From my initial visit to Walt's Live Oak Ford, to purchasing my 2019 F-150, the salesman, David, was very informative and explained everything me in detail. My husband was working late and wasn't able to come to the dealership, David suggested that I take the truck home for the night for my husband to see. It was as good thing he did. My husband liked it and we signed papers the next day. I have had the F-150 several months now. I used Walt's Quick Lane to do the first service on it and the customer service was great as well!
