Just installed Viwinco windows this week. Several screens are cut or ripped. 2 of the windows are wrong size (local supplier's fault for not measuring correctly). Tried calling my local supplier to remedy problems. Can't get a return call. I just tried calling Viwinco customer service. It just rang & rang. No answer. Windows look good but certainly has me concerned the poor response from both local supplier & manufacturer.
