Matt Kynard was our finance person and he was friendly and funny and i would recommend gainesville buick to anyone.
If you need a car or truck ask for Kurt...he is truthful and will do all he can to get to your price and payments you need.

Had my broken van towed here for repair and they gave me a loaner car and had it repaired by the next day. Nice service writer. Nice to see a woman too!!

Bought a new 2015 GMC 1500 with a life and tires already installed. Was told everything was covered because GMC put these parts on so i still got full warranty. Brought it in for its first oil change and there was a squeak in the suspension. Was told they don't cover it. once i showed i was upset for being lied to the sales manager (Chris) told me to get my f$%king keys and get out. Currently underway with filing legal actions to get my money back for the truck. They will sell you a warranty but won't follow through. Truck had 35 miles at time of purchase.

Dan Wernecke is the MAN! From the first conversation prior to coming in to when I walked out the door after my service... First, he was helpful with questions before deciding to come in for service. Second, when I was at the dealership he was polite, kept me informed about the services the shop was doing, and had my truck ready when he said it would be. So third, I will be back to see Dan with my wife's Terrain soon for service. Gainesville Buick GMC has a great team!

Made a purchase on a used vehicle and the process was relatively smooth and quick. Would have rated higher if there was a slightly better follow up after my purchase.
