Had a great buying experience with Samantha. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for. Did not pressure to buy and spent a considerable amount of time with me making my choice. I am very pleased with my new truck.

Great customer service before the sale, can't say the same after. Purchased a vehicle and had minor issues that needed to be repaired. After being lied to and insulted by the tire shop, both the GM and SM were brought in to solve the problem. Two out of three issues were repaired but not the third, this was after three different trips for the repairs. After receiving a call about my experience, and informing them it was still not fixed, I was told due to my multiple attempts at repair the GM would have to be consulted and make the decision on what to do further. So because your service department can't properly repair the vehicle after three attempts I have to wait and wonder if you will attempt it a fourth time? I still have not recieved the return call....be careful who you buy from. Some places wash their hands of you after they get their money....

I live in Ocala and often take my car to Ford of Ocala for maintenance issues and constantly being disappointed by bad customer service, extreme wait time, and worse of all insufficient diagnostics. I decided to take a trip to Walts ford in Live Oak where I purchased my car from. The almost 2 hour ride was defiantly worth it. The moment I pulled in the service lane I was greeted instantly by a friendly woman that got my car in right then. As I waited inside I was engaged in conversation with the astounding Ford Family who also had patience with my nephew that was with me which was amazing. My wait seemed like 10 minutes before my car was completely checked with a correct diagnostics and problem solved. I would definitely make that trip again to Walts Ford of Love Oak no doubt about it because of my excellent experience!

The staff at Live Oak Ford is the absolute best. Michael Eugene was the best sales person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He not only answered my questions, but showed me as he answered. I was in, and out with out any issues. The staff there are the best.

Such a awesome place to go and they are so relaxed and will help you find the right vehicle for you. Personally I would work with Rob, he knows his stuff on the vehicles. And can answer any questions you have. The managers are very awesome to. If I could I would give it 10 stars!!!!

The sales manager ( Chris) is EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE!!!!!! They held a special sale and had salesman from other states at the dealership. My elderly neighbor purchase a vehicle only to find out the deal was BAD. Nothing that the salesman promised is going to be honored. I definitely would never buy from them after the way I was spoken to.

Stay away, run from this dealership, u will have negative equity for years, also they get a lot of vehicles from an auction and sell them.

Be forewarned and do your homework before buying a vehicle from this dealership, they take advantage of the elderly. My father, a 91 year old gentleman who had been in Live Oak for 31 years and purchased numerous vehicles at Walt's ford; purchased a used 2015 Kia Soul (base model) 64, 600 miles with a trade in (2012 CRV AWD EXL) 91, 237 miles, Dec 2018. The trade in vehicle was worth significantly more than the vehicle being purchased and yet they charged the gentleman $612.00 to close the deal. In addition the dealership only provided one key for the vehicle and the gentleman wanted a spare key, so he had to drive to the KIA dealership in Lake City to get another key and paid $74.90 for the key. The gentleman wanted to have the vehicle's transmission fluid changed and purchase new tires. According to the dealership, they told him it did not need new tires but he wanted to get them anyway, for safety reasons. Seven days after he purchased the vehicle, he had the service done at Quick Lane (Walt's Live Oak) and they charged him $582.00 for the tires and transmission fluid changed. Based on the amount of vehicle purchases this gentleman had made over the years (repeat customer) and the lucrative sale concluded in December 2018, you would think the dealership in good conscience would have discounted or comped some fees, THEY DID NOT. However, they did provide one free oil change service and that was in March 2019.

I did make contact with Bryan (GM) and discussed my concerns with my father's purchase experience. They acknowledged my perception on the appearance of this purchase and subsequent costs to my father, but maintained my father's concurrence of the business transactions. Apparently, this is how this dealership does business and how they treat a valued and loyal customer who trusted them.

I love these people! I told them what I could afford to put down, and what I could do per month, and they found me a beautiful car for what I could pay! Thanks so much y'all!!!

I have really bad credit and i went into walts live oak ford and they tried everything they could to get me approve for my new and thanks to the staff team their they done it and now i have a new 2016 fors fiesta and i am loving my car.

As far as sales and working hard to me into a vehicle they were great! Everyone was friendly! I do have a couple of pet peeves. I only received one key with the purchase of my car. It being used I know they may have only gotten one key but it still chaps me that I only received one key. To get another key is going to cost me roughly 250.00 which for me that is a car payment. I have a fixed income so yes this is huge to me! The other issue was the tires! I was able to get them to replace two and it needed all four! I paid for the other two to be replaced and asked to keep the good tires. Went to the Quick lane to get tires changed and pick up the "good tires" that they would not let me have because they were not going to be responsible for allowing those tires out the door of their facility! I know both items I have mentioned are on me and I get that but this shouldn't have been an issue at all! Now as for service after the sale, or any communication after the sale has been NONE! The only things I have received is 5 different emails asking me to write a review! 1 key not 2, bad tires and no service after the sale and a nagging bunch of emails about writing a review! You want a 5 star review I suggest y'all step up your game to match 5 star review!

Walts Live Iak Ford will not communicate the work or service they conduct on your car. This time I sent my car to Walt s. They had my car over thanksgiving holidays, and It s now, December 4th, 2018. They told me what the issue may be with my car. I had another company go to retrieve my car to see if they can see if Walt s findings were true and accurate. Walt s had my car ripped and torn apart since I took it to them. I had no idea they would do this to my car. They wanted me to pay them over $3,000, to repair what they think may be the problem and still that may not work. I took my car to a licensed mechanic shop before I took it to Walt s and somehow they found an issue with my motor which is on warranty. Walt s somehow found an issue that was not covered under warranty. Last year, Walt s allegedly repaired my motor and now my report from the mechanic was the timing belt. Getting back to them (Walt s) finding the problem, they ripped my car apart without my permission and when I asked a new Company to retrieve my car for a third opinion Walt s would not allow them. Walt s had my car torn apart when the towing company got there. Walt s never called to ask if I had given anyone permission to retrieve my vehicle. The company called me for me to gave them release my car. Mrs. Star said they will call me back because the car was broken down and she laughed!!! I asked her why did they have my car broke down? She said, They had it like that since they allegedly diagnosed it. So through all of this bad weather and holidays, they had the parts just sitting out of my car???!!! They did not inform me that they would do all this (rip my car apart) and to tell me it may be compression issue, and the job is over $3,000. So they told the towing company I would not pay them. No I will not pay over $3,000, for an issue that may not fix the problem. I did tell them I was not paying for them to rip my car apart and put the parts back together when I never gave them permission to do this in the beginning. I thought they put it on a machine and came to this conclusion. I contacted the corporate office prior to this entire incident, still to no avail! I pray that everyone really consider taking their vehicles to another shop before Walt s do so much damage that it s irreparable!

I wish I never went to Walt s Ford ! 1 Star is too many! The worst experience of my adult life! Predatory salespeople! I purchased a car for MORE than double it s worth! I read reviews and chose Walt s based on those reviews; I got screwed! After 90 days I had no choice but to trade the POS in at a loss! Be careful, do your research! In business earning a profit is the norm, but my experience was they price gauge the customer, not helping the customer. BE CAREFUL!, stay away!

My husband and I were very happy with our experience at Walt's Live Oak Ford. They were friendly without being pushy, and I also appreciated that they actually listened to what we wanted.

Unprofessional salesmen, waste of time. Called me three or four times a week making sure I was coming in to test drive a vehicle I was interested in. The same morning of my appointment called me to see if I was still coming to meet Allen to test drive. I arrive amd Allen is no where to be found. Truck was already sold. Wasted my time and gas.

I recently purchased a used Ranger at Walt's and got a great deal on a very nice truck. It needed the Takata airbag recall done so I made an appointment to do that. Both bags were done in less than 90 minutes and I was back on the road.

My husband took our Expedition in for an oil change two weeks ago. While he was there he was told the vehicle needed new brakes. I thought that was a bit odd. It s not even a year old yet and has less than 25,000 miles. The cost of the brakes was going to be over $400. We took it to two other local places to get a second opinion. Both places we took it to advised us there was no wear on the brakes yet. I don t know what they re trying to do in the service department, but they ll never get another dime from us.

Went there on an off chance to look a vehicle that turned out to have some issues that they didn't list after that they agreed to price match the vehicle between two way better cars than the one I looked at. The entire time they were professional and weren't pushy. Which was very refreshing! Cory and Shannon were just awesome throughout the whole thing. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

DO NOT EVER GO TO WALTS LIVE OAK FORD. I live four hours away and my mother lives only 45 minutes away, she drove up there to get paperwork for me (the cosigner, WHO WORKED FOR THEM and helped with the paperwork) stole my car along with the paperwork for it!! I got a notarized letter granting permission for my mother to pick up the paperwork for me, and they told her we have to get a COURT ORDER just so that I can get my paperwork on an $11k car that's price ended up at $21k... Something suspicious is definitely going on here. Do not trust them!! They will screw you over! Definitely getting a lawyer for this one.

First of all, I just wanted to say that I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. Unfortunately we just could not come to a deal. I do however want to leave a positive review solely based on the hard work of their sales folks, specifically Kyra.

I live very far from the dealer and was looking for a truck with specific features that just happened to be on this dealer's lot. This presents a unique and difficult buying and selling experience because I couldn't simply go check out the truck. Kyra went above and beyond to give me all the applicable information and additional photos that I requested which I needed to make an educated decision for my purchase.

Ultimately it was unfortunate that the deal didn't work out. That being said I would highly recommend the dealer and their diligent sales staff. They will do what's needed to make sure you are happy with your purchase even if it's not at their dealer. You just don't see that much anymore. A+ for sure.

Stopped by to look at f250 crew cabs with a gas engine and 2wd. There were none with 2wd, so I test drove a 2017 King Ranch and a 2020 XL, both with 4wd. Although I liked the King Ranch, I chose the XL. It was new and had a greater payload capacity than the used one. I also didn t need all the features that the King Ranch came with (at a higher price). The trade in was fair and there was no pressure to add on extras (extended warranties and the like). Now I can pull my rv and not have to worry about payload. Walt s no pressure approach was a pleasant surprise. I gave 4 stars because of the limited choices for gas powered f250s. It seems that diesel rules in this area. I had limited choices at the Ram dealership in Lake City too

Jane was AWESOME. We LOVE our new van. It was our first time purchasing a vehicle and it took a little while for all the talk and paperwork. Lucky for us. Walt's had a room for the kids with TV, free fountain drinks, and snacks. They detailed the van and we get our first oil change free. When I had an issue with the windshield wipers, they took it straight back and put the most expensive ones on in a matter of minutes. Fantastic experience.

I would never buy from them again they said car was inca gold that's what they advertised it is bronze I guess nobody at the dealership was smart enough to read the title they said they just serviced it there is not a sticker on the door jamb or window maybe there the only dealer in the united states that don,t put a sticker on it after they service it I wrote another review about a month ago it does not seem to be around anymore funny how that works they want to sell you vehicles no matter how many lies they tell you the manager has not tried to help me or even call me back I don,t want to talk to josh he has lied enough to me I bet this will not be up long

Just asked about a used SUV- the website shows a big red mark across the $$$$ so that to me ment the price would be differnt... nope guy wasnt interested in listening to me - just told me well its marked that so that's what it is... this is the 2nd time I've tried to see about a car with yall and it's the last time I inquire! Yuck service ! Yuck personality! So much for home town feel !!

Pesimo I went to buy a truck that they told me that they sold it for 25,000 and it turns out that when I got there they told me that it cost 28 thousand when I looked online for its price I said 25 thousand they gave me 3 prices a deception also the cars do not have their price official position is only of words that is not legal for my idea .. I left with the worst opinion I do not want to know about that place.

Worked here for a month and this is not a good place to work if youre hired as a detailer. I applied on indeed and it tells you that you will be paid 10-15 dollars an hr. Once hired i was being paid minimum wage to detail cars . even with commission you get paid under 350 a week . place is a scam

Had my 2019 F250 Super Duty serviced at Walts Live Oak Ford Quick Lane. The service was just that, quick. Their price was the best in the area and the customer service was second to none.
