous. I'd also highly recommend the lunch buffet at Nipah, the quality of food was fantastic and the staff were very attentive to my needs. Absolutely recommended.

The staff are friendly and the security is very strict. The place looks classy and clean.

Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Customer service were way off the charts. Staffs were very attentive and accommodated to my needs and requests instantly. Rooms were very comfortable with amazing views. Breakfast buffet was great too! I can find no faults. Will definitely return.

The newly rebuilt EQ is superb. My two favourite eateries, Nipah cafe and Kampachi Japanese Restaurant were maintained after the rebuild. The lobby is very spacious and modern.

Went Sky51 for a drink. Check with waiter whether there is slice of cake available with candle/happy birthday writings for husband birthday ,they said yes. Then when asked to serve it they say don't have. Oh no... In the end they serve a slice of cheese cake but asked again for a candle they just couldn't get one. Disappointed.

Incredible experience. I ve stayed in more than 10x hotels in KL, and EQ was really a step above the rest. The service especially was impeccable.

An icon has returned. Magnificent hardware - stunning design, subtle yet elegant. Superb location. Great team of staff!

Stunning building with a top-notch hospitality service.

My first visit here was during the Urwerk event. I was dazzled then and still dazzled now. Enjoyed drinks at Blue a number of times and last weekend, I had a wonderful weekend stay in the hotel. Design, deco and the level of lux are 10/10. The staff are incredibly attentive. Service throughout was stellar except in-room dining (did not have a good experience with that. Requests made several times and unfulfilled). Complimentary parking given for hotel guests is a plus

The building was entirely demolished and rebuilt from scratch. Since then, many have anticipated the return of Hotel Equatorial but luckily, the wait is over.

Now re-branded as EQ, the new hotel is set to start a refreshed era of great hospitality just like how it made its mark when it first opened in 1973. But things are different now. It's bigger and better.

Food at Nipah is very good. Gym is clean and nice. Excellent customer service.

The Premier Room with KL Tower View looks stunning !!

We stayed on 28th Aug till 31st Aug for my daughters 3rd birthday. The staff here are amazing. Thanks to the team for a nice birthday surprise in the room. Thanks to Aslina for helping with a later checkout so our daughters nap was not interrupted. Thanks to Kalai who greeted our daughter by name everyday at Nipah. Thanks to Hamsiah for a surprise birthday eclair when she found out it s my daughters birthday. My family loved the stay here and my daughter really enjoyed her birthday here.

Newly opened 5* Hotel with amazing view over KL city center. Welcoming staff and very good & helpful service.

The hotel is luxurious, fully equipped, the service is excellent, the security is awake and the ambiance of the hotel is stunning.

Came here for a course and it was 3 full days in the hotel. Very new and nice. Good mattress and good pillows. Luxurious and good price for the money we paid.

Location is on point at most of the hot spot for shopping and public transportation. Their restaurant serve the best satay and curry laksa in town. Not forgetting the marvellous level 29 with nice view and great facilities. Will be back for the next stay.

Staying at EQ is the best staycation I have made so far. The Premier King room I booked is huge and has a great lay out. It has a panoramic view of KLCC. Customer Service is fantastic -- from the time I checked in to the time I visited their dining outlets until check out; everyone was friendly and polite. I will definitely stay at this hotel in my future trips to KL

Great hotel. Great pool area. The hotel staff are all very nice and polite. The location of the hotel is great. All major sights are within easy walking distance. The three of us lived in and a lot of space. The bathroom is with a lot of glass to the room, but can be hidden. We would book this hotel again at any time. So highly recommended.

Newly opened hotel just 2 months ago! Stayed here for a night and the room is very spacious and beautiful with great breakfast spread. Great service from the staff which always attend to us with a smile makes us feel very welcomed.

Nice decor, variery of food, friendly staff, good ambience.

The hotel does not switch on the air cond for their prayer room on level 2 and because of this the room does not ventilate well and its bloody hot! Maybe its a green building bt at least have proper ventilation system in place for the surau if u guys dnt plan on using the aircond!! I dnt recommend having events in this hotel for e.g buka puasa, wedding, or office functions because the surau is bloody small and hot. Only some of the faucets in the level 2 toilet work, nt sure why maybe trying to save costs or something. Definitely nt recommending this hotel for events.

Worse hotel experience ever. Staffs are generally come with a very bad attitude and rude even the front desk personnel are not happy working here I guess, showing you that black face all the time. Unbelievable this is a so called 5 stars hotel standard. I will never be back, never.

We have been around at many hotels but EQ KL is the most friendliest and thoughtful hotel. Staff are all excellent putting guest at heart of service. Food is excellent. Not the usual, but specially crafted by the chef himself. Dr. Vijay

EQ has been reborn and it's better than ever! Just by looking at that building, you'd want to delve in and see more. Be it to experience the luxurious rooms and facilities or to savour the well-known food, this hotel has so much to offer. Service is impeccable and hospitality has truly been made an art at EQ. 10/10 would recommend!

A good hotel with good dining options as long as you can afford it. Prices are quite expensive regarding f&b and rooms since its a 5 star hotel but its worth the money.

I'm swear every side in this hotel's area is very perfect.Their service from receiptant and others are so polite and friendly.They are so profesional while serve my family and me.I came to this hotel for 3days 2nights and the holiday plan is so amazing and unforgetable.I booked 2 rooms 1 for my wife and me and another room for my childrens.The toilets are so clean and comfortable for us to enjoy our rest time.The stairs looks quite impressive that i have experienced before this.The rooftop is so unique because have large space to enjoy our leasure time and view.This hotel is totally suitable for big family and also romantic place for newlyweds to enjoy their honeymoon there.

This is my first time staying here. The staffs are friendly and helpful; they will immediately assist you when you have any inquiry. The breakfast is great, is beyond my expectation! Room is clean and cozy! We slept very well. EQ rooftop bar is the best place to have a drink and enjoy panoramic view of downtown Kuala Lumpur.
Nippah restaurant is great for weekend brunch - fresh oysters are amazing. Kamapachi is also a great option for Japanese

Amazing property with a wonderfully gracious service coupled in a magnificent building. Food and Beverage is to die for, leaving oneself always wanting more. A destination not to be missed in Kuala Lumpur.

There are various sightseeing spots nearby and you can enjoy! The exterior of the hotel is beautiful and has a good impact! The staff is smiling and responsive!

Top notch hospitality from the moment you enter the lobby. Staffs guide you warmly throughout the hotel and readily answers your queries. The room is luxuriously amazing as well with housekeeping services at any time of the day. Movie selection could be improved. Nipah and Sabayon restaurants were amazing as well in terms of food quality and service. I was especially surprised on two occasions which were when they unexpectedly sang happy birthday to my dad during lunch despite already providing us with a complimentary cake in the room. The other was unexpectedly bringing us on a tour to the now closed bar area on level 51 which provided amazing uninterrupted view of kl city. Thank you for an amazing staycation and birthday celebration for my family.

Newly open hotel. Room size is large and the design is very couzy and comfy. Location is in between KLCC and Pavilion, easy to move around in KL city

I had a great dinning experience at Nipah yesterday. I was warm-welcomed by a bunch of exuberant staffs which makes my arrival in EQ a pleasant one. The food was fantastic and flavorful. The desserts were so delicious especially the cheesecake. Da Bomb! Their signature drink which is the Hibiscus Tea is a-must-try drink.

Million of thanks to Nipah team for their extraordinary service and I will definitely come back again.
