I made a very large and expensive purchase of windows for my home. the windows were fine until one of the panes developed condensation.After some time trying to get a replacement,today I received the window pane only. The problem is that the window frame was put on at the factory.I have no way of putting the glass in the frame without compromising the integrity of the window. BEWARE, Misleading and False LIFETIME warranty! I was told at the time of purchase, all I had to do was call and a replacement would be sent. I was even given a demonstration of how easy it would be to replace the windows(one of the main reasons I purchased these windows) . Do not trust this company !!

Beautiful windows made with high quality care. When a couple windows developed a small leak, Kyle Shipp immediately assessed the problem and had both replaced. The entire process was effortless.

I put Certainteed windows in my house made by Viwinco window co. . in 2007 . Having problems with them now 2017 & 2018 . Neither company are standing by them . One is passing the buck to the other . Viwinco made the windows there fore I believe they should stand by them . Its call take responsibility for what you made. I'm a Carpenter Contractor & at times do sub work for a Kitchen company . If I make a mistake I don't expect the Kitchen Company to fix it . I fix it at my cost . Viwinco made the window . Viwinco should be responsible .

Colin Baker went above and beyond in replacing the cracked hurricane window in our home. What should have been an easy install was compromised due to a wasp nest in the corner of the window. Colin was not deterred, he removed the nest, removed the broken window and in just a few minutes had the new window in place, minus the wasps. I was extremely grateful for his thoroughness as I am highly allergic to bee stings. He was on time, on task and a great representative for your team. Thank you Colin, 5 Plus Stars. :-)

We replaced the original aluminum triple trac windows in our home with Viwinco vinyl units. This included a bow window that we now can actually open as well as two patio sliders and a decorative eyebrow window over the patio door in the family room. We were quite pleased with the quality construction and the ability to tilt the windows for easy and safe cleaning. Recently we experienced issues with the sliding pstio door screens and one window screen. Marissa from customer service was quick to respond to my phone message. This impressed me as we were at the beginning of the COVID-19 Shutdown that relocated office personnel to work from home. Everything was handled and delivery was coordinated through their local distributor, Universal Supply. You won't go wrong giving these windows and doors a look.

We had all our windows replaced along with the siding also had all the plywood removed and closed cell spray foam done from the outside. Then new sheathing all around the whole house. Tyvek all seems we re taped in the tyvek. Used silicone and tyvek window tape on new construction viwinco windows. We bought the best windows they had rated for the north east. As I lay here in bed and watch my window dressings sway back and forth with each wind my blood boils. I would not suggest these windows for any project that you want to get good performance out of. Flipping a house yes no problem but Energy Efficient no way they re absolutely horrible. We re now considering our options for news windows 3 years after buying these things. Hope this helps.

We love our new windows, we replaced all our windows and sliding doors with Viwinco and couldn't be happier. We did have one small problem which the rep Collin personally stopped by on the same day we called! He handled it and took the time to explain several other great features about our new windows. We built our house in 2014 and recently 5 of our windows and our patio door developed leaks between the window panes. We contacted our builder and he told us to contact Viwinco since they were the company that provided the windows. We contacted Viwinco and they stood by their products. Viwinco went from 1 to 5 and I am a tough grader. I bought Viwinco as a way to support a Pennsylvania based company. I did encounter a few issues with my windows however, as with any product, issues may happen. What makes Viwinco a 5 is how they value me as a customer and how the issue was handled. Viwinco s regional management jumped in to help expedite the solution. Customer service did a great job of coordinating the order and the salesman Jonathan was fantastic at installing the new parts ensuring everything was perfect as he took the time to explain the details of the repair process. He was respectful and courteous the entire time. This is the type of service you only get from a company that stands behind their name and values their customers. Just over two years ago we had 38 new Viwinco windows installed in our house during a residing project. Around the one year mark we noticed a seal failure on a second story fixed window. I worked with my contractor and the Viwinco Rep Jonathan Saeger to reach a happy resolution. The story is complicated given where and how the windows were originally ordered....but the bottom line is this...Jonathan honored the lifetime glass warranty and even the labor which was no longer covered. He made sure the glass was made correctly to fit with the attached half moon window above. Jonathan personally installed the new window even though he was under no obligation to do so....and this was a more challenging window to install. I don t know how to judge the quality of the windows....time will tell. I can say the customer service has been great to date and Jonathan was a very nice person to work with.

Hi: We had new Viwinco windows installed back in March 2010. I contacted Viwinco prior to the Virus and spoke with Justine, who stated to contact our distributor at the time. On April 30, I contacted Gulf Eagle Supply (Brian McKenna) regarding the windows and (3) windows seals. With Brian's assistance and multiple emails exchanged, all the information was forwarded to Jonathan Saeger. I was contacted by Jonathan on May 6th and after emails, (3) sashes were ordered, which were received today, May 21, 2020. We've got a remote cabin in the woods in New England and needed windows that would keep the cold out and look beautiful. We got the perfect combination of aesthetics and function with our OceanView windows. We opted for these with the impact glass to keep out man and critter while we're away. As we build onto the cabin, we keep coming back to Viwinco. Who else could deliver such a quality window in 7 days?!? Nobody! An acquaintance of ours placed a window order eight weeks ago from another company and still hasn't gotten them yet. I told her to call a Viwinco distributor. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews here as I have yet to see another brand window of Viwinco's quality. We couldn't be happier with them.

I have enjoyed a lot of success with Viwinco. In my years of custom home building, I've never installed a better vinyl window. Are there ever issues? Of course there are, but Viwinco has always done well with customer service and call backs. Great window and great service=they're going to keep getting my business

We have had our Viwinco replacement windows for over 6 years. We love them. They work smoothly and are easy to clean. When we had a warranty claim the company rep brought the replacements to us and installed them quickly and professionally. I would buy these again anytime.

It is one thing for a company to advertise a quality product and excellent customer service. Delivering on such a promise is an issue severely lacking by Viwinco Windows, Morgantown, Pennsylvania. Case in point: On June 8, 2018, I reported a defective window fog in the airspace between the thermopane of the window. I was informed a replacement was ordered on June 20. Nothing happened to resolve this issue during the entire month of July. After some prodding, I was told the window would be replaced on August 17. After changing my schedule to be home on this date, I was informed the new installation date would be August 31. After changing my schedule to be home on this date I was told there was a problem with the glass and it would be replaced on September 14. After changing my schedule to be home on this date there was a no-show and no-call from Viwinco Windows. From my viewpoint, I cannot see how Viwinco Windows can advertise excellent customer service. Waiting over three months for a resolution and not receiving one is not good customer service. Very perplexing also is the fact that this complaint was ignored by a representative of Viwinco Windows on September 17. The representative (name withheld) said there was no record of my problem or complaint, even after furnishing the information to Viwinco Windows my reply was completely ignored and not even the courtesy of an acknowledgment. In my opinion, this company does not deserve even a one-star rating, if there was a one-half star that may be too generous. As the date of this posting, this issue remains unresolved and I still am looking through a foggy window. This post is for any customer or business to consider before thinking of doing business with Viwinco Windows.

One of my Viwinco windows had to be replaced under warranty because the seal leaked. Sales Representative - Johnathan Saeger did an outstanding job to help with getting the replacement. He is very professional and explains in detail what work will be done. He is very neat in appearance and when he came to our home he took his shoes off at the front door so to not track any dirt into our home. He made certain the replacement fit properly and cleaned up after working. Johnathan make me feel confident that I do not have to worry about my Viwinco windows. He is awesome at what he does and a really nice friendly fella.

UPDATE October 2018: All fixed and I have to add that in my humble opinion this is one of the best slider doors on the market. When we took the old door off to fix the glass the rollers were still super smooth. The frame was perfectly fine after 8 years of usage with two dogs going in and out constantly. We updated our lock set and that is built to last too! The staff at VIwinco went out of their way to help us out, very good people and I thank them. UPDATE July 2018: I have changed my review to 5 stars. We eventually worked this out with VIwinco and they are helping us fix the door. They stand by their products. The door was always built like a tank, it's why I bought it originally. I will gladly fix this door frame with new glass and a new lockset. Unfortunately I think my poor communications and follow - up with the company are mostly to blame for it taking this long. My wife eventually made some calls and stuck to it. We love our Viwinco Windows. First of all they are beautiful windows and extremely soundproof and airtight. They are Low E Argon with a reflective tint to reflect the sunlight in the summer helping with cooling and absorbs heat in the winter helping with keeping the house warm. They look amazing and are tilt in for easy cleaning too.

We needed to replace some older windows at my parents home. We had heard great things about Viwinco. Colin Baker helped us in getting the right windows or them. With it being my parents home, not only did I have a lot of questions but my parents did also. He was very patient and helpful with all aspects of the process. My sliding glass door interior glass shattered during this past winter. Von McWilliams from Viwinco finally came to my house and took measurements and said to call him when the weather was warmer. I have left several VM messages for Mr. McWilliams and have not heard from him. Customer service is clearly not a priority for him. I would appreciate if some one from Viwinco would contact me for a plan.

Had an issue with the locking mechanism in my patio door. I was forwarded to a local rep, Jonathan Saeger. I explained what the issue was and sent him a few pictures and he sent me the pieces, which I received a few days later. I wish all companies were as easy to deal with as Jon and Viwinco when it comes to servicing their work. Would highly recomend!

Viwinco stands by their products. I had an issue with my Oceanview windows that was NOT Viwinco's fault. Someone ordered the incorrect hardware so I called the rep, Brad Hogan. Brad's immediate response was "of course I'll help you". Not only did he help rectify the issue, he stopped by several times to ensure all is good. On top of that, my windows held up like a champ to hurricane Florence. 120MPH wind and flying debris for a solid 2 days with no window failures. Other homes experienced a breach and ended up with a total interior gut job. So in my opinion, Viwinco is the ONLY choice and stands unchallenged by any competitors. Bottom line: Quality: 5 stars Customer Service: 5++ stars for Brad and the factory support team.

We experienced excellent customer service from representative Jonathon Saeger! He went above and way beyond our expectations. A large picture window failed after 7 years. He drove from 1.5 hours to our home and measured to ensure a correct fit. He returned with the window and helped us install on another day. 3 trips to our house! WOW! Viwinco did build a custom size and replaced it for free!

We spent over $10,000 having five Viwinco Oceanview Impact windows installed in our condo. Hurricane Dorian came near and I decided to stay through the night and boy am I glad I did. Although the wind speed we experienced here was considerably less than that of a category 1 hurricane, all but one of these windows leaked like a sieve. Before I noticed the leakage, the smallest window had created a puddle on the floor that was 2 feet wide by 5 feet long. I spent the night going from window to window, mopping up the leaks with all our towels, wringing them out, tossing them in our clothes dryer, and repeating the process. So what was Viwinco's response? Nothing. The storm hit September 5th. Today is October 24th and though our window installer has contacted Viwinco about the problem no representative from Viwinco has even bothered to come out and examine the windows, let alone fix them.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their products are terrible and their customer service is worse. Their windows were installed in my home 10 months ago and I'm still waiting on them to work correctly. Over the course the the past 10 months multiple technicians have been out to the house. Each time they make adjustments, say there's some part to order and they need to reschedule. Each time they reschedule they have to reschedule 3-4 weeks into the future because they are so busy. There are over 10 windows that don't work and one time a tech came out with a single part, that part was the wrong size, so he left without doing anything and I had to schedule someone else to come out, again 3-4 weeks into the future. They advertise a lifetime warranty but what good is that if they ship a house full of broken windows and then send people out to fix the issue that don't do any work. I have no idea how this company is in business.

I recently took a tour of the plant, Colin was a great guide and showed us a great time. Everyone one at the Office was great and professional. learned how the product was made and the quality of product. Had a chance to shoot a 2x4 from their cannon at a impact window

Completely satisfied with these windows. Master Technician Colin Baker provided some necessary adjustments after installation could be happier with the results. No problem recommending these products.

Windows are beautiful and were affordable. Good quality. There is slight shrinkage of the vinyl on the outside around the windows in places. Don't know if that will affect the durability. Good warrantee.

I had some window sashes develop a fogging between the panes. I contacted Viwinco via FB messenger on a Sunday and they responded in an hour. The next day I got a call from the local representative and my issues were resolved. Great customer service.

Horrible windows and horrible customer service. I purchased these windows 7 years ago under the strict impression lifetime guarantee. Several windows have had the gas seal broken and when I called the manager said they only replace the glass and I would need to pay someone to install the glass. No where in my lifetime guarantee warranty does it say they will only replace the glass. The manager was extremely rude and hung up on me when I questioned her. Stay far away from this window company, after 7 years I shouldn't have numerous windows fail.

They are great windows BUT don t ever lose your paperwork or take off the stickers on the frame because they can not easily replace any screen without a sticker. However if you don t have a sticker reach out to the owner for help.

We were having issues with our windows locking and shutting properly. Colin Baker came right out and fixed the issue. He even went as far to check and adjust every window in the house. We would recommend these windows to anyone due to the great customer service.

Used Viwinco for an Assisted Living Facility in a coastal zone in SC. Hurricane resistant Impact glass, white double hung, good SHGC and R values. Sound deadening qualities are appreciated as the facility is located close to a major road. Cost effective units.

Recently bought 6 large casements windows for installation in a room expansion, 1 had a problem. I wrote an email explaining the situation and got a fast response. Replacements were sent out but they too were not right and looking it over I knew I could not do the replacement installation by myself. Tammy, their sales rep, jumped on the problem and came up with a great solution. Hats off to her creativeness and willingness to get the problem resolved! Great job! Great service! Thank you!

We had a failure of one of our windows almost immediately after it was installed by a contractor. We eventually got in touch with Viwinco about a replacement. We had an initial communication failure with Jonathan, who forgot to get back to us. However, after I reached out again a few weeks later, he was very apologetic. They got the new glass ordered for us, and Jim came out to install it. He did a great job and even asked if there was anything else he could look at while he was out our house. I asked him a question about a window his company didn't manufacture, and he took the time to explain an answer for me. In business, mistakes and failures happen. But good customer service makes things right.

Purchased in 2010 Viwinco windows Signature New Construction windows. These are CHEAPLY made, BUY PELLA or PARAGON. Bought for my whole house, got a top contracter to install. Lowest price but you get what you pay for. Very cheaply made and the air comes through these DOULBLE HUNG ARGONE GAS VYNAL WINDOWS. Labeled Energy Efficient 29 Rating, over 30 energy is NOT energy efficient. Just remember its a big whole in the wall and needs the best window to stop air flow into your house. I made the mistake, dont you. WARRENTY IS A JOKE, only 1 yr. Had a window break in 2013 (3 yrs old) from extreme cold or Argone gas snapped the pane and company will not cover. I can see crooked vynal at corners, that you dont see when they come off the truck until installed, then you cant take them off your house once in. PELLA & PARGON go for it.

We replaced windows in our living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. We spoke to a customer service representative , Marisa , who was very helpful and polite and was able to direct us to what we needed. I highly recommend this company and was very pleased with the service and sales representative. With the new windows in place we have noticed a tremendous difference, in the winter was much warmer and used less heat. purchased new home which included Viwinco windows 7 years ago; the locks on one of the casement windows broke in the lock position and cannot be opened; Viwinco warranties parts for life; the territory sales representative for Viwinco said in was due to excessive force (only my wife and I have lived in the house and no children etc.) and indicated we would have hire a lock smith to open window; we have hired two glass companies to try and open window and it cannot be open without taking entire window out; Viwinco refuses to send out someone to look at window and offer a solution; the warranty covers parts so they should replace the casement window and new lock if only solution is taking window out; very disappointed that we have 7 year old window that doesn't open; any help would be appreciated

I have been a long time user of Viwinco Windows, today was the first time I've been able to make the trip to The Plant. The tour is very informative and gives you a good ideal what goes into making of the product. This is a first class operation and are always looking to improve there product and look at developing new products. In my opinion there is not another window in this class that can compete with the quality, cost, and leadtime on this window.

The mechanism that opens/ closes the windows rusted and rotted away. The customer service rep Marisa made sure that I had replacement parts sent to me. She was very helpful.

4 panel 12' sliding door, outstanding quality, couldn't be happier!

3 yrs ago I got hit with Storm Sandy and had to build a new home in Ocean City NJ.The windows were supplied by Viwinco and were rated against hurricane winds.The casement hardware is getting rust and was told the the warranty was only good for one year.I should have went with Anderson.No money saved here.The people on the phone were nice,but that does,nt help me when my windows fall out onto the street a few years from now.

Collin Baker came through again! We had an issue with a locking mechanism on one of our sliders - he was in the area, stopped by and fixed it. He said that piece isn't typically a warranty item, however, he didn't bat and eye or ask for payment - he fixed it (both of them) within minutes. He also is helping with another issue that's not technically "his" issue to own .... but, regardless ... his superior customer service is second to none! The quality of the windows and doors is exceptional. And so is Collin's customer service! Very pleased with the customer service that Collin provided. And with in one hour of my contacting him over the phone, he was at our site fixing the problem. We have been trying to get this issue fixed for about three weeks, he was able to resolve it in about 10 minutes. He very knowledgeable of the product. And is very easy to work with, he explained everything and make sure that we understood and didn t have any other questions before he left. He offered his service and knowledge to us anytime moving forward.

I worked at that company for 3 years and I know that they exploit people and they do not pay they are not too stingy

This has been the worst place that a person can go to work because they have the symptoms of the virus and they told me that when I got better I had my job for sure and that was the last thing they did when I returned they rejected me they said that the place has already been closed which is incorrect since I have friends there who work and they say that this place is available, they still rejected me, that was not fair, because that can happen to them or to anyone, I never recommend it

Just installed Viwinco windows this week. Several screens are cut or ripped. 2 of the windows are wrong size (local supplier's fault for not measuring correctly). Tried calling my local supplier to remedy problems. Can't get a return call. I just tried calling Viwinco customer service. It just rang & rang. No answer. Windows look good but certainly has me concerned the poor response from both local supplier & manufacturer. Aaron in WV

As owner of Torchia s Home Improvement ,, these are a Great company and windows! In fact theyre the only windows i will use new construction and replacement!! If ur in the 13456 area, thats where well be and im installing these windows everywhere i can! Top notch windows and service every time!! Highly recomended to contractors and homeowners!!

Full disclaimer, I have never purchased windows from this company. My experience has been through friends. These windows are cheap, both in price and quality. If I were installing windows in my own home, I would never consider them. In my rental houses, all day every day. Everything is molded so no wrapping windows is needed. Huge time and labor saver. Windows are inexpensive, especially when you consider the labor in wrapping and installation. With respect to quality, junk. Molding is Huge, sticks out from the house by over 2 inches. The molding is about 3 inches wide which obviously decreases the amount of viewing area out of the window. The weld/glue at the corners is sloppy and ugly. When you look at a window, your focus should be on the other side of the glass. Not with these things! All you can focus on is the absurd amount of plastic! Again, if you are installing these in a rental where there is a good chance they will be ruined in a few years, these are a great choice. For a homeowner, junk. To respond to the owner, it wasn't all negative. I said if you are looking for cheap junk windows, these are Great! Just if you are looking for quality, this isn't the way to go.

Had 11 ocean view windows installed by my local contractor! After install Rep Colin Baker came out to address some minor adjustment issue and was very helpful.. Colin drove hours to help us!

We love our new windows! They are beautiful, sturdy and work efficiently. Recently, Colin Baker came to make a couple of adjustments to the large tilt & sash double hung windows in our condo. He did a great job, worked efficiently and is very knowledgeable about the Viwinco products. I would recommend Colin and Viwinco windows to anyone considering upgrading your windows; you won't be disappointed.

Viwinco is an awesome window company that stands by their products. I had an issue with my sliders with condensation buildup and 7 years later they corrected the problem in a timely and professional manner. Marisa the office staff was extremely helpful and sales rep Jonathan was very knowledgeable and super efficient. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Viwinco is a solid company that really stands behind the products they make. I am 100 % satisfied with the windows that we purchased for our new home 7 years ago.

I have enjoyed my Viwinco windows for many years now and one of these seals just failed. I called them and left a message and their rep(Marissa) called me back the next day. She walked me through the process to get that replaced very quickly. You should feel very comfortable purchasing from these guys.
