Great, planned the service at the advice of the service department, dropped off my car work was completed, additional safety concerns were identified by the Technician, I was called to approve the work before it was done, as a result I was able to get both services completed at the once.

I feel safer having a single service location handling my repairs. They stand behind their work to ensure I am personally satisfied. With a single location handling all of my repairs I eliminate any opportunity for finger pointing, (example brake repair done by a tire store vs Honda Service center). Your service and parts cost were better than the tire store. I appreciate that.

I had the best experience at Capitol City Honda the other day. Craig Schmidt was my salesman and he did a fantastic job explaining all the features my CR-V has. He kept me very informed during the loan process. I would recommend Craig as your next salesman. A big shout out to the finance people too.. they worked their butts off for me to get the payment I needed.

The customer service is always top notch! I'm not always excited with having to spent more than what I initially came in for but they are thorough in explaining the additional work (after my approval) leaving the care and SAFETY of my family and my car a #1 priority.

I have a 2011 CRV and have nearly 30,000 miles on it. I used the on-line site to schedule an oil change and printed coupons for discounts. When Donny met me in the service entry, he noted several fluids were due for changing at 30,000. We thought it was a good use of time to do those along with air filters which had not been changed for 3 years. As the inspection went on, the tires were noted to be quite worn so we also changed four tires, balanced and aligned them. The car drives so much more smoothly and quietly. As Donny said, "I won't have to worry about you on the roads now because of smooth tires." Will I bring my car back. You bettcha.

Since I posted my original review below, Capitol C...

Since I posted my original review below, Capitol City Honda called me and replaced the splash guard. They also called later and told me that the "technician" who worked on my car had been sacked. While that was not part of my goal, I appreciate that they're trying to make sure other customers don't have a similar experience. I wish I hadn't had to post a stinky review to have them understand how concerned I was. But they have tried to make it right.

I won't be back. I love my little Honda Fit. I took it to Capitol City Honda for a simple oil change and tire rotation, waited for it, and drove off to work thinking all things were good. A mile or so down the road, as I was accelerating onto I-5, my car fell apart. Something started bouncing up and down off the pavement under the front end of my car. Turns out the technician either forgot to put the front clips back on the splash guard, or broke them when he did the oil change, and the splash guard had just dropped off. I listened to it drag on the road for the half mile or so it took me to get off I-5 and into a parking lot. I called, and 40 minutes or so later they finally got the technician out to zip tie the front end up so I could drive back to the dealership so they could fix it. I waited for a shuttle to work, and had to get the shuttle back again at the end of the day to pick it up. That's about an extra hour and a half out of my work day. Did they offer to replace the splash guard? Nope. It was already scuffed, and wasn't broken enough to replace. As recompense for the extra time I had to wait around, and the aggravation of my car - which I love - falling apart under me on I-5, they informed me my next oil change was free. Cheapest possible way out for them short term. Especially because I'll never take my car back there again, so they won't even have to cough up for the oil change. But I also won't be buying the Honda Ridgeline truck of my dreams from them, nor will I have it serviced there. They don't appear to be especially interested in making things right when they screw up.

I was introduce to Dale and he was the kindest car...

I was introduce to Dale and he was the kindest car salesmen I ve ever come in contact with. He was not pushy at all! He asked about my grandkids, where I worked and asked why I was wanting to trade my car in and was so open to hear what I wanted in a vehicle. He never acted rushed or put out cause I wanted to try different cars. We laughed a lot and he was very professional. He helped my narrow down exactly what I was looking for which lead me to the Honda HRV. Such a positive experience for my husband and me. Thank you Capitol City Honda!

I had an unexpected situation arise so had no appt. Capitol City Honda got my vehicle in and had it diagnosed in a timely fashion. I felt valued and taken care of, especially by Leah. She kept in contact with me regarding what they found, the cost and how long it would take to repair. I purchased my Acura at Riordan Honda in Sumner and still didn't receive the thorough, efficient service there that I did at Capitol City Honda. I had no affiliation with Capitol City Honda previous to last week but I have now found a new home for my future auto service needs as well as future sales!

The service was okay, I was a little shocked at the cost of an oil change now. Their site states "Synth Blend 5W20 Oil & Filter Change $44.95" In the past, I've always paid a competitive price for an oil change. This time it was $140.52. I WILL not be going to CCH again!

Thanks for the reply Troy. Your website states an "Oil & Filter Change with Multi Point Inspection is $59.95." The Express service includes the Multi Point Inspection. The removal of the front and rear brake calipers, cleaning and lubing of the caliper slide pins, measuring the inner and out brake pads, tire rotation, performed a transmission and transfer case fluid service, and a rear differential service. All of these services were charged separately from the oil change, at least that's how it looks on my paperwork. Also, I just noticed yesterday, that my coolant reserve tank coolant level is below the MIN line.

There was never any discussion or supplied estimate before the B136 service was performed either. Thanks again...

They sell models they don't have parts in stock for, so for some upgrades you may have to make an appointment to come back later after they've ordered a part. Which it turns out they may not have even then.

In other words, go to a different Honda dealership for service.

I scheduled my 2012 Honda for service (due to a nationwide recall on the front passenger air bag). When I arrived at the dealership, I was assisted immediately by a very friendly and efficient staff and told it could take 1 1/2 hours so I settled in the comfortable waiting area with a good book. Imagine my delight when just 45 minutes later, my name was called. Repairs were completed and my car had also been washed. Thank you for fast, efficient and friendly service.

I went in on 13 August to get a recall taken care of on my 2017 CRV shifter. I was told by a service advisor Leah that it would take 45 minutes to complete she ask if I wanted a washed/vacuum afterwards. I said no the car is already clean. I waited in the area for an hour an came back looking for my car. I found out she had my paperwork buried on her desk and the technician hadn t started the work yet. When she seen me in the waiting room she must have taken it back to him then. So I waited another hour + for the work to be done. The problem I have is it wasn t very busy in there that day an when I looked at her desk their were only 3 or 4 orders on it. So I was out of there in 2hr 10min .... so much for getting there 15 minutes early

I've been around the block. I am a baby boomer who has been a Honda guy since the early 80's. I consider myself a "car guy" and while I am reasonable, I also know I can be rather picky and assertive.
My latest dealings with Capitol City Honda is nothing short of fantastic. Whether it is people in sales, service, management, or whoever....they aim to please.
Their "No regrets" slogan?...you can take that to the bank. Shop where you like, but buy from Capitol City Honda. (By the way, this is a real post. I am neither a Capitol City employee, nor a personal friend or relative of anyone at Capitol City Honda.)

Very displeased with the service I got here. I felt as though I was rushed the second I got there. There was a new salesman shadowing a more experienced salesman and I d have to say the new salesman ruined the deal for me. I think his name is Marcus or Michael. He was very squirrelly and rushed me. He couldn t stop moving when I was signing some papers, always looking over my shoulder and the second I was done signing a document he immediately pulled it away like he was in a rush too. They did not try to work with a preapproved loan I had. It was a waste of my time and the part that pissed me off the most was when they said they d pull my credit It would be a soft pull, it was a hard inquiry. Very displeased.

Took my car in for oil change and recall on passenger airbag replacement. Used a coupon on the oil change that was emailed to me. Also used a coupon on wiper blade replacement which I LOVE that they sent a wiper blade coupon!!! It's about time. They let me keep the wiper blade coupon to use again, which is AWESOME!!

I also used the shuttle service with Diane. Good communication with Diane.

They gave me a heads up in front and rear brake service needed soon.

Plus they washed and vacuumed my car.

Actually I rated them at 4 star, but I'm going to change it to a 5 star.

Bought my first brand new car here and been servicing at the same place since. Staff is great and they do your best to get you in and out in a reasonable time. Cant wait to upgrade on a new vehicle cause this is where I will be doing it at.

Mario sold me my brand new Honda Civic. No games. He made me an offer online. It was less than any other dealer from Seattle to Portland. The next morning while I was thinking it over he emailed and offered $500 off that price. I called a few other dealers. One offered to match the price but every other dealer told me they couldn t lose that much money on a sale.
The finance person offered me a few extras, pulled out paper, wrote down numbers, showed me statistics but when I declined he didn t push it.

Very happy with my experience here

I am very satisfied with the service on my newish honda. The waiting area is nice- I was offered a shuttle home but decided to wait. I brought work with me and was able to make use of the tables.

I love my honda but had been annoyed by a buzzing rattle. Dex listened to my concerns and the techs were able to fix it! Thank you Dex and thank you capital honda techs- I appreciate your work.

I responded to a mailer, talked with a sales manager who asked an associate to show me around. The associate said I have an appointment in 15 minutes . The manager stated, I need a body . He reluctantly started to show me around. We didn t even get to look at a vehicle before he said, There is no way we can get into a vehicle at that price I responded with, looks like you guys are too busy. I ll come back another time The best part about this what I learned about 1) the nature of the folks who work here 2) I m not likely ever to buy from here. They did give me good advice on going to my current lender to refinance.

Not the best way to garner a relationship.

We were met by Sales Professional JD Beierle, as we walked around the property. We had been hoping to look at the CR-V, and JD took us over to where they were parked. He was very knowledgeable about all trim levels of the car, and helped us to zero in on which would best suit our needs. He not only promoted the CR-V, but also Honda cars in general, adding to our confidence in buying one. After a test drive (in which he thoroughly introduced us to the car, and demonstrated its many safety features), he answered all of our questions and suggested that we talk about a purchase deal. We were not ready yet to do that, which he fully understood. He asked if there were any concerns that would keep us from buying, and we agreed to meet again in a few days to discuss the deal. Three days later, we met to close the deal; we were very satisfied with the negotiated terms, and enjoyed the whole experience.

Teresa Fisher is absolutely AMAZING! She was able to help us find a commuter car with low mileage and an affordable monthly payment. Keith in Financing worked his magic and I can t begin to describe the feeling my husband and I felt when we drove off in our new car.
We don t have the best credit but the Team at Capitol City Honda in Olympia definitely made us feel like family and our experience there was by far the best customer service ever!
We highly recommend them to everyone and will be purchasing our future vehicles from Capitol City Honda. Consider us LOYAL CUSTOMERS!

Took Element in for airbag recall. Easy and prompt to schedule; people are polite and friendly. Never did see car being worked on, but I trust they did it and I hope I never have to test it. Appreciate the vac and wash job. Only thing less than perfect was that it took 90 minutes instead of the recall notice's claim of 45 minutes. But that's just a manufacturer making it hard on the dealer. Our Element still looks and runs great at 66K, but that's to be expected from a Honda. It's perfect for hauling our two giant dogs, who consider the back half to be theirs.

Great service! Very friendly staff. It took about 40 min for an oil change, with 4-point inspection, car wash and vacuming included. Only issue: I wish the website let you put what car you have when it isn't a Honda. I went Thursday night and had to come back on Friday because they did not have the filter for my Chevy and it was too late to get one. Lesson learned- I will have to call next time. But their prices beat the Chevy dealership!

I came here partially for the complimentary wash and vacuum. Car wash is broken. No offer to come back or wash elsewhere. Vacuum is laughable. My children could do a better job. Didn't vacuum the seats or under anything. Patched my tire and charged me for it though I could get it done free at a tire shop. All said and done $55 for a simple oil change!!! And now I have to take time and pay to wash and vacuum my car. I will never come here again.

Very disappointed with Rory today. On the 3rd car...

Very disappointed with Rory today. On the 3rd car that we looked at (and the first that we wanted to test drive), Rory refused to let us test drive the vehicle, stating that the car was only for people that were serious buyers. I told him that my primary car was out of commission and we desperately needed a vehicle, but Rory acted as if we couldn't buy the car at $33K. Rory must be paid on commission as to put such little effort in selling a car just based on someone's looks.

I appreciate response and the acknowledgement of the issue, but I want to be clear that this wasn t a safety concern or just a rookie salesman. Rory purposely didn t want to keep showing us cars, because he thought we were not serious buyers and were consuming his time. I ve never had a car salesman actually complain about having to show car after car as if it was pointless.

The bottom line is that it is not right to discriminate against people and fail the primary function of your job, because the people you are supposed to be helping don t look like they are going to make you money.

I hope this review aids the owners in properly training their staff and as a warning to others in hopes to prevent a similar situation at Capitol City Honda.

We had the good fortune of having Leah as our service advisor. She assisted us all the way from being broke down (kaput battery) on a dark, rainy evening, several miles from the dealership, to scheduling the diagnosis, repair, and follow through the next day. Her professional service focused on making sure we were not stranded, that we had a means to get the car to the shop, and to making sure our car was scheduled and repaired properly the next day. Her attention to our immediate needs when broke down boosted our confidence in the quality of service that we would eventually receive for our car.

Bought a car here from Jose and it was not a painful experience at all! He let me look at any car I wanted, never rushed me, and we had a great conversation while we waited to finance. I definitely recommend coming here to look at cars, it doesnt feel like you're being forced into anything and that they genuinely want to help you.

My sales person Eric Rice was amazing! He went out of his way to pick me up to look at a vehicle so I wouldn t have to find a ride. He answered all my questions and assisted with all the paperwork that the financial assistant Adrienne needed.
Both of them change my perspective on the car buying perspective. One amazing place.
