I have some issues with the 2015 ford explorer I purchased, however donnie at the service department has been very helpful and caring..my complaint is when they do their check of a used vehicle do they not check the battery ? I only had this vehicle for approximately 3/4 months and was stranded in Gainesville with a very dead battery..$157 money I hadn't planned on ...should I get a refund from my dealer or just chalk it up to experience???
