Avoid this company at all costs. Their products are terrible and their customer service is worse. Their windows were installed in my home 10 months ago and I'm still waiting on them to work correctly.

Over the course the the past 10 months multiple technicians have been out to the house. Each time they make adjustments, say there's some part to order and they need to reschedule. Each time they reschedule they have to reschedule 3-4 weeks into the future because they are so busy. There are over 10 windows that don't work and one time a tech came out with a single part, that part was the wrong size, so he left without doing anything and I had to schedule someone else to come out, again 3-4 weeks into the future.

They advertise a lifetime warranty but what good is that if they ship a house full of broken windows and then send people out to fix the issue that don't do any work.

I have no idea how this company is in business.
