Just over two years ago we had 38 new Viwinco windows installed in our house during a residing project. Around the one year mark we noticed a seal failure on a second story fixed window. I worked with my contractor and the Viwinco Rep Jonathan Saeger to reach a happy resolution. The story is complicated given where and how the windows were originally ordered....but the bottom line is this...Jonathan honored the lifetime glass warranty and even the labor which was no longer covered. He made sure the glass was made correctly to fit with the attached half moon window above. Jonathan personally installed the new window even though he was under no obligation to do so....and this was a more challenging window to install. I don t know how to judge the quality of the windows....time will tell. I can say the customer service has been great to date and Jonathan was a very nice person to work with.
