I've used their car charging stations and had their maintenance department check for firmware updates on my car, and they were very helpful. Their parts department was also very helpful locating windshield wiper parts for an old car of ours.

She hooked us up with a new Nissan Leaf and we are very happy with the purchase. Maggie worked with us before hand so that once we got there, the process was relatively quick. Overall we had a very good experience.

Today I took my Nissan Pathfinder to the service department at BURIEN NISSAN to replace the front brakes. The name of my service Advisor is Dee and he is a really nice and friendly man and he knows how to do his job very well performing all my expectations. The service department closes at 5:30 pm and He had to wait for me after that time to allow me to pick up my vehicle. Thank you. This is a really nice fact of the professional service they have.

I want to buy a Nissan Leaf ! Just spoke to Andrea, at Burian Nissan. She told me all about the Leaf, and the lease / purchase options....even though she knew I live in CA and wouldn't be buying from her dealership. SO refreshing....I have to say....because I have spoken to many salespeople from other dealerships that were a big PAIN, and either withheld info, were bored with the conversation, or DIDN'T KNOW anything about the cars they were selling. So thank you Andrea for just "telling it like it is" , giving me all the info, and being cheerful and upbeat about it !!!!

I originally sent an email requesting information on 2 vehicles I saw on their website, and Melissa responded within minutes. By the time I was able to stop by the dealership after work, Melissa was gone for the day, so Valentina stepped in to help me. I was looking at a few other vehicles at different dealerships as well, so it took me over a week to decide which one to buy. Valentina stayed in contact with me the whole time, and provided any info I needed. Everyone that I dealt with at this dealership was very nice, and no one was ever pushy, which I greatly appreciated. I did end up buying one of the original cars I had asked about from them. I recommend Burien Nissan for their helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

From beginning to end, Burien Nissan was great to work with. My experience started when I sent an email requesting information and Nicole Gutierrez responded. I sent email after email requested more information and Nicole was very information and patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted to do. After a couple days of emails she sent my information over to her manager Jon Hansen. I communicated with Jon up until the day I went to the dealership to check out the cars in person. he was very responsive and friendly. The day I went to the dealiership, Valentina Lopez greeted me in the lot as I was looking. She was friendly and personable. I told her that I was working with Jon so she went inside to let him know I was in the lot but he was on the phone. She came back and walked me around and asked if she could help me in the meantime. Long story short, Jon and Valentina worked together to put me in a 2016 Nissan rogue. Overall it was an amazing experience. Valentina went over all the safety and other features that the car has and then sent me on my way. I ended up leaving a couple things in my trade in and she mailed them to me within 2 days. I would HIGHLY recommend working with this group. They were fantastic.

Horrible experience! Test drove a car it died on the hill and another car wouldn't start. A car lot porter almost hit us while parking a car we test drove. No one knew the car prices had to check online myself. I would rate lower. Waste of my time.

I just had the best car buying experience that I've ever had [at Burien Nissan]. I was a little skeptical when I walked through doors, had my guard up and ready to have to deal with being harassed or pushed into a purchase I didn't fully want or couldn't afford.... I was so wrong. My experience there was great. My product specialist Andrea was so friendly, personable and understanding. She didn't try to pressure me into anything and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed buying choice.

I've had some financial "troubles" in the past and they [especially Edgar] were able the work magic for me. I got a great interest rate and they kept me within my budget. I couldn't be happier with my experience today!

My family has been purchasing cars from Burien Nissan for many years and, coming here for the first time myself, I understand why my family members keep coming back. I was able to trade in my 2005 Nissan Altima for a 2015 Altima. I never felt pressured or intimidated, which can often happen at car dealerships. In particular, Belen Uribe was very helpful. She made me feel comfortable, was patient with me when I couldn't decide between two cars, and listened to what I was actually looking for. Although she showed me the brand new cars (which looked amazing) she was not pushy and did not pressure me to buy one. Instead, I was able to get a previously owned 2015, which still feels like a brand new car and I love it! When I decided to not purchase an extended warranty, they took no for an answer and, again, were not overly pushy about it. Overall, this was a great experience.

Wish it was Higher Stars - it's a long review but outlines why Burien Nissan is Phenomenal

Burien Nissan December 2017 - First let me introduce you to the staff that performed wonderfully and cared about customer service. Internet Department Director Doug, Internet Specialist Monica, & Title Clerk Debra - although I was an easy sell (I desired the Murano without a doubt) - Burien Nissan made the buying process an absolutely straightforward, no-hassle, up-front pricing, returned my emails or calls promptly process. What more can I say or desire - no pressure, no apparent lies, no flim-flamming - 100% treated the way I expected to be treated.

My experience with Burien has caused me to seek them out first for any other future buys - I'm now wanting to purchase an EV or PHEV. (I had a Volt and really enjoyed it). Now Nissan has the 2nd Gen Leaf, Honda with the new Clarity and Burien Chevy is heavily discounting the Volts - I'm getting a second vehicle soon and Burien is the first dealer I will turn to simply because of the level of integrity and customer service I experienced purchasing the Murano.

I live outside Anchorage - and have built a relationship with a salesman here at an Auto Group. For two years, I go to him. He's retired military and I'm active duty working in the same unit that he retired from, so I respect that - as he's been fair and honest - but cannot lower the prices and will not "fight" on my behalf to obtain lower prices during the haggling process - but out of respect - I allow him the chance to beat a competitor's deal. In the two years I've been in Anchorage I've purchased and traded new Cherokee's x2, Mazda 3, Renegade, Volt and Grand Cherokee. I've always compromised when buying and when I can, I give this retiree a chance to help me get a great deal - and he cannot deliver.

My fiance desired a new Murano here in Anchorage last summer but this salesperson could not or would not work to get the deal I needed to make the sale (and it was a good ask - I wasn't asking for a terribly super deal - I simply would not accept their offer of my trade-in of a new '17 Cherokee loaded w/ less than 300miles for $10K less of value). They offered little off the Murano MSRP (and had second dealer sticker with VPP markups) and the Cherokee trade-in allowance was completely unreasonable, so we returned to Jeep, compromised, and up-traded the Cherokee for a new Overland Grand Cherokee. We rec'd nearly penny for penny payoff for the Cherokee - not a bad deal at all - simply a vehicle compromise.

I've driven the GC for a few months now and have a list of compromises that make me return to the Murano. So, I ventured into the used Muranos - no dice here - all entry-level FWD trims and again, I'd be compromising if I bit on those. So I expanded my search to include WA. And viola! Burien. I sent emails, made connections, spoke over the phone, was given additional discounts - and along the way was told how much of a pleasure it was dealing with me - and it was a very mutual attribute I returned to Doug. We worked the price, worked the docs via FedEx and spun up the shipper. Along the way, I sent Burien's figures to my local military salesman retiree and he returned his best Murano price.

His Murano was the same trim level as Burien's but one small option was missing causing his MSRP to be a few hundred dollars lower. However, he tacked on VPP, offered very little dealer discount, and added doc fees five times higher than Burien and the overall pricing (with a lower starting MSRP than Burien's) was nearly $2.5K higher than Burien's bottom line price! Burien's price plus my added shipping expense was still $1K lower than the local dealer. Wow.

And Burien's staff was kind, considerate, and conscientious with me. I'm down with Burien. I wish I could score it with higher stars. I do not know what local Washingtonians think about the Burien Auto Group, but my fiance and I are two very happy people.
I will sell the GC privately. Next - purchase a Burien EV or PHEV!

MUST READ! I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima nearly...

MUST READ! I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima nearly two years ago, and was given a 20% APR. I really didn t want this vehicle but needed it at the time. Since then I ve been trying to trade my vehicle in for one I wanted, but every dealership I went to, and I went to A LOT, couldn t get me a loan with or without the trade in due to my low credit score and the amount of negative equity I still had in the Nissan ($14k). My credit also took a major hit going to all these dealerships, so after a year I gave up. Then I received a call from Rodney at Burien Nissan asking if I was interested in upgrading to a newer vehicle. Totally unexpected. I told him I would, but that I didn t think it d be possible. He told me to come in and at least try with him, as they have experience with this situation. I then told him that s what every other dealership said, and told him I d come in but do not want my credit ran unless he was sure he could get me a loan. I came in the next day and not only did he get me a loan ( which shocked me truly), but he got one that took my trade in and covered the negative equity. On top of that, I left in a 2017 Jaguar XE 25t!! with just a $1000 down! Super luxurious and very fast car with 25k miles. If you are down on your luck vehicle wise or find yourself in a situation similar to mine, definitely call Rodney. And here s the best part: they had me sign a bank contract that put me at 12.99% APR just to get me into that vehicle the same night, but then Rodney called the next day and said the finance manager found a better loan, and my payments went down by $150 and my APR went to 7.99%!! I now pay $120/month more than I did for my Nissan (which makes sense considering the sports car I wanted) but for the car I really want!! I ll be taking pics of me, Rodney, and the vehicle at the dealership soon so you know my story is legit!

Im happy with it, but the third party banking system really made an inconvenience for me for about a week... now two weeks later I'm still getting stuck with having to pay off my buckets bill that i had traded in! Overall im happy with the car. But each persons situatuon could make the process different

Stopped by there last week to look at cars and get rates. The rates given were horrible and not worth my time. They kept showing me older vehicles telling me I had to start somewhere since I was rebuilding my credit. I left disappointed. I felt like they didn t think I knew how the car buying process worked, and thought I would settle. I did end up settling on a brand new 2018 GMC Acadia the same day from Good Chevrolet. I love my new car and they made car buying a breeze. Glad I decided to shop elsewhere.

I took her personal extension down as I would love to continue to go through her for any further questions or needs. Very pleased with this dealership. However, the woman wearing the see-thru leggings and the dress that barley covered the bottom of her butt, she was an embarrassment to your establishment. Even though my credit wasn't the best, they still were able to work with me to get a payment that was right on budget and a better APR than any other dealership. One of the worst Nissan dealership ever. I purchased Nissan Pathfinder from burien Nissan last year and installed few interiors features. They gave me different cost in the bogging and they ended up charging me more and gave me explanation etc etc..and they damaged my windshield at that time and I mentioned that they dropped something on windshield and got damaged my window and they told me they gonna call me and fix it and never got call back from them and I called them multiple times but they didn t gave me schedule appointment nothing. I even took my brother for his new car here and purchased rougue from them and regretting that I referred people at this location. no loyalty nothing!!

Best car dealer experience we've ever had..I was told 2 weeks earlier that a truck I was applying for was too much for me by a ford dealer in renton unless I put down more $$$$$.Thanks to my wifes research of Burien Nissan website she came across a newer version by 2 years and about 20,000 miles less on the odometer and $3000.00 less than what I was applying for in Renton..We are happy with the Nissan Titan truck we got from them..Andrea Avery was amazing and helpful with the staff. I walk in again for something else and they still call me by my name.I had dealers forget my name right after the handshake..I've noticed most of the bad reviews are from the previous place that was there before them and they are mistaken for..I love Nissan brand since they are very reliable..When I'm ready for another one I know Burien Nissan is the place..So stop going through reviews and just go there and don't forget to ask for Andrea Avery..

I've always dreaded going car shopping. I hate when 5 sales reps come after you and try to talk you into something you don't want. So this time I did my research online first. I loved the immediate responses to my questions and was able to get approved right away. I went in the next day to test drive the car I was interested in and received the best customer service I've ever had at a dealership. I told them that I didn't have much time and needed to get everything done during my lunch hour and they did it. Thank you Araceli, Gerry and Nicole you went above and beyond. This was the BEST experience I've had.

So helpful! I went in with the idea of getting a used car since my funds were limited. I had just left Burien Toyota and had been greatly disappointed in the experience. I looked at 3 cars at Burien Nissan, and had help from some amazing staff there and ended up Leasing a brand new Nissan Leaf for the same price as it would have been to buy a used older one. I felt so comfortable and not pressured to buy anything at all. The service was amazing. I'm not used to being treated so well by people at car dealerships. I was impressed, and I will definitely be back in the future! I love my new car!

I had 8am oil change appointment. I was told by the person who checked me in that it would take 1 hour. I waited till 9:10 then went to ask when my car will be done. I was told that they were waiting for the prices of parts which would have been fine if they had told me what was wrong with my car and if I could wait while they got the prices. I ended up being there for 1 hour and 45 mins. Paid $99.00 for an oil change. Finally I told them I had to leave for work since I only planned to be there for an hour. I was told my car was in the wash but when I got the car it was still really dirty. I was so disappointed by the time I left. I will not be going back there in future.

I stopped by Burien Nissan Service dept. about two or three weeks ago right after closing time with a couple of questions regarding our Nissan Rogue. I was helped by an employee named Dee Phillips. I can't say enough about this guy's stellar customer service skills. He took care of one issue before I finished asking all of my questions.
After he was off the clock, he took the time to walk me out to our car and explains in detail all of my inquiries about our vehicle. Outstanding job, Mr. Phillips! Somebody give this man a raise.
