I purchased a used SUV and was told there was no mechanical issues. The salesman was really nice and answered my calls and emails very promptly. After we agreed on a price and I made a deposit on the SUV they said they would deliver it to me no cost (I live 95 miles away); however, the next day they told me it would be 100.00 to deliver. I revived the vehicle at 7:30 pm at a local Home Depot. After the salesman left I crunk up the SUV and the check engine light was on. I contacted the salesman the next morning and no response. I contacted the manager and had the vehicle towed back to the them (at my cost). After 3 or 4 days I called to check on status. They said my salesman would contact me or his manager and I never heard from either of them. I kept calling the service dept and they told me my vehicle was ready. Never really got confirmation of the problem with the vehicle and the salesman nor his manager responded to my phone messages nor my emails. I would expect the service from a buy here pay here but not a Ford dealer. I am contacting the BBB too. I would never purchase from them again!

I have taken my truck in for service at Walts for ...

I have taken my truck in for service at Walts for a diagnosis on death wobble my truck is experiencing. (YouTube has an exact video). Only 85000 miles.
Also had a transmission flush, oil change, and pressure test on cooling system. All was fine I left vehicle a couple of days. Truck ran great when I dropped it off. Picked it up and drove 7-8 miles home. Go out to go to work this truck will not run hardly black white smoke clouds coughing chocking misfiring. Won't even go out of driveway it so bad. Called Walts and spoke to service writer. Oh I'll call you right back. Never happened. Talked with service manager next morning says he will call back in 15 minutes. Still nothing. So I'm writing this to let you know they do nothing to stand behind their work. And I will not recommend them to my worst enemy.

If you never listen or believe anything please believe me. Stay far far far away from this dealership! Look up the yo yo scam and you'll see what to watch for. They won't make right on anything. Took advantage of me being a single widowed mother. I've begged and pleaded with them to make it right and they refuse. Please take my advise and do not deal with these scam artists!

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle here. They send vouchers that dont mean anything i feel are false advertising. After getting juggled around like a circus act between sales people. And getting promised they can help. They come back as usual we need money down. Which is normal sales guy wants his cut early. Carmax at least was fair. They atleast let me thru there doors and were polite. I am very disappointed in walts ford. I appreciate the response. Still unhappy. Maybe you should call me. I originally called because an add i got for a sale that nobody even knew about should have listened to my gut feeling. Just still think it should have been handled alot differently. Be there for the customer.

Good, friendly and helpful for helping me with the dream of an Ol man to have a Mustang Convertible. Would rather a red, but black is o.k. now. Has some paint blemishes that need to be resolved, it is a program car, but for the price, I expect it to be fixed.Otherwise happy.

I had a problem with Sirius not working through my stereo system and Sirius company was not able to help me, for 6 days in a row. I went to the Ford dealership and the salesmen therefore nonstop trying to figure out the issue. They stayed on the phone with Sirius and nothing worked. Sirius did not want to give me back my full reimbursement that I paid, $79. Ford salesmen went through manager after manager in the Sirius company. After 2.5 hours on the phone, I received my $79. These guys took their time away from making sales to help me, for free. One of the guys even stayed past his clock out time just to help solve this issue. When its time for my next truck, I will only be shopping at Walt's Ford in Live Oak. Its not about the sale of the cars, its the customer service that they give. I can say that I have never been more satisfied with a car dealership as much as this one.

Okay, so I am not a person to review everything in...

Okay, so I am not a person to review everything in life, but when something is as amazing like Walt's live oak ford I have to speak up.
So I have driven bmw for 10 years and I'm just over those cars, I wanted something with less maintenance and gas friendl & decided on a Fiesta 2018 new. The car is super nice-- but the sales people and sales managers along with all the employee's are incredible. I will buy from here again. The new sales team rocks and the F&I guy %100 thank you very much. Thank you everyone !!! You have earned a ford guy.
Whoever the owners of this dealer are, should be very pleased for such good repor !

On Friday night we found a really nice F150 Lariat 4x4 at Walt's Ford on their used car side with only 15000 miles on it. Since we were considering purchasing a new truck to pull our boat, we started shopping around on the Internet and visiting other Ford dealers in the area, but could not find another truck equal to this one for the price Walts had it listed for. The following Monday afternoon we went back to Walts to see if we could work out an acceptable deal. We had already decided how much we would accept for our trade in and how much we expected to pay for the truck, so I had my negotiating hat on. We met with our salesman, Robert Lynch, who turned out be a very laid back salesman, who was easy to talk to and work with. Their first offer came in much higher on our trade in then we expected, but I had my negotiating hat on so I had to counter. I ask them to drop another $500.00 off their truck and they agreed and the deal was done. This was one of the easiest vehicle buying processes I have been through and we are very satisfied with our new (new to us) truck. We would highly recommend Walt's Live Oak Ford to our friends and family who are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I called and spoke with Sharon on my lunch break about our situation, and by 2:00 PM she had called my husband with the news that she had found a car that would fit our family's needs and our financial needs. The entire team worked around our work schedules to make sure that we left the dealership that same evening with a car that was better than we ever anticipated being able to finance. Their patience, understanding and flexibility turned our difficult situation into an exciting time for our family. They explained everything to us, including taking the time to show us how to use the Ford Pass app and other features on the vehicle. Thank you so much - we love our brand new SUV!

Had my company car towed for an issue with the transmission. The Service department were very quick to diagnose the issue and order parts for the repair. They fixed the car when they got the part and were very easy to work with. I would take my personal Ford F-150 there for service if needed in the future.

my grandfather purchased a car recently and had some issues with the pricing with the sales team. Finally spoke with the GM who was really nice and took care of the problem. I do want to point out that the sales people that were there at that Time were not the regular sales people and are no longer there. My grandfather has bought cars in the past and the regular sales people are a lot more friendly, non pushy and more honest. Thank for what you did, it really made a difference to my grandfather.

Had a rough experience. They ran my credit close to ten times trying very hard to get me approval that they guaranteed. Yes I really didn't expect much but they did get me approved. After getting there the afternoon to finish up buying the truck I was getting, then giving my down payment, and then sitting there almost an hour waiting to see the sales manager to sign everything I could here him talking with someone else about there purchase and chatting about people they know and what's going on. This was not acceptable especially when your waiting close to an hour for maybe a 20 minute job. After finally deciding to leave they asked me to wait for a few minutes more while he finished up. I did giving them another chance only to then be asked to come back in the morning cause now the computer's are down.. okay.
Came back in the morning to find out I needed more information before I could be approved. There stories on financing me kept changing and they wasted my time and dropped my credit rating running my credit over and over. Even after I expressed I didn't want them to continue running it. Had to go back Monday to get my deposit only to hear that I'm financed again..what?? No way not going through this kind of experience again. I'm only disappointed in never getting accurate information and getting the run around. I did purchase a truck but however was not from here.

Because this is a non commission dealership there is no pressure to up sell or add features.

From my initial visit to Walt's Live Oak Ford, to purchasing my 2019 F-150, the salesman, David, was very informative and explained everything me in detail. My husband was working late and wasn't able to come to the dealership, David suggested that I take the truck home for the night for my husband to see. It was as good thing he did. My husband liked it and we signed papers the next day. I have had the F-150 several months now. I used Walt's Quick Lane to do the first service on it and the customer service was great as well! My advice to anyone, if you are having problems with your newer vehicle, take it to get Checked. They have a good team working for them and They communicate well with one another. The receptionist is very prompt with answering calls and Mrs. Star and their Manager in service Department is polite and very understanding. I was frustrated with my vehicle getting repaired and borrowing a car to get around but at the end of it all, my car seem to be in working order. I live in Ocala and often take my car to Ford of Ocala for maintenance issues and constantly being disappointed by bad customer service, extreme wait time, and worse of all insufficient diagnostics. I decided to take a trip to Walts ford in Live Oak where I purchased my car from. The almost 2 hour ride was defiantly worth it. The moment I pulled in the service lane I was greeted instantly by a friendly woman that got my car in right then. As I waited inside I was engaged in conversation with the astounding Ford Family who also had patience with my nephew that was with me which was amazing. My wait seemed like 10 minutes before my car was completely checked with a correct diagnostics and problem solved. I would definitely make that trip again to Walts Ford of Love Oak no doubt about it because of my excellent experience!

I went to Walt's Ford with one request: fix the shaking in my car. Two days later and after a $300 bill, I was told it was fixed. And now four months later I've found out that they did the equivalent of slapping a bandage on it, knowing that I'd just be having the same problem a little while later. I don't know why no one here cared to tell a frequent customer that I might as well replace the rotors instead of having them supposedly turned, but I'm glad my friend's husband who is a mechanic told me before I brought it back to them for them to over-change me again to not fix the problem. I've had a few experiences here with them suggesting things I didn't need to me, but I figured that was just the way car businesses work. I never would have thought that they would have screwed me over so badly though.
