I had a problem with Sirius not working through my...

I had a problem with Sirius not working through my stereo system and Sirius company was not able to help me, for 6 days in a row. I went to the Ford dealership and the salesmen therefore nonstop trying to figure out the issue. They stayed on the phone with Sirius and nothing worked. Sirius did not want to give me back my full reimbursement that I paid, $79. Ford salesmen went through manager after manager in the Sirius company. After 2.5 hours on the phone, I received my $79. These guys took their time away from making sales to help me, for free. One of the guys even stayed past his clock out time just to help solve this issue. When its time for my next truck, I will only be shopping at Walt's Ford in Live Oak. Its not about the sale of the cars, its the customer service that they give. I can say that I have never been more satisfied with a car dealership as much as this one.
