Clean hotel, 21 pp for very simple breakfast is pure rip-off!

Smelly elevator, uncomfortable beds, over rated and Over priced. Hallways old carpets, Very dirty and have a weird smell.

Clean and pleasant airport hotel, was a little mystified by the coffee machine in the room though!

This place was horrible. The reception was rude, and even swore up and down at me at one point when I requested the electrical issues in my room to be fixed. The food in my fridge rotted and they offered no sympathy or compensation, and even went as far as saying "well I dont know what you want me to do", as if it were my responibilty to come up with a solution. The room was hardly clean, there was food feom the previous guest under my bed, hand prints on the windows, and hair on a towel that was supposed to be clean. The bed was 2 singles pushed together and did not have proper bedding. The "eco friendly A.C." dosnt cool the room at all (24 degrees hole stay), making it impossible to sleep.the furniture was falling apart and the shower was completely cloged and smelt of death. I stayed with a group and many encountered the same problems. Nothing in the neighbourhood except a train station and other hotels. As well as the airport so you can count of out going flights waking you up if you managed to get to sleep in the sauna of a room in the first place. No store in lobby and lacking basic ementities. I will say the restaurant was some what quality with kind staff, that being said it is barley open. Room service ended early, and there was no microwave in rooms. Also no restaurants near by. I stayed here because it was to be a 4 star hotel, but would have been happier camping or in a hostile. Seriously disappointed. Gave it one star because it won't let me post zero.

Hotel very practical because it has a parking where you can leave your car the time of your holidays and this included in the price of the room !! Another advantage and always included, the shuttle to the airport to and from. As for the establishment, the comfort and the quality are related to the requested prices. Small flat on the technical maintenance of the rooms, a broken faucet in the shower + the mirror of courtesy of the bathroom ... it should be seen by doing the cleaning not?

I stayed in the Super box room, on the 4th floor and to my suprise, it has a playstation 4 with VR. The room was spacious enough to do some work, with a small desk space & Sofa on the end of the bed. The bed was comfortable and big enough. The room has a dark theme to it, with black glass panels on the walls, the lighting was a little dark. The lobby area on the fourth floor has a sofa, some pin ball machines, hot drink facilities and a fridge full of different type of drink, all complementry. The hotel is really clean and has a fantastic fitness room. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold fresh options available, The two restuarants server food all day. The pink Ginger has some deliciour chinese food and you can make an order and pick it up yourself if you prefer to eat in your room. Free shuttle from and to airport available and runs every hour. Good business hotel close to the airport & a train station but pretty far away from the city center of Brussels.
Hotel rooms are sufficiently comfortable and offer some nice gimmicks (e.g. handy smartphone for free int. calls & as a portable tour guide).
Hotel restaurant is ok. Prices rather high (steak 34 ) while quality is not worth it.

Nice hotel but I only used the lobby and restaurant for a Sunday brunch.

You can eat well.and you can eat buffet only in the week.and it is nice to eat.and it is clean there.

Clean stylish Hotel, personally I do not like the box rooms. Breakfast is good. Hotel bar is nice. Executive rooms are large and modern. Due to it's position near the airport it can be noisy even during night.

Hotel is well located next to Brussels Airport. Room service is good and the food is even better. The only minor thing that I did not like was that the rooms did not have an Iron, instead they have one space where they place one single Iron per floor so everybody can use it but when I tried to Iron the machine was rusty. Besides this single matter, the hotel is quite good!

Comfortable stay. Relaxing after so many business meetings. Food was really good!!

Upmarket looks and good service on front desk, but got given a newly refurbed room (on the 3rd floor which is under renovation). New rooms had dingy lighting. Big mess all over the floor in the corridor with cables and had a builder enter my room with a master key at 6:30 in the morning. Not really what you would expect for a 4 star hotel. They really should close the whole floor, and give customers a better experience. Bar service was also very slow, and checkout for some reason couldn't process my amex card

Excellent location. Poor parking (cars are even parked on the road next to the hotel). Furthermore, great room, air conditioning works and large windows (= good lighting day & night), great food, exceptionally friendly receptionist / staff. If they could guarantee a parking space I would come back anyway.

Near the hustle and bustle, you can feel the plane taking off and landing and the morning sky.

The room is not large, but the spare parts are complete, and there is also a small sewing kit.

The hotel was very sleek. The room was very clean and modern. I used the fitness center which had a great view and free water bottles. Shuttle to airport was free! My only complaint was that the food options were limited which you might expect from an airport hotel. There were two good, albeit expensive, restaurants in the hotel.

Average rooms with good coffee, poor bar service and below average selection and below average quality for bar food.

Hotel accommodation is fine but we had booked for 3 people and that took a while before that was clear and arranged

Convenient to the airport and they have shuttles that run frequently to get you there.

Nice clean and spacious hotel. Have ordered coffee, small cups if you order regular coffee. But tasty.

Very busy with groups lift broken on departure day by stupidity over loading.

Mediocre, little water pressure, falling TVs (I hear several guests over) Exaggerated friendly staff, not really, or uninterested staff ...

After refilling coffee beans, do not take the machine off ... then you will doubt what else is going on behind the scenes ...

Drive, sleep & fly arrangement is echt een aanrader. Zo ga je relaxed op vakantie. Beveiligd parkeren. Mooie, schone en luxe kamer. Fijne service door receptie personeel en shuttle naar zaventem optijd en met een glimlach. Top!

Used to be great, but rooms are showing wear and tear, as well as facilities tend to fail. no hot water in the morning this time round for example, no working hair dryer last time. Breakfast/food is consistently excellent albeit expensive.

Now that Christmas is slowly announcing itself, the memory is coming back to the surface, which beautiful Christmas Eve we celebrated last year at the Van Der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport. From the fairy-tale banquet hall located on the upper floor, people had a view of the airport. The combination of light and color created a harmonious whole, in which the exceptionally beautifully presented dishes were given a heavenly character. Let us not forget that the room staff also met with great friendliness to all those present.

It is certainly worth repeating.

Nice location to meet for business. However, insufficient parking and usually very busy.

I discovered this place as part of a meeting. So no access to the rooms. But the setting is beautiful and the hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Brussels. Easy access and close to major roads

Cold room. The heater does not work for some reason, even though it is turned on and generates noise. The room itself is okay but after close look there are problems.
No room service - you have to go down to reception to get dental kit, for example.
The room is too expensive for provided service.

Very nice location with a great view. The cathering service is well organized and the staff is very friendly. There are lots of meeting rooms available, which all have plenty of space to organize an event or meeting.

I had a business meeting here, it was well organised, with clean and comfortable facilities.
