Was forced to bring my car in two different occasions. Was forced to pay 4 diagnostic fees when the obvious issues wasnt fixed. To add insult to injury, I received an additional fee 5 months later for a loaner car. I dont ever write reviews, but my experience with this dealership called for it.

Never buy from Auburn Chevy. They sold my grandmother a 06 Chevy 1500 and it has been nothing but problems and they took advantage of and olderly lady sold her the car more for 14$ more than what it was worth. Horrible people when I called to complain the finance guy was nothing but rude and full of excuses tell me that other dealerships will tell me what I want to hear. Excuse me. It's the facts not what other dealerships are telling me.

So I got a car this past June because Cody McElligott was able to help me get financed for a new 2018 Chevy Malibu. So when he became a sales person I was more than happy to work with him again. Cody was excellent. Not only did he get my in a 2nd 2018 Chevy Malibu but he went the extra mile to make sure I got everything I needed. I can honestly say I would not have gotten a 2nd vehicle from this dealership if it wasn't for Cody for so many reason. However the top 3 reasons that come to mind is great customer services, attention to detail and great guidance through this whole process. Cody is a great asset to your company.

I just left there for an oil change .it was my first time at this location. $67 for an oil change is the most I have ever spent in my life. She had the nerve to say I saved $20 with the coupon. Just driving an equinox not a BMW or anything. Iw ouks never take my car here again. Any other Chevy dealership with coupon has been aboout 40-45. No wonder this was the only location available for an oil change the next day.

I had an overall terrible experience at this Auburn dealership that I regret purchasing my new car here. The only reason it has a 3 star is because I would highly recommend Mr. Hashmi from the sales department who truly exemplifies customer service. He is not a good salesperson but an OUTSTANDING salesperson who not only understands the customer's needs but also goes above and beyond his peers in ensuring that the customer's needs are met. I first had Mr. Fortner as my sales rep. but he never responded back to my emails/phone calls which led me to conduct business with Mr. Hashmi who would always promptly reply. However, my finance department experience with Johnny has caused me a lot of stress, time, and money because I bought a service contract for my vehicle only to realize that the contract doesn't fully cover everything. So, I requested to CANCEL my service contract in Sept. 20 and expected a full refund by Oct. 15. However, Johnny or the finance department has not processed my request and i went back to the dealership on Oct. 13 to remind them of the cancellation. Johnny assured me that he would call on Monday (Oct. 16) to followup and process my request, but have not received any calls/updates. His poor performance has made me to REGRET and NEVER Trust this dealership. I would rather go to another dealership nearby like Titus Will than go through this experience with the finance department. Up to now, i still have not received my refund and I will not TOLERATE a partial refund after the 60 day period on the service contract because of a failure to process the customer's request.

I came in it test drive a few trucks and fell in love with a nice 2014 silverado. Michelle Smith was as non pressuring as it gets while showing different vehicle options to us. I made a deal with the sales manager Todd for a few items to be swapped from another truck that ended up selling before the items could be swapped, but reassured me I would be taken care of. Todd never followed up ever, but when I emailed Michelle of what was going on, she was on it and had me sorted out in no time. I highly recommend anybody looking for a new Chevy to go see Michelle Smith at Auburn Chevrolet.

This was my first experience with Auburn Chevrolet...

This was my first experience with Auburn Chevrolet. I purchased my vehicle in Enumclaw at Art Gamblin motors, but live in Kent, so I needed to find a dealership to service my certified pre-owned 2015 Chevy Traverse so that I could take advantage of the complimentary warranty maintenance. On the map search, Good Chevrolet in Renton and Auburn Chevrolet showed up on the map with distance being pretty close to me in either case.

When I called to make an appointment, I'm not sure who I spoke to, but the phone demeanor was really warm and inviting. I was able to select an early morning appointment that fit my schedule, so there was a great first impression from the start.

When I arrived for my appointment on Wednesday at 8:00am, there was a bit of a line, but I was able to check in, and the service advisor Cindy Zatkovich got all of the information entered into the system and made sure that I knew I could get a complimentary tire rotation in addition to the oil and filter change that my warranty covered, and you guys went above and beyond with a complimentary car wash. Cindy offered coffee in the waiting area and gave an estimate of how long the service would take. After about 40 minutes or so, it was done, and she returned to the waiting area with a smile on her face and let me know the car was finished, and thanked me for coming in. I had to make sure and stop by her desk to grab a card before I left so I could let you guys know how great a job she did, and that your attention to customer service is very noticeable. I also noticed the same with the other customers served before me and being checked in by the other service advisors in different lines. So across the board, everything was consistent with the level of customer service I received during the phone call. Truly a great experience from start to finish.

My wife and I came in today to see if we can trade in our vehicle after we had it hit by an uninsured motorist and Fred Dearing who works there helped not only to get us a brand new car but took the time to make sure we left happy and satisfied. Thank you Auburn Chevrolet.

Took my vehicle in to get serviced and Dane was such a great person to work with. He made sure my car was thoroughly checked and gave it back to us in a timely manner with the problem 100% resolved! Service was not good at all. Took my vehicle in because lights were coming on, told them that the vehicle needs to be driven for awhile before they come on. They told me that they tried driving it around but somehow the odometer didn't move at all. Tried to charge me over $300 to change the battery because that was their guess as to what was wrong. I asked them if that didn't solve the issue could I bring it back in and not have to pay the diagnostic fee, they said no. I asked if I could talk to a technician further about the issue, they said no. Horrible experience, needless to say I will be driving a little further down the road to avoid this shop.

The last car I had, I bought from here and they said they would put new windshield wipers on the car for me, they never did. When I went in to bring it up they fought me on it.

They also acted like they weren't going to pay off my trade in even though that was in the paperwork. I found out a month later when my lender called me asking for payment.

The windshield wipers would cost them maybe $20, and not paying my trade in off in time is not cool either. Because of this, I'll never buy a vehicle from here ever again. Two things that could've easily been handled better lost a customer for life. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the sales people were pretty cool but management should be rearranged, maybe it has since (this was 5 years ago).

Really amazing customer service from Dane. What I truly appreciate is a Service Tech who communicates needed repairs every step of the way and works together with you as a team to insure critical needs of the vehicle are met first with the "nice to haves" second. Dane went over each detail with me along with the associated costs and I felt like he was genuinely looking after my wallet as well as the overall health of my vehicle. In most all other dealerships I have felt like unnecessary repairs were suggested and sometimes pushed in an effort to increase revenue regardless. Dane's approach to business and customer service will bring me back to Auburn Chevrolet every time. Thanks Dane!

Horrible mechanics they replaced my turbo an head gasket. I didn't make it off the lot before my turbo sounded blown again well I took right back in an didn't tighten some thing down I forget what. Well a year on the date they say I have a blown engine due to a coolant line to the turbo leaking an for 10k they would fix it. Now I'm fixing it an I'm finding more stuff that has not been tightened down like a bolt that attaches my exhaust to my engine so no do not go to Auburn Chevy stay away they're going to tweak on your car to get your money.

My 2014 Chevrolet Cruze has had nothing but major problems all throughout the year of 2018. However, thanks to Matt Carreno, Auburn Chevrolet service advisor & the rest of the team, they've worked very hard to get my vehicle back to normal running standards. My experience there was for sure, the best in the business. Nine times out of ten I would show up again with a check engine light & Matt would be able to send me on my way with a Loaner car & a phone call later that day, or the next day, detailing me exactly what is going on with my car in an incredibly fast ammount of time! Ten out of ten experience with Matt Carreno & the rest of the service department team, you are all the best!

Bought a beautiful car with the platinum package warranty from these people... Two weeks later the check engine light was on... I was VERY upset... Then they told me they couldn't me because I should go to one of their sister stores instead... I go to the sister store in Tacoma (Tacoma keep dodge dealership) and my appointment was at 1:40 I arrived at 1:20 I got a rental car for the day and was back at 6:00 to pick up my car. They informed me "they didn't even take it out of the parking spot". I was livid, as I was leaving for vacation in a few days. Auburn Chevrolet informed me that they will be mailing me my license plates as soon as they come in so that they'll be at my house when I return from my vacation. I can back, and of course my license plates weren't there and my temporary tabs were expired. I called and they told me they forgot and that they would mail them that day. I am still currently waiting for my license plates. There are so many great dealerships in this state STAY AWAY from this one.

I'm not local, but used this service department after my car broke down in Mount Rainier National Park. One of the sales associates threatened to call the police on my tow truck driver and ended up costing me several hundred dollars. So, unfortunately, I did not have a great experience.

Even though I had already paid for the work that the service department did on my car AND called in advance to let them know the tow truck driver was coming, a sales associate named Kevin Pedersen refused to let the tow truck driver take my car. The sales associate made no attempt to check if I had already paid, see if someone else in the sales department had my keys or contact me. I live about an hour away, so it was incredibly difficult logistically to make it to the dealership when I don't have a car. Between extending my car rental and finding someone to make ANOTHER trip with me, this guy cost me about $300.

Both Tom and Tony were exceptional throughout this service. Tony took a test drive with me and noticed the complaint and got back to me the same day with a GM TSB and had to order a part. Tom kept me informed during the ordering and arranged a loaner while it was being worked on. Even though it took several days longer then initially stated Tom kept me informed each day of progress. During a visit to check up on the service I was given an opportunity to talk to Tony while he was working on my truck and see how the service was actually progressing.

This interaction is vastly different the my previous interactions with the service department at this dealership and definitely in the right direction. There will always be circumstances out of your control but it is how you handle those circumstances and how you take care of the client that makes the difference between having a customer or making a client.

This experience now aligns with what Todd provides on the sales floor and I will definitely be seeking Todd out when I decide to upgrade to the ZR2.

Matt C in their service department was absolutely phenomenal, his customer service was the best I've ever had in any car shop. He was very knowledgeable, kind and professional, I would highly recommend to anyone who needs help. He very clearly laid out all my options and was able to dumb it down enough so someone like me with ZERO knowledge on cars could understand exactly what was going on and left you feeling comfortable with what needed to be done. I had a great experience buying & trading in my Mazda 6 for the Camaro. I knew when I test drove the car I would be leaving with it! Michelle, my sales gal was wonderful. Was so surprised to see a woman help me! She was amazing. I wanted a sunroof put in & throughout that process she always responded to questions I had quickly. There was a ding in the door & that was taken care of. When I picked up my car after a week it was amazing! So clean & spotless, she really listened & was so attentive to my needs. Highly recommend Michelle & the staff here. Thank you for making me so happy!!

If you want a good value for your car never trade it here. They took my 2015 traverse ltz for 28k and selling it for 36k.They said its hard to sell my car because its color is gold. I bought it from them brand new a year back for 41k. 8k profit from a regular customer. Its all my loss. Who will do that. On top of that I bought a brand new truck from them. They will seem friendly, nice and call you family please don't fall for it.

Purchased a used Toyota Corolla on 5/21/16. Our Sales person was Brent. Our experience was very nice and we would definitely recommend Auburn Chevrolet to friends or family looking to purchase a new or newer-used car. We knew what we wanted before we came in, knew the trade-in value of our vehicle and the used the KBB fair retail price for the Corolla. There was some negotiating, but we didn't have unreasonable expectations and worked out a fair deal. The Corolla was in excellent condition and Auburn did a great job of detailing the vehicle. In my opinion this is the advantage of buying from a new car dealership. They will only put quality used cars on their lot that pass inspection from a certified mechanic. We visited a few used car lots in Puyallup, and all though the people were friendly, it was not even close to the same level of service and attention you get from a new car dealer. Thanks Brent for making it a positive experience.

I highly recommend this dealership. I felt I received excellent customer service and post sale support. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the dealership environment was clean and inviting. The sales staff are low pressure and comfortable to deal with. They answered all my questions and have even called several times since the sale to make sure I am still satisfied. My sales associate Shannon was great, informative and helpful. I will definitely return to Auburn Chevrolet for my next vehicle.

We were promised by the salesman, Fred that there was a tow package. He stated it was behind the bumper. When we signed the papers he stated that he would make sure that the car was clean and that the tow package was on there. I had our young infant with us and my disabled husband was struggling that day a little more than usual and was unable to get down to check. He promised it was there so we did not bring it up with finance. Later, when I was able to look more closely I found that there was no tow package. After contacting the salesman, he stated that he would get one installed for us. We also contacted the parts dept to see how long, labor wise it would take to install it. They told us one would have to be ordered. We touched back with the salesman who again said he would take care of it. We gave it a week or so and we still had not heard anything. We called to talk to the salesman on 9/24 but he was not in so we spoke to Erik Moss who said he had never heard anything about this and that we should have checked to make sure that it was there before we left but he would see what he could do. Yes, we should have but we also assumed that the folks would make sure we were taken care of. I have not heard yet from Erik but I am hoping he is able to help us get our vehicle taken care of. They were polite when doing the deal but I am feeling a little taken advantage of now.

Ordered parts for my car. Two months later they had still contacted me. I visited in person onluly find out tgey had the parts waiting during that entire time on a shelf with my name on it but nobody contacted me. Went back for service and installation and now there are notes saying they called me multiple times. Odfly enough, these handwritten notes on the service ticket were added *after* my two month visit, which is just more than a bit suspicious in covering up the service center's failure.

Service was quick and fine, but waiting indefinitely until I got suspicious for updates is unacceptable in any customer service industry. Customers should not have call for updates.

I have brought my car in for service at this dealership a couple of times, but I had bad experiences both times. The first time, I had a leak that I needed them to check out, and Gypsi suggested that I just leave without having them look at it because the check engine light wasn't on at the time that I brought it in. Some time after pressing to get the leak fixed, I noticed my car making some noises, so I brought it back in. They replaced some gaskets, the exhaust manifold, and a sensor, but as I was leaving the lot, I still heard the noise. I turned back, and Cindy sent Flloyde, the tech, out to look at it. As he was checking under the hood, he realized that he had forgotten to connect a hose, so he reattached it, but told me he couldn't do anything about the noise and walked away. I took it to another dealership (Good Chevrolet), and they quickly discovered that Auburn had incorrectly installed the air box. So, Auburn suggested almost $850 worth of services and parts to fix an issue that they had caused to begin with - I won't be bringing my car back here.

Never come here!! Came in to get a diagnosis of a check engine light for an emissions test and they had me sit there for 4 hours. The guy next to me had been there since 8 am. They even had the nerve to take an hour lunch from 12-1 with people still waiting for minor things. At the end they made me pay for doing absolutely nothing and never bothering to update me over the course of 4 hours. They are rude and have no consideration for customers. I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE unless you're looking to be jerked around and scammed.

I am so dissapointed. I was called constantly by these guys. When I was ready I gave them my info to run my credit and ....nothing. I have emailed and called and have heard nothing back at all. It makes me feel like a number and not a person. If I wasn t approved that s fine, but they need to have the decency to call me back and inform me of that.

I now feel VERY uncomfortable that these guys have my info and can t even let me know if I was approved or not.

My initial experience went well after the purchase just a few days after taking the truck home I noticed some things wrong, so I took the truck back to the dealer to have the addressed. The service people seemed to be offended that I asked to have certin Items fixed, thay had lots of excuses for why things didn't work or the issues for flawed fit and finish of the panels. 1 person from the auto body department told mr that the truck was not hand built and all of the trucks had similar issues, So I inspected each truck on the lot. He lied.

But I have not had much better service for my vehicles than here. They didn t do anything they didn t feel necessary to save me mo eu and made sure I had a perfectly working truck. Will definitely keep coming back here for service
