My sliding glass door interior glass shattered dur...

My sliding glass door interior glass shattered during this past winter. Von McWilliams from Viwinco finally came to my house and took measurements and said to call him when the weather was warmer. I have left several VM messages for Mr. McWilliams and have not heard from him. Customer service is clearly not a priority for him. I would appreciate if some one from Viwinco would contact me for a plan.
