After several weeks of searching for my perfect car, I finally found exactly what I was looking for at Walt's Live Oak Ford.
Jonathan Abel and Kyra Hickmon were great to work with from my initial visit to test drive the car through my actual purchase. I was not harassed or bombard with calls/texts like other dealerships.
I had a couple of issues that needed special attention that Dino Daniel stepped up and took care of for me. He definitely went above and beyond making sure I was happy with my purchase and left with a smile on my face.
After this experience, I can't imagine ever purchasing a vehicle from anyone else!!

Shop rags were left under hood, and oil was left all over engine. It appeared the tech was in a hurry and not much attention to cleanliness was a facture. Don't think I will be using quick lane for servicing needs in the future.

Staff very nice and knowledgeable. Gave us a great deal on a rental car while our truck was being fixed. Just kept us in the loop the whole time. Emergency truck repair was fixed in a timely manner as we were just traveling through on our way to central Florida.

The service I got from the dealer was very good. I don't have any complaints about the dealership. My complaint is with the damn finance industry. Hell, they treat people like they just got out of a federal prison. There no more than a bunch of money grubbing blue bloods. But the dealership was just fine!

Yesterday I purchased a new 2016 Ford XLT FX4 model from Walt's Live Oak Ford. Josh was my dealer. The process was smooth and painless and was the best truck buying experiences that I've ever had. I at no time felt pressured or uncomfortable. My recommendation is that you go on line, find the vehicle of your dreams and submit all the information to Walt's for a hassle free car buying experience. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

We are looking to purchase a car in the next 6 mon...

We are looking to purchase a car in the next 6 months or so. Some places we have looked at, the people are on you like butter to butter. Then you can't shake them even after you leave if you mistakenly give them your phone number. We did not have that here. They listened to what we were saying. We will be purchasing in the near future maybe sooner IF we see a car that is in good condition and fits our budget. We appreciate the employees help here and that they knew when to back off and let us look.

I chose Walts dealership for their selection.I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness and friendliness of my salesperson. Their team was very helpful, and a true one stop shop . This dealership addressed my issue in a day, got me to the nearest hotel for the night, and had my car ready to go first thing the following morning. Robbie was a great help, and they even dropped me off and picked me up from the hotel. Great customer service. Thank you!

Drove over from Jacksonville to buy my new F150 King Ranch. The first thing I noticed was not being tossed into a shark tank like at the corporately owned dealerships. They took a lot of time to give us exactly what we wanted, helped us work through using the technology in the vehicle, and were amazing throughout the buying process! Worth the drive!

My 2017 Ford broke down on the side of the interst...

My 2017 Ford broke down on the side of the interstate in Georgia with 24,000 miles had it towed to Walts Ford they did repair work under warranty 1600 miles later the truck broke down again had it pulled to Palms Ford in Gainesville where I was told there was contaminants in a fuel they voided my warranty after warranty was voided I had it pulled to another mechanic shop where they found that the gasket for the sending unit was left off in the initial repair at Walts Ford it cost me two tow fees and $1300 to have the system cleaned and repaired to be able to drive the vehicle not to mention walts had the truck for over a month and a half to repair it the first time one week after the truck was back from walts I had to take it back for a cracked fuel line and spend another day waiting on it to be repaired when I called and spoke to the manager at Walts to tell them what was found The service manager told me I was on my own they were not going to reimburse me for the repair work that had to be done because they improperly repaired it the first time And pretty much wrote me off I have tried to contact several times to get them to reimburse me the fees I had to pay to get the truck fixed properly and still no response I have contacted Ford corporate and waiting on a response from them at this time but I will never take anything to walts to get it fixed again

Very disappointed in our salesperson. She had no clue what she was doing and should have never been left alone to do our paper work. Which was pretty simple as we had check in hand from our credit union. After an hour doing paper work she then says I'll have the vehicle detailed. What! Should have had it detailed before the sale. We were not waiting any longer. So told her we would detail it. Over all pricing was very fair and dealership personnel was very nice.
Oh and we get a Free oil change! WOW!

First, the good... our salesperson was friendly an...

First, the good... our salesperson was friendly and not pushy or rude, as some I've encountered in my long life. The vehicle itself appears to be a solid, good-riding, low mileage, mechanically sound vehicle based on approximately one week of driving it.
The not-so-good... I was told the vehicle would be "detailed" prior to finalizing the purchase and taking ownership. It would seem there is a considerable difference between the dealership and myself regarding what constitutes a "detailed" vehicle... in my experience detailing is the process of thoroughly cleaning a vehicle, inside & out, removing any interior rub marks from cargo items such as furniture, bicycle tires, and the like... not necessarily deep scratches, but black marks made by tires that can be removed with a bit of soap and elbow grease, that kind of thing... in short, getting the vehicle looking as close to "new" as is possible. Regrettably, this was not the case with my vehicle. Upon observation in the week I've owned the vehicle, my impression is the "detailing" consisted of an exterior wash and tire black applied to the sidewalls of the tires, maybe vacuumed the interior. There are light-colored drip or splatter marks of unidentified origin on the insides of the door openings and also on portions of the seat materials that soap does not remove... I've been able to get some of them off of the hard surfaces with acetone, but I am not too enthusiastic to try it on the seats. Open the tailgate and there is old, dry dirt around the inside surfaces of the opening and tailgate itself... again, not how any vehicle I have owned has ever been returned to me after a detailing job.
As for the tires... good rubber on the front, raggedy worn tires on the rears... same manufacturer but different models from the fronts. Lastly, the vehicle was furnished with only a half-tank of fuel... maybe not a big deal to some folks, but every single vehicle I have ever purchased, new and previously owned, was driven off the lot with a full tank of fuel... multiple dealers in multiple states.
Now, I realize this was not a "new car", and do not expect it to be pristine and looking showroom new... but folks, to purchase this vehicle my wife and I drove roughly 250 miles round trip, to the dealer and back home. We are well past 65 years of age, and it was a long trip and a longer day.
Being aware that the dealership made a TON of profit on this vehicle, I don't feel a proper detailing and a full tank would have been unreasonable to expect.
Understand, I have no problem with our relationship as far as courtesy, respect, and friendliness are concerned... I just believe the "dealer prep" aspect of the deal could, and should, have been better. When all is said and done... we ARE satisfied with the vehicle itself, and our sales person. Unfortunately, this vehicle purchase was not a five-star experience...

Brought a car not even years ago, the transmission slipping and the air compressor went out. Just a total mess what I had to go through with them and the car. I would not recommend on buying a car here. Complete rip offs.

Will never buy a vehicle from them again bought a brand new mustang made raddling in the door since I bought the car I told them they told me they would fix it. Then a year after having it my seat belt is now not working called to see if I could get my door and seat belt fix and then told me my car was out of warranty by 2000 miles after I told the guy the door has been a problem since I bought the car! Was told I would be charged to fix the seat belt. Do not buy anything from them.

If I could give this company and negative star I would. We purchased a 2012 Ford Flex from then on December 31st. Weather was still cold then so never really ran the AC. Weather started getting warmer AC never really work properly. Then when the first rain came of the season the Vista roof leaked into the radio causing the radio AC controls all to short out. Took the vehicle back to them to see if they could fix it. This was an absolute waste of time and a joke!!!!!. Never could get an answer on what the problem was, just that part that I had purchased offline was bad. Had to purchase the part offline because I could not purchase one through Ford due to it being so far on backorder they couldn't even give a delivery date for the part . The car was given back to us saying that we needed to return the part to where we bought it from however they left the part inside of the dash no way of getting it out. Went back to them again to see if we could trade out of the vehicle due to the fact that we've only had it for 5 months, in the car obviously had serious electrical issues Got a lot of smoke blown up our rears and Alot of lies and a lot of no call backs. I would recommend you take your money out of town if looking to purchase a vehicle. The only positive thing I can say is the salesman Santi was very helpful and trying to get help. However management is an absolute joke. Like I said we will never purchase another thing from Walt's Live Oak Ford and will warn everyone we come in contact with to stay away

I purchased a vehicle from them. Only had it a couple of days and the engine light came on. Then when you turned on the AC it started clicking. I was very upset! When I called and spoke with a manager he replied that they were not going to fix it. So that just shows that they're just putting used vehicles on their lot without checking them out. I would not recommend anyone I knew to them.

I called initially and spoke to a Jim. When I had asked via the online site for the internet price, I received a call from a woman named Sharon. I repeatedly asked for this 'online price'. She refused to give me one, citing the need for my credit checks first. Why? I simply WANTED THE PRICE OF THE CAR! We haggled for 2-3 days, and finally she told me the car I was interested in had sold the day before! OMG! I then asked for the price of a 06 Hyundai Sonata, which had been for sale for around $4,000 until they put up a 'call for price' online. I had to get quite firm with this woman, and she finally called me back, to tell me the price was $11,000+! (A 2006 compact?) I checked the Kelley Blue book price, they hover around $5,500. I'm so angry with the run around I received from this woman. I'll try one more time with Jim, and will update my experience. I'm attempting to purchase from here, because of the decent reviews I've read. I'm praying this Sharon is an anomaly. Hmmmm...,.

Had me waiting to see if I get approved for hours. to tell me at the last minute they can't help me is been more than a month and I'm still resiving letters from banks I have resive at least 50 letters telling me and not approved all from different banks.they will mess your credit up even more.i went in there with a credit of 600 and my trade in and they mess my credit up .but I have a good loan now thanks God I didn't get a a car from them.so watch out they also try to trick you on a lease.so you won't own it
