This is a pretty good hotel. The rooms are spacious although a little dated. Nice touch that you can have the cola and flavoured waters in the minibar for free. Breakfast is excellent and they provide a large selection - something for EVERYONE. Also good restaurants inside as well. Worth a stay especially if you are doing business around the area.
Friendly but the room was too hot and I was not sufficiently cooled the room. Room was also equipped with every comfort and a large flat-screen TV
Hotel with quite a few possibilities to hold a meeting or conference. They also have a very nice room with a view of the airport. Tip: discuss the service and price in advance!

I like the van der valk hotels. But today's action was mean. I had booked a single room for 79 euros by telephone. When I arrived and wanted to check in, the room should suddenly cost 120 euros. The woman at the reception was visibly uncomfortable, it seemed as if she was already familiar with these situations. For me it made the impression that it was a systematic trick. Never again, van der valk in Brussels. By the way, I'm in the Park Inn next door, it's cheaper and excellent here. I can recommend Fish And Chips from the restaurant next to the lobby, it tastes great.

Far better than Novotel. Good place for a quick 2 days stay and close to airport. The breakfast has fewer options however a good one.

good but room for improvement. keep infrastructure up, for example. replace equipment such as shower doors, doors, floors, etc. that are broken or worn out in time. being put in the preparations for the lunch shift at 9:30 am during breakfast detracts from the however expensive 21 breakfast experience.

The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are clean and a nice size. The lobby area, bar and restraint are all nice looking and the staff is very friendly. HOWEVER there aren't a lot of options for what you eat down at the resteraunt and it is a little expensive. And to top that off, no where really delivers food to this hotel besides Pizza hut and maybe 1 other place. Also, the rooms are very nice but there aren't any good channels on the TV. There are about 50 channels all together and none of them are anything close to entertaining. So if I want to watch movies I suggest you bring a laptop and an hdmi cord.
It is really value for your money. The price, the reasonably priced bar and restaurant, the clean and tidy environment, the free sodas and good coffee in my room...
We stayed for 1 night before our flight to Costa Rica. The rooms where modern and fashionable and slept the four of us comfortably. The food in the evening was excellent and the gentleman that served us was a star as my son insisted on only eating a burger which unfortunately wasn't on the menu but this did not matter as one came anyway. I was extremely impressed by the whole hotel experience.
I stayed at the Van Der Call hotel during a recent holiday. Whilst there on the Saturday morning I found a lovely Earing whilst getting breakfast and handed it to a young man working in breakfast room. I then saw the owner of the Earring sat outside and let her know she'd lost an Earring and I had handed it in to staff .long and short of it all the he Staff member lost the Earring and tried to cover it up .I witnessed one female member of Staff was extremly rude to the lady and she is still trying to get it back .I'm in touch with the Earring owner its special to her. Staff should follow protocol when handling residents personal items. Would not stay here again due to the add slackness of management when problems are reported. I feel guilty and wished I'd tried finding the owner before handing it to staff poor lady is heart Broken.

Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Aan de zijkant bij de Tesla oplaad palen is betaald parkeren. Eventueel parkeren in garage is mogelijk voor 15 .
Ontbijt was zoals het hoort..lekker, helaas vond ik de eieren niet zo lekker maar ja smaken verschillen. van alles wat om te eten en drinken. coffee automaten met veel keuze aan coffee soorten(aanrader)

Would not recommend having dinner at this restaurant. The food is bad and would suggest to go for a dinner somewhere else. The staff is however very friendly and very good.
The chicken was bone dry and came accompanied with fries that were most likely leftovers and re-fried. They were soaking in grease. The vegetarian dish was discouraged when i tried ordering it (corn in 3 different ways) after the description i got i was glad with the advise. The alternative was a small goat cheese salad with buttery vegetables as a side. I've had better food in less established restaurants.
Delicious van der Valk hotel. We had the Junior suite for 1 night. Kindly received at the check-in. Room was nicely clean, as used to van der Valk. With all luxury such as; large walk-in shower and jacuzzi. Breakfast was well cared for with plenty of choice. Something for everyone!
Never disappointed with the services provided by the hotel. Close to Brussels airport and offering a shuttle, this is a plus knowing that the car remains in an underground garage during the journey.

Came here for professional reason, meeting room at the top, with all the little touches that go with it. Coffee, croissant, orange juice etc ... The quality of the midday meal is worthy of the greatest restaurants.

Good location a 5-minute walk from Diegem station. Superbox room was very nice. In the common room that belongs to the Superbox rooms is a minibar with bottled drinks and coffee / tea. There are also a number of classic game computers such as pinball. The room itself has a Playstation with VR and various other gadgets such as a smartphone that can borrow. All in all, worth repeating.
Very nice just minutes from the airport. Tonight is the eve of the Tour de France.

DON'T BOOK !! Bad bathroom mold door shower broken under the mold. The room has very hot air conditioning work not smothered in the room. Restaurant service not friendly evening food is bad and expensive and you can not say anything because they can not stand criticism. You will be treated even worse yourself the boss / manager has no time for his guests !!! Is not a Van der Valk hotel !!! DO NOT BOOK !!!! There are plenty of better hotels in the area.
Apparently it was nice, but when I got to sleep a party started in the 7th floor. The music could be heard from all rooms, I could feel the walls shaking. I called to reception and they told me I should wait until midnight. The hotel should improve its sound system and take all guests into consideration. For that rate an hotel which doesn't take all his guests under consideration is not worthy. What a shame.
We worked for the shooting of a reality show and were delighted. The hotel is clean, the staff available and welcoming.

Good services. Everything you need: tv, wifi, hairdrier, new planty of towels, shampoo, lotion. The included breakfast is great and it is close to public transport.
I tested the bar after work. Very slow and horribly expensive.
And icing on the cake, the bartender was not able to prepare a mojito, he did not know the recipe. (he must not know Google either)

Good airport hotel, well sized room with modern amenities at an appropriate price. However, the room was very dusty and had a few minor issues (English channels on tv not working etc)
The hotel was very good, but there is point deduction, as the coffee machine does not work, only an elevator worked and only a severely disabled parking is available. The size of the hotel too little. The staff was very helpful. Brewed coffee in the room.

Stayed one night here for catching a flight. Surprisingly the Van Der Valk in Netherlands is much better, both for breakfast with hot Omelette and bigger rooms. It is so far away from the city that I did not have the strength to roam around. The Mannikin Pis is far away and the atomium is even farther away. For catching a flight this is the best option.
Top hotel to spend a pre night before your vacation when you leave from Brussel airport. Great reservation system with Neckermann 100 per night with parking, shuttle and breakfast to go included.
Superb welcome, smiling and in French .. beautiful spacious room, even for 3 people, sofa bed for the 3rd person. Possibility of being woken up if necessary, breakfast to take away by having made your own choice the day before.
During my next stay I will not hesitate to book again.
We only try the breakfast as people outside the hotel ... Nice assortment, both in food and drinks ... Only downside the scrambled eggs were cold as well as the beans with tomato sauce and bacon. .. Pity but that will not prevent us from going back to the occasion and going to try their Sunday brunch
Do NOT stay here. My stuff was removed out of my room, however little it was - as I was only staying 2 nights - and the Hotel claim they cannot do anything about it and refuse to assume any responsibility nor will they compensate me for my losses. They have NO cameras or CCTV in their hallways so anything can happen to your stuff, your room etc.
Modern hotel, two restaurants, grumpy old and experienced waiter. No more places outside...while there were at least 12 tables left...
Business lunch really very good and good. Everyone finds it to their liking.
Only small complaint is when you reload the dishes emptied, the new is more like a dish, as if you put the leftovers in bulk.
