I never do this(write google reviews) but I was blown away by the service I received at Gainesville Buick GMC. Craig Baxley was my service writer, and he went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this dealership for anyone in the market to buy a car, or needing service done on their vehicle.

I did not have to wait for an appointment, and was provided a loaner (which happened to be a convertible) for the day, although my extended warranty covered a rental. I stopped in at Gainesville Buick GMC, my Salesman was Robbie Bratcher, what an honest and friendly young man and after 33 years in Law enforcement, I know honest when I see it. The whole GM team did an outstanding job. After purchasing a new truck for myself, I brought my wife back the next day a purchased her a new car. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from Gainesville Chevrolet in the past 8 years. After dealing with Gainesville Buick GMC, I will never go anywhere else!

Kim M. worked really hard to ensure I had a smooth process for getting my car fixed. She took the time to make sure I understood what was being fixed and why it needed to be fixed. My car runs much better than before. When the repair started to take longer to get done she provided a way for me to get into a gm vehicle so I wouldn't have to come further out of pocket and it would be handled under the warranty policy. I really appreciate everything and Kim working with me during a rough time.

Had a wonderful experience. Found the car I wanted online. Was immediately contacted by Kevin who's in internet sales there at the local dealership. He was very knowledgeable and took video of the car since I would be driving 3 hours to look at car. Never once felt pressured, super easy to work with. Next point of contact was from Brian the sales manager. Again, very helpful and easy to work with. Lastly was Moe in Finance, he made the process very quick and painless. I seriously don't think we have had a better experience when purchasing a car. This is how you get repeat business. Great job guys!

The sales representative, Theo, initially acted very friendly and willing to accommodate to our needs of purchasing a vehicle. He proceeded to make a bunch of false promises including having no payments in the first 45 days and having a monthly payment of 25$ lower than the actual payment amount. Only once I signed the papers for purchasing the vehicle did they refuse to uphold our agreement. I don t recommend this place to anyone. They will tell you one thing just to make a sale and flip it on you the moment you sign.

I spoke with Sam Griswold on several occasions regarding a used Ford F-150 that was offered at their dealership. I explained that I was approximately 3 hours away and was trying to cover every issue prior to making the drive. I was assured that the truck was in mint condition and that there were no issues with it. According to the Carfax report, this was true. Sam and I came to an agreement on price and a day to purchase the truck. Upon my arrival, the truck was in the shop having a power window replaced. I left, went to lunch and returned an hour later. When I returned the repair was complete and I began to look at the truck. This vehicle had OBVIOUSLY suffered a driver's side collision. The rear bumper was pushed into the rear quarter panel. The left rear wheel had been replaced. The driver's door was no welded together at the bottom and whenever it was opened or shut, broken glass would fall out and land on your feet. The truck had many other scratches throughout and the back seat floor looked like a crime scene. I discussed a missing passenger step with Sam s manager (don t know the name) who assured me that the step was stolen and that the truck had not been wrecked. When I pointed out the evidence of an accident with this truck, Sam said that would explain why the step was missing. His lies and the managers lies weren t even coordinated. The condition of this vehicle was obviously misrepresented, causing me to drive 3 hours each way to look at a wrecked truck. At least Sam was kind enough to refer me to another one of THEIR dealerships to look at a different vehicle.

I appreciate David working it out for me to have a loaner while I had the full 30,000 mile service work done. Because we live an hour away, my husband encouraged me to use a local service shop, which I don't mind for small things. Because of the loaner, I was able to get all my errands run in Gainesville making it a very worthwhile trip in my husband's opinion. :)

This was seriously the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Richard Devereaux was my Sales Advisor and the whole process was quick and painless. I got exactly what I was looking for and the personable service was a real treat. I will not hesitate to send family and friends to this dealership!

I have never had an easier experience buying a car. My sales associate, Brent, helped me every step of the way; from a long test drive to ensure the car I was interested in drove smoothly to walking me through every step of the process, he made me feel sure about my decision. I have had my car for over a month now, and he still keeps in contact with me, making sure I am happy and the car is running well. I never once felt pressured or like I was being swindled into buying a car. I had to drive quite a distance to get to this dealership, and I would recommend anyone to do the same.

I was originally in contact with Steven, who seemed helpful at first.

I drove from west palm to Gainesville to look at the truck, and it wasn't until I arrived that I was told (by Neil) it had problems and couldn't be sold. When I asked for clarification on what the problems were he was unresponsive.

I was then told by Steven, in fact it could be sold. I asked that before I stop by someone explains to me what the problem is so that I can assess if it's worth buying still as I have a 5month old son and I don't want to spend hours at a dealership if I'm not going to be leaving with a vehicle.

I was assured by Steven on multiple occasions that someone would be in touch right away to let me know. I never received a call/email or text with this information.

I had recently totaled my car, and was in desperate need of a new one and quick. Although, I went that day with no intentions to leave with a new one. Courtlan, and Jose were the BEST that I have ever dealt with at a dealership. I highly recommend doing business with both of them. I left that day in a brand new GMC Terrain, and it is honestly the BEST car I have ever purchased.

Terrible experience when in the market for a truck. Felt the guy was only trying to sell whatever he wanted me to be in so he could make money. I only stopped to look at one truck I had seen online and then when that didn't meet my budget they tried selling me something I didn't want. Pressuring me to take it for a test drive and couldn't tell me one simple question the entire time... "How much is it?" never getting a proper response other than "Lets go sit down and run your credit and see what we can get you". Then I was told " This isn't a McDonalds. You don't get to pick from a menu." I mean seriously what kind of salesman is that? I left in anger after that comment. When I called to speak to the sales floor manager I was told he would call me back and surprise surprise he never called me back. This dealership only wants to make a profit and are willing to be a**holes if they feel you're not going to get them paid.

We went here to trade in our car and had a bad experience the guy told us to take our old car and the new one home because they wanted our bank to come repo our old one instead if trading it in for a new onei have never had a dealership tell me to have someone repo a car I had a review on here one time and the manager called me and asked me to take it down I told him I wouldn't take it down I changed it to a little nicer one only because I was trying to be nice and they said they would send us a gift card for something for someone advising us to do this well never got the card so my review is going back up they are crooked people to deal with and will never go back.

2015 HD 2500 w 58K miles and still under warranty. First time there with intermittent clunking sound from drivetrain and told cannot reproduce, drive it until it breaks without putting it on the rack to make sure no safety concerns. Second time there was 2 wks later w same intermittent clunking sound and now video in hand showing truck failing to move when placed in reverse. Told this time that dealership could not help with loaner/rental as rental company had no gm products. This left me ubering to rental company and spending $270 on a week long rental. Pick truck up 7 days later after transmission housing body had been replaced. Less than 12 hours later (sat morning), truck making intense/loud grinding noise from rearend and still some clunking noises. Took truck back to dealership where one of the mechanics also heard the sound albeit not as loud as earlier. Missed a call monday morning-no message left. I made numerous calls back and finally got ahold of my service adviser later that afternoon. Was told truck was "ready for pickup-couldnt reproduce the sound."

Really?? The failure in making an honest attempt to diagnose the mechanical problem, lack of customer service, and the poor communication from the service team leaves me at a loss for words regarding the incompetency of this dealership's service department. My wife and I both drive GM vehicles purchased new within last 3 years. We'll be trading both of them in when this fiasco is done and will never purchase from GM again.

Rachelle was fantastic. I texted her about one million times and she was always there even after the purchase to answer all my questions and to assist me in the direction I needed to be in in order to solve any issues I had with my vehicle. The maintenance men have superb costumer service, especially Matt, and they make you feel welcome and are more than helpful and kind with any issues that came up with my vehicle after purchase. They were quick with getting my vehicle in for service and getting me a loaner vehicle while waiting. I cant be happier with my experience at GMC Gainesville. I went to many different dealerships and I tell you what, the customer service SOLD ME THAT CAR. Great job Matt and Rachelle!

Real 'old school' type of customer service, when you go to the service department you sit at a table and talk to your service writer, he goes to the car and gets all the info, pulls up your info and writes up the ticket, and give you a direct cell number to get hold of him, that is service. I dropped off the car in morning, it was ready by 4pm. I will bring my car here for everything till my GM warranty runs out. Thanks guys.

The sales department is a complete joke. I went in to trade my GMC Yukon and purchase another vehicle for my Daughter who attends UF. They appraised my vehicle for an outrageously low figure, when I asked for my keys they hesitated and would not give them back. I inquired who the boss was and they would not tell me, when asked to speak with him they told me not available, when he was clearly sitting in his office yelling at someone. I told them I would wait, well that was over 30 minutes later and he still refused to me for another 15 minutes after what appeared to be a tyrant on another employee who clearly came out upset. His name is Steve and when he did see me he laughed off what I told him and said the value offered was fair. I would not buy a vehicle here for anything and will be telling my story to the masses.

Took my corvette to get the transmission looked at, get my glove box fixed and a headlight recall. Dealer stated no transmission issue, but engine needed a tune up. The tune up consisted of spark plugs, spark plug wires and flush injectors and charged me $941. Picked my vehicle up after the service a week later. Once getting my car back noticed they left trash in my passenger seat, Didn't reprogram my driver door window, my glove box had not been fixed, and a 2 inch chip in my paint that wasn't there when I left it with them.

Once I noticed the problems I called the dealership and left a message on the service manager's phone about my car being damaged and how upset I was. He never called me back. A few day later I called the dealership back and spoke with the service manager explaining about what happened to my corvette. He then denied getting my message on his phone and denied my cars paint being chipped. He stated the dealership is not responsible for damages to vehicles and said I should have my car insurance company pay for it. He then said he would call me back later. I waited 4 hours for a return call, that I never recieved. At this time I was very upset and irritated. I decided to drive my car to the dealership and speak with them in person. Once there the same service manager further denied they damaged my car after showing the chipped paint and then sarcastically stated it was ghosts that did it. He then had the technician come out where he denied damaging my paint and didn't know who could have did it.

Never did the service manager apologize or admit to the damage. He even had the audacity to ask me if i wanted them to order the part for my glovebox and fix it! He didn't even have the decency to apologize about leaving the trash in my car. He didn't do anything to make things right. He didn't even offer to have a little matching touch up paint to fix it!

I WILL NEVER BRING MY CORVETTE OR ANY OTHER CAR TO THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Our sales associate, Brittany Crews, was absolutely fantastic and made buying a new car (my first time doing so) a very easy process. She knew a ton about the car and even showed us little tips and tricks to help reduce maintenance costs. We never felt pressured into buying and, having done extensive research on the car beforehand, we knew what a fair price was. Gainesville Buick GMC not only had it listed at the accurate market value, but offered other dealership discounts making the car almost impossible to pass up. I highly recommend Gainesville Buick GMC to anyone looking for not only a great car, but a great car buying experience. P.S. ask for Brittany, she's the best!

Very Nasty Experience!!! Last Thursday, I went to Gainesville Buick and received a oil change and I am by far disappointed! The service department was very unfriendly. Especially the service manager. After, they finished my oil change, I noticed that the bug shield on my hood was cracked and when I got on 75, it blew completely off. That equipment cost me a lot of $$$$. When I called the Manager and briefly explained what had occurred, he told me that it wasn't his problem. He also told me straight out that he wasn't going to do anything about it; including asking the service mechanic. I was shocked!!! He was very unprofessional and rude!!! I would advise anyone to think carefully before you take your vehicle to this dealership for anything!!!! They will not take responsibility for their wrongs!!! They have lost my business and anyone who is connected to me!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I would never ever recommend Wade Raulerson Buick GMC to anyone. The sales people are rude, ignorant, and don't know what they are talking about. Don't spend your money here, you will regret it. All the sales people don't care about what you say and they make fun of you and mock you, which shows the people that they hire. Especially the general manager himself Andrew M. Vislosky is one of the worst people that works there. He was very rude and offensive. Save your time and go to another dealership.

Over the past 10 years, I have used these guys twice for auto body work and a few more times for service. They have great prices and are a joy to deal with. They have a nice waiting area and I never have to wait long. I am impressed by the new renovations and the new GM, Andrew, was polite and hustled to make sure I was happy. I had my heart set on a Ford Escape and they had the exact one I wanted at Buick GMC OF Gainesville..... my credit wasn't the best and my mom was being amazing enough to help me by co-signing. Well while they were good sales people and even offered to let me take the car overnight so I could fall in love with it even more they tried pushing me to put the car only under my mothers name.... she doesn't even have a license or live in the country. They were never very clear on the price of the car and prices seem to change or they weren't to exactly sure. I worked with Liana who was extremely nice and kind but not exact when it came to prices.
***UPDATE*** i was called by the sales manager today after posting my review. I found it very professional that they reached out in a kind manner and apologized in what I felt they lacked. I was offered a free oil change and asked for another chance at anytime to make it right. While I'm usually reluctant to try again, they were the only dealership that did call to apologize and speak with me. Good job Buick! I was definitely wrong and a dear thank you to Josua Ospenoza (sorry if I wrote that wrong)

If you want to buy a used vehicle with lots of problems, they are one dealership for you! They sold me a used, high-end SUV that was loaded with rust. They claimed to not know anything about this, but said they did a full inspection of the vehicle prior to putting for sale. How would they have not seen the rust?? Several months later, after investigating the issues, I found out they had had the vehicle for over 8 months on the lot. I was told by another dealership that there was significant rust damage to the frame and other major components of the vehicle. In the 4+ months I had the SUV, my air shocks went bad ($1500), motor froze up on my automatic steps ($500), and several other small issues ($400). It was only going to get worse because of the rust. This was all caused by the rust damage. The vehicle only had 40,000 miles on it when I bought it and definitely should not have been having this amount of issues.

After several months of agony, I reached out to the dealership to ask what they could do to make it right. They offered to buy the vehicle back for $7k less than what I bought it for just 4-5 months before!!! They said they were "helping me out" by buying it for this 'great' price!! What a joke!!! I would not deal with these people if they were the last dealership in town. The Morgan Auto Group is terrible. DO NOT DEAL with Gainesville Buick GMC OR Rountree Chevrolet/Cadillac in Lake City, FL.

I have purchased three cars from this dealership. All three deals were in my opinion, a very pleasant experience. My last purchase a few days ago with Sales representative Brent Russell has to be the most fun car purchasing deal I've ever made. My advice to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle, new or used, should go into this dealership and ask for Brent to help you. If you do make a purchase, you will get to meet "Mo" who will conclude the signing/finance arrangements the quickest of any place I have been to buy. They now have a new "flat-screen electronic device" that you will use to sign your vehicle documents electronically, with very few actual sheets of paper. It's fun and so quick! Both, Brent and Mo explain everything in detail to you. They have provided excellent response to my questions/needs since my purchase. No pressure at any time, either. A+!!!!!

I bought my Canyon one year ago from Gainesville Buick GMC and it is wonderful. As is with all vehicles, service and maintenance is needed. I work in Gainesville using my truck to make a living, so I don't have the luxury of leaving it at the dealers for service. As always, I just drive to the dealers unannounced and they either help me immediately, or they tell me when to come back for the fastest service. One day I had a big nail in the tire. I pulled in, again unannounced, and they never shut off the engine. They took the truck right in and repaired the tire.

I had a recall on the hood latch so I scheduled my day where I could drop by the dealers. The mechanic came out of the shop and inspected my Canyon right there in the drive-up lane. All was fine with my Canyon. I wasn't there five minutes. That's Great service!!!

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Steve Burton was so professional and knowledgeable about all the vehicles I inquired about. He made the "painful" car purchase easy and simple. I was so excited and proud to drive my new van off the lot because they detailed it, made sure I had a full tank and hooked me up with John who answered all my tech questions, he helped me sync my phone too. What a wonderful experience fir something I thought I would dread!! Thanks to GMC I have the van I want and that I can afford.

Went in based on a mailing and spoke with Roger. Very nice guy...He took time to have a good conversation with me.(I applaud him) My issue is that the dealership apparently doesn't think to much of the integrity of their name where the represent you winning something then pull a bate a switch on you. Instead they give you a "gift card" that makes you pay more for the product in shipping than the item is worth. I truly don't normally waste my time with the mail outs but this one seemed legit so I went with it and it was an absolute waste of time. They didn't even have any vehicles I would be remotely interested in.

I am very grateful for the work these guys did for me. I was traveling last Saturday with my family through Gainesville heading for a vacation in Northern GA when we discovered our Suburban was leaking transmission fluid badly. The part was unavailable until Tuesday, so our very helpful service advisor, Jay Perez, set us up with a rental car and off we went. Based on bad experiences with other auto shops, I was feeling very vulnerable. I kept waiting for that phone call in which they would tell me all the other stuff my truck needed. Instead, I got a call from Jay saying the part was in, my truck would be fixed and ready for us to pick up on our way back home. And the job was done for the amount quoted. We were very pleased with how we were treated by Gainesville Buick GMC and would recommend their services.

Brought car in for an oil change, recommended (by this dealership) brake fluid flush and check engine light. At 1:30 shuttle driver calls and asks if I need to be picked up. I tell him I haven't heard about my car. Call to find out the status of my service. Bobby answers says my representative Kim is not available and she will call me back. At 4pm having not yet heard from Kim I call back. I am informed they just check the codes and I need to replace my purge valve for $250+. Paying $90 for a diagnosis, I decline knowing the part is about $45 and labor is about 15 minutes. Also told should replace spark plugs and brakes. This dealership replaced spark plugs approx. 6 months ago. That brakes are worn. This dealership replace my brakes approx. 8 month ago. Feel that the service center is just trying to have me pay them more money. Told the shuttle driver would come get me in approx. 20 min. 20 min later shuttle driver calls me from dealership to ask where I am located. Drive car home brakes don't feel right, give it another day brakes are losing pressure at stop. Must be related to brake flush. Return next day to have problem reviewed. After an hour wait told brakes work fine. Take service manager out to car stop car foot on brake car begins to roll. Just as I described to Kim when I returned the car. Another 30 minutes told car needs a new Master cylinder.

Now I brought my car in brakes working great. Pay over $120 for maintenance and brakes don't work. It is my belief the system was pressurized to flush system and damaged Master Cylinder. Unable to do anything about that and needing brakes I succumb to the additional cost of a Master Cylinder. I continue to use this dealership because this is where I bought my car. I believe in taking good care of my car and like all my records being in one place. However, no one at this dealership appears to look at these records so I guess that was an invalid point. This dealership is extremely hard to trust. I do not believe they honestly inspect the items they state on sheet. I think they cut corners which in this case caused me additional expense. Kim Murscoe shows poor communication skills and provides poor customer service. I am now $350 over budget on this oil change increasing my credit card debt. Seems the center would not be happy until I had paid $500 in service.
