Circular Energy went above and beyond my expectations and, given that my expectations were high, that's impressive. I did quite a bit of research beforehand, not only on the technology and the decision to go solar, but on which company to chose. Circular proved to be incredibly knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone who was going to embark on a residential solar project.

I had a great experience with Circular Energy. I did my homework and compared three or four different solar companies before making a decision. Circular Energy's design proposal was my favorite I especially liked the LG panels, knowing that LG is a company that will back its warranty and I didn't feel any sales pressure working with their design consultants. They answered all my questions with plenty of detail and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
I have plans to live in this home for the foreseeable future, and solar made an excellent case as a long-term investment. If I had to give advice to anyone else considering solar I would say be patient, take advantage of the rebates offered by the government and utility companies. And make sure to work with a company with good communication and transparency.
I shopped around and got several proposals from solar installers in the area. The one which stood out was Circular Energy. They were able to answer all of my questions and responded in a professional, timely manner. Melissa, the rep I was working with, was very helpful with getting the paper work done for the solar rebates. In fact, she did all of it for me and just showed me where to sign. In the end they installed a high quality solar array on the roof of my house at a great price. I can't recommend them enough. I will be getting them to do another install on my country home next year. They are just a great bunch of people to work with.
I felt very comfortable working with Circular Energy. I wanted to cut my monthly bills as I get closer to retirement, and solar made a great case. I had first talked to one of Circular's competitors, but they couldn't answer my questions and I was skeptical about their cost analysis. So then I did a bit of shopping and found Circular Energy. I was very impressed with my design consultant Jennifer, it was obvious that she knew what she was talking about from the start. The project proposal was very comprehensive and Circular was very responsive. I would recommend Circular wholeheartedly.
The company works in a very professional and responsible fashion. I have nothing but good words for the company and folks who work for them. The person I was dealing with (Brooke Marshall) was always very polite and personal in all her communication. She was always responsive and took care of matters with extreme efficiency. When I received quotes, I found that they charge a little higher than the competition but they more than make up for it with the quality of service they provide which is way above the industry norm. They always put the customer above everything else. It was a completely satisfying experience though I wish it would have taken less time but it was due to events beyond their control. They worked with me on several occasions to get me the system that I wanted. I admire their absolute dedication to give a PV system which I am and will be proud of for years to come.

I live in a suburb of Dallas, Texas, I wanted solar panels for my home and contacted Circular Energy. I received an email from Paloma Guerreo, and she said there were issues with the number of trees in my yard. I have three 60 year old Oak trees which are very special to me. I called and talked to Paloma, and I said that I wanted Solar panels, and would trim the trees. I have never worked with a company that actually talked me out of my idea, because it would cut one in half and another would be trimmed to a stick. Another company tried the hard sell, saying it would increase the value of my home, which it would not, but also destroy the trees I love. Paloma shoots from the hip and told me things that I did not want to hear, but needed to. Because of her honesty, and forthcoming, I still have my Oak trees, and would recommend Circular Energy to anyone who wants Solar Power. They are a 5 star company!
I am very happy that I chose Circular Energy for my residential solar project. From the start, they were able to customize their design for my application that best fit my needs and provided the most cost effective solution. As the project progressed, I found that all of their employees that I worked with were customer-focused and committed to answering my questions and resolving my concerns. If you are considering a solar project in the Austin area, you should definately talk to Circular.
I was intentionally waiting to write this review after having gotten my Solar installation done in August so I could factor in the impact on my energy bills over several months. The process to getting solar panels installed isn't a quick one no matter who you go with. It starts out with getting bids from several companies and then there are a bunch of things related to rebates and dependencies on the City before you're finally enjoying the benefits of Solar, but so far I couldn't be happier now that it's all done.
I got bids from 3 companies including Circular, and both of the other companies I talked to sent sales reps to my house while Circular went through their presentation over the phone. Circular's planned system included enough panels to generate about 2/3 of our historical energy usage in a year and had comparable rate of returns to the other companies. After I had the three initial bids/plans, each company had to make a determination whether Austin Energy rebates would be attainable given the direction and pitch of my roof line. The other two companies sent different reps to get on my roof and they both couldn't say for certain how much of their planned systems would be rebatable. Circular was able to make their prediction remotely via satellite imaging which was quick and convenient and they were certain the plan would qualify for the full rebate given the precision and accuracy of their software. This made the choice an easy one and as it turns out, they were completely right.
The Circular customer rep that I dealt with throughout the process was always extremely responsive and helpful even on nights and weekends. She got me in touch with the right people to get an energy audit on the house and address things like leaky duct work and adding insulation to the attic which was required for the rebate. She also handled communications with the City of Austin for getting the necessary inspections done and for filing for the Solar rebate.
For the installation, Circular sent a large team to the house to put the panels and inverter on my house. In all this took less than a day to complete. It was obvious from looking at the finished install that their team did a high quality job securing the system to the roof. All that was left was waiting for the City to complete their inspection (there are at least a couple) and then install their meter. This ended up being the longest pole in the process - in all this took just over 3 weeks after my system was up and ready to go.
Now that I've had over 4 full months with the system enabled, I say without hesitation that it was totally worth it. I still had a bill above $0 in August but it was over $130 less than last year - I realize the usage from year to year may vary but this is a significant difference. And the last 3 months have resulted in a net credit each month which get applied to my other City of Austin utility bills. In all, the actual savings have been higher than the projections which is a nice surprise.
I highly recommend Circular Energy as a solar provider based on the totality of my experience. They delivered on all promises and exceeded my expectations when all was said and done.

Fantastic experience! I did my normal due diligence by requesting three quotes for as large a solar system as I could fit on my roof. Not only did Circular Energy quote me the largest system of the three, but also, by far, the lowest cost per installed watt. Their design, communication and installation were just as I asked. Couldn't have been happier with their knowledge and execution. The total experience was just a pleasure. Thank you, Circular.
