Listed a truck on their website that had not gone through their inspection process.

I was originally in contact with Steven, who seemed helpful at first.

I drove from west palm to Gainesville to look at the truck, and it wasn't until I arrived that I was told (by Neil) it had problems and couldn't be sold. When I asked for clarification on what the problems were he was unresponsive.

I was then told by Steven, in fact it could be sold. I asked that before I stop by someone explains to me what the problem is so that I can assess if it's worth buying still as I have a 5month old son and I don't want to spend hours at a dealership if I'm not going to be leaving with a vehicle.

I was assured by Steven on multiple occasions that someone would be in touch right away to let me know. I never received a call/email or text with this information.

Extremely unimpressed with this experience. You'd think a car dealership would be more motivated to sell cars...
