Top products, top people, top prices! A brilliant company going far!

Great place for outdoor kit. Warm and friendly with knowledgeable people on hand to help out. Fantastic premium products across their ranges that really show you can have style and function without the sky high prices other brands command.

Purchased from this company twice. First time, item was delivered on time and was as expected.

Second time, I had to chase them to send the item. They say the fault was with Royal Mail rather than themselves.

20 minutes after I chased them, the item was logged on the Royal Mail system as having been received from the seller. Unfortunately that still meant the item took five days to get to me, rather than the claimed 2-3 days, and was too late for a trip I needed it for.

During the same week, another seller successfully used the same Royal Mail 48 service on time and without any issue.

I wouldn't necessarily suggest not using this seller - just make sure the tracking shows the item being received from the seller on time.

Great place and good service they did a great job of building bike up and even made me a brew !!

whenever I need any outdoor gear it is alpkit that I turn to. Alpkit are a genuine breath of fresh air to the outdoor gear industry. being a small company, they actually care about their customers. Returns so far have been spot and with free returns postage it takes the bother out of such issues, except that you have to wait that little longer to enjoy your purchase!
Good quality, lightweight outdoor gear needn't be so expensive. Alpkit make good quality gear accessible to more people, so more of us can get out and enjoy the world, our playground, without breaking the bank and without suffering from low quality, low performance kit.

I have the deepest gratitude for you continuing through the ups and downs and your continued push to expand on your range, whilst continuing to sell at obscenely competitive prices. Been meaning to writes this for a while. Great company always found they're staff very helpful and enthusiastic.

I recently bought a Filament jacket. Just dreamy. Warm, very light and comfortable. Bought it because of the 1/3 zip rather than all the way down. Wear it every day. Have also bought 2 head-torches. Can see France! Just great. Used to buy Rab and Mountain Equipment but now all made in China! Love the fact that they manufacture in England, good value and have a passion for their products. Next purchase is sleeping mat. JC

Great range of outdoor gear and lovely helpful staff

Alpkit make really good kit at really good prices. What really stands out is their customer service - they have fixed kit without delay, sent spare parts and their communication is second to none. I don't work for them, I have historically defaulted to far more expensive brands and have now learned my lesson

I can't praise Alpkit highly enough.
High end performance products at direct sell prices, and a customer service team that are second to none.
I have spent a lot of money over a lifetime of adventuring on high end products and Alpkit stands favourable comparison with any other brand.
I currently own most of their bikepacking luggage, baselayers, hoodies, tee's, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, bivvy bag, headtorches, and waterpoofs. Brilliant kit that performs and functions exactly as I need it to.
Alpkit is slowly replacing my older kit from companies like Rab, Sherpa, and Mountain Equipment.

I've bought a few things from Alpkit now and every time the experience has been good. Free delivery and returns, the team are friendly and helpful and the kit I've had is brilliant.

I've bought stuff from alpkit for four years and have appreciated the well-thought design and good value. I've only recently had to acquaint myself with their customer service but it has so far been top notch as well.

Love Alpkit! Super-reasonable prices, sensible features, and the store is a nice place to be.

Purchased some socks for walking....they just get used for as bed socks due to the poor fit, and construction. I always regret buying cheap tat instead of quality product designed for the intended purpose.

Great and for some reason not as well known outdoor brand. The quality of products is high and the prices are extremely competitive. Would recommend anyone interested in the outdoors to visit here to get some gear.

Ordered two tee-shirts in May 2017 and realised that I needed bigger size in each of the tee-shirts. It took me 3 months to get around to sending them back and when I did so I was immediately given a refund as the sizes I required were not in stock. I was also contacted by a staff member to let me know what was happening so I cannot praise Appkit highly enough for the way they treat their customers. This firm has been excellent and I must recommend them highly.

Not perfect, the brand is still finding it's feet in retail; BUT great vibe/ attitude/ staff. To a gear freak you get to handle great stuff, to a casual interest you get to see what better-value-for-money offers

Brilliant company that have the personal touch that is sorely missed but the high street brand (and expensive) shops. I have several of their products and they all work extremely well. I damaged one of the items by not using it properly and When I tried to purchase a spare part they kindly posted me a second hand one free of charge, something very few companies these days would do. I will definitely be using Alpkit to slowly replace my ageing outdoor kit I currently have. Keep up the good work Alpkit team :-)

Ordered a few items now from their online store. Excellent service, excellent descriptions and top notch products for a fraction of the price of their branded counterparts. People leaving negatives should contact them first. Their backup service is top notch. Every company has snags with certain goods, it's how they deal with it that counts.

I have used products from alpkit on operation tours as well as long exercises both in th Uk and Canada , not to mention my holidays skiing , each and every produce never let me down in fact it impresses me every time, on top of all that the service from the guys is second to none

I purchased a pair of their cycling bib tights as a Christmas present.
The price was very attractive - now I know why...
After two months of moderate use a hole has appeared just above the pad.
Contacted Alpkit only to be fobbed off by the good old 'wear and tear' excuse. At most they have been worn 8 times - how on earth that can be considered wear and tear is beyond me.
I can possibly understand if they were used off road, ripping it up through forests etc, but they haven't.
I now know why they are cheap - they only last two months before they start to fall apart!!!

I heard of this company by reputation and thought I would give them a try. Great ordering process, nice personal email to tell me my order was on its way, and then a nice handwritten note in my well packaged delivery. Delighted with my purchase, cannot wait to find an excuse to order something else!

Bought a bivvy bag from here. Unbelievable quality for a good price. Package came really quickly with free delivery and also the invoice came with a hand written message from the team which I really appreciate the personal touch. They also sent me a sustainability report which as an outdoor company with climate change looming is quite appropriate. Contained all the information about initiatives the company are taking and goals for the future. Definitely recommend
