We had new Viwinco windows installed back in March 2010. I contacted Viwinco prior to the Virus and spoke with Justine, who stated to contact our distributor at the time. On April 30, I contacted Gulf Eagle Supply (Brian McKenna) regarding the windows and (3) windows seals. With Brian's assistance and multiple emails exchanged, all the information was forwarded to Jonathan Saeger. I was contacted by Jonathan on May 6th and after emails, (3) sashes were ordered, which were received today, May 21, 2020. I loved dealing with your company and appreciate the contact dealing with all parties involved. It was a pleasure from start to finish, the responsiveness was awesome. I can't say enough.
