Nice terrace but I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come and take my order.

Enjoyed a nice Thai lunch here. The lobby provides possibilities to relax or work a bit. Parking in the neighborhood is possible

Good food, good rooms, but expensive food. There is a la place at the gas station about 500 meters from the hotel. Delicious sandwiches for fairer price.

Impeccable close to Brussels airport, for a good start to take off.No head shot with shuttles and possibility to leave the car.

Decent Hotel with nice rooms. Locations isn't great but they do have a shuttle service to/from airport - which is stopping unusual early at night. Better check the schedule.

Great food and drinks while using the super charger

We were looking for a good hotel to rest before and after Werchter Classic. Just contacted, because we saw an offer elsewhere, but got a quick answer from an extremely friendly employee with an offer from this hotel itself: early check-in, upgrade, breakfast and a late check-out. Very nice considering my wife's health. A lovely room with a beautiful bathroom, TV, etc. Free minibar. Top top top. Delicious breakfast. Extensive. If we really really really moan .... I did not understand why the middle of the large (good sleeping) bed was a lot higher than the rest of the bed ....
The earlier and late check-in also meant that the hotel / price were worth it because otherwise you would only stay there for a few hours due to the festival.

We have regularly stayed in a vd falcon, we know the quality, but this hotel gets an extra point because of the good service.

Superbox room at 54 per night: unbeatable value for money. Shuttle service to Zaventem from 4 am: free! What more can I ask?

Good setting, good food, restricted menu for lunch, nice service

I love the very well supplied and good quality buffet breakfast.
The mattresses are a killer, we sleep very well and the rooms are superb with free mini bar.

Unfortunately, one can only say: something grubby and very unfriendly staff in the restaurant. The room was worn out, carpeted with stains, it smelled of smoke, the chair tattered. Not recommendable.

Carpet dirty, much broken, mold on the sealant edges of the shower cabin, filthy chairs in the catering area. That just can not be!

Good food, breakfast was good too. Too bad (and strange) that the sushi section is closed on weekends?!?!

Located right on the airport and the highway, but you won't notice it inside.

No swimming pool / saunas or the like.

Parking is free in front of the door, but at your own risk.

Goof place to stay for a business visit to Brussels. Roomsx parking and staff are very good.

Room looks clean but could use a makeover. Stained carpet and back wall bed, way too expensive for what you get. Restaurant has very limited menu and very expensive. No "ordinary" dinner just culinary.

Very nice modern hotel. Nice service, breakfast is rich, cleanliness is great the rooms are large and very comfortable. Sanitary area is also great. Gladly again.

For some reason it is normal not to have air conditioning in the rooms or restaurant during the Summer.

We had booked a suite, with a whirlpool tub, we turned on the water and when we lit the bubbles full of dirt came out, we had to empty the bath except that it was impossible to open the cap. A technician intervenes, you had to either change the room (not immediately) or open the cap by hand, we decide to stay. We re-run a bath now it's the jaccuzi that doesn't work. We call the reception which will never come since overwhelmed. We are offered another room with jacuzzi tub. We change. We run the water in the 2nd chamber and there the water is yellow, activating the jaccuzi again dirt deposits. So we gave up. So we were able to take a single bath the next morning just before leaving. We are angry and disappointed to pay for a service that does not meet expectations. It made us waste a lot of time, having to wait for reception, to change rooms, to move our things. Pay a suite to end up in a room which ultimately also poses a problem with the cleanliness of the hot tub. At the reception there is no compensation on site, we only need to contact the group. We chose this hotel exclusively for the spa bath that was the highlight. For a 4 star hotel it is inconceivable to have twice problems of cleanliness in the jaccuzi as well as the functioning

Nice hotel near Brussels airport. Rooms are good and have a higher standard. Everything was clean. TV wasn't working properly. Breakfast buffet is expensive and for my taste not worth the money.

Bit of a maze if you sleep in the new part. With the first lift to 1st and then a bit further take another lift. Spacious makers (suite). Breakfast not sufficiently extensive where a cook can make an omelet or something for you on request

Visited as a coach party. Hotel cleanliness and decor good. Food good. But, the service we received was very poor. Lack of glasses and staff behind bar made obtaining a drink virtually impossible. Breakfast was a disaster, with no tea bags and hot water machines not working. Dishes and cutlery not being replenished quickly enough. Being told certain areas i.e. patio off limits to coach guests. Tea and coffee in bedrooms limited to one tea bag two coffees and two milk. Had to buy extras. Bed not made properly. This service spoilt an otherwise nice hotel.

Very good service and very kind staff and listening to customers

We enjoyed our stay there. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar and restaurant. Very conviniant location. Free shuttle service. The hotel and the room were both really clean. We also enjoyed the fitness area. Nice decor. The only thing missing is a sauna/hammann and/or maybe a Jacuzzi to make the experience again more relaxing before flying.
We recommend this hotel. Thank-you to the staff.

The free shuttle to the airport only starts at 6 a.m. and we had to go to the airport at half past 5 so we could take a taxi at our own expense.

My flight was post-poned so I was welcomed at this hotel last minute. The room was great and the staff helpful given the situation and many guests. The buffet dinner was just alright, but the breakfast is good. Would recommend.

Lovely terrasse for a hotel close to the airport. Manages to make it glamourous despite its being located in an industrial environment

It is a better airport hotel. In the lobby there is a good small restaurant, food also to take away. Parking on the street for free. Overall neat.

Some of the rooms are in very poor condition. Sell them at the same price as decent ones. Before payment, insist on checking into a refurbished room.

I went to this hotel 5 years ago, and I was truly impressed. Kept very clean and maids constantly working in the hallway. The staff was quick to respond to questions. The breakfast was far above par.

Hotel very well located. Clean overall a little extra effort could be made. Very nice staff despite a rusch at the restaurant or wait was very very long almost an hour. Despite that the servers are very professional and pleasant.

Very poor and unattentive service at the restaurant. We were a party of 6 dining. All of us ordered steaks - two orders were mixed up (two persons have gotten another persons steak - rare and medium-rare) - ok, this can happen, one person did not receive their order at all and had to remind the waiter, and when they received it - it was very overdone, well done instead of medium rare.
Needless to say, we had a tremendously bad experience. In all fairness, after this was pointed out, the waiter has arranged for the right steak to arrive. Though one would expect more attention to detail from a restaurant serving 35-55 steaks from the start.
We won't be dining here any time soon. The hotel otherwise is ok.

Very good hotel - nice room, friendly staff, good shuttle to the airport. The only downside: the shower could have used a thorough cleaning (black mold infection corners).

This is not our first visit to this hotel, the observation remains the same, it is an establishment ideally close to the airport and very pleasant.

The hotel offers quality services, the suites with whirlpool baths are particularly appreciable and comfortable.
The decoration is neat without being exuberant.

The catering is also of high quality, the breakfast offers a plethora of choices suitable for all in a cozy and chic setting.

Excellent concept, being able to leave your car all the duration of your holidays, it is a plus, on the other hand a rather tired room and restaurant surfait, not terrible and very expensive

Nice hotel near the airport. rooms are ok (its dusty here and there). everthing you need. the even numbers in the wing building are much more silent than the odd number. breakfest has a wide range to choose from, but be aware of the stones called bread rolls.
