Nice clean room. Perfect parking. Simply very well arranged.

I slept in the club room and it was super nice and spacious. A wonderful bed and a nice big bathroom! I have not used any other facilities.

Didn't want to stay here but had a cancelled flight and had no choice. Nice, comfortable room but bland, unimaginative food. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff sort of off-set the beautiful but disappointing restaurant.

Hotel near the airport. Rooms are large and comfortable and free minibar. Restaurant was a bit less

A well-deserved 5 stars for Nathalie Meiremans for the follow-up and dedication and kindness for just a little something to find a solution. Such staff is weird these days. Chapeau.

Clean, comfortable, elegant, spacious rooms although those with a door that communicates with other rooms noise is heard.
They have a place for ironing and a gym on each floor.
Buffet meal leaves something to be desired, price: 21.50
The price of breakfast is excessive for the offer they propose: 24
Around there is nothing so it is business or better to look for another type of hotel.

Up to the mark facilities. Neatly maintained. 3 stars because it compares lower as compared to some other fancy airports.

Ideal hotel for when you go on leave. Underground parking and service to the airport. Not the cheapest.

Personeel van de receptie erg onvriendelijk, en niet duidelijk over wat je geboekt hebt dus slechte info, heb het ontbijt erbij geboekt en mevrouw zei van niet, eindstand zei ik dat het er bij moet zitten en ineens zat het er wel bij.. mevrouw wou mij dus extra laten betalen als ik niks erover heb gezegt.

Hotel ziet er erg oud uit vergleken alle andere van der valk hotels, bedden waren keihard(bedankt voor de stijve rug) kasten die stonken en mini bar was niet schoon en zaten resten in de mini bar van vorige gebruikers.
Toilet in de kamer was erg vies en mag wel een keer met ontkalker schoongemaakt worden.
In de badkuip doet het knopje van de douchekop en kraan raar en als je de douchekop aan wilt zetten komt er een flinke straal water uit wat uit de badkuip vliegt en heel de grond zeiknat wordt.
En dat krijg je dan voor een zogenaamde Suite

Ontbijt was er vet en gelijk aan de schijt.

Bij de uitcheck nogmaals onvriendelijk en mevrouw had er blijkbaar geen zin in, liep met een smoel waar je u tegen zegt en staat te zuchten en te puffen. Neem ontslag als je geen zin hebt in je werk maar ik betaal wel namelijk 200 voor een kamer een service wat ik niet krijg.

Van der valk brussel is geen hotel maar MOTEL waardig.
Eerste keer en nooit meer in dit hotel in brussel.

Als ik geen sterren kon beoordelen had ik 0 sterren gedaan!

Ik raadt dit hotel aan niemand aan.

Oooooh i wish they won t give you the room 628 next to the fitness room. If so, hope you ll enjoy hearing in Dolby surround every step from Bob doing his running at 6am as the healthy guy he is. Minus point for putting us there ( cause we look young in comparison of all the suits ?). Otherwise, great hotel, good food, friendly staff, nice rooms

It is comfortable and they provide Airport shuttle, so it is easy to get there.

I loved this hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed, hot and cold drinks, spacious bathroom, walk-in shower and jetted tub.

The rooms are very comfortable, and extremely quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. And how can you go wrong when there is liquor in a vending machine?

Very nice hotel..near to the airport...and across train stop for Brussels downtown.

The food in the restaurant was of very poor quality. Looked like just thawed and microwaved. This then calls itself a 5-star hotel. The meat was tough as anything (schnitzel ?!) I don't know what I ate, so I didn't eat everything. A well deserved 1 star from me. For that price ....

I found the hotel a little past glory. Bed was moderate with a bumpy mattress and pillows that varied between too thick and much too thick. Not recommended for that price!

In the restaurant the staff is very friendly and attentive, at all times they are watching if customers need anything, I would love to return to this hotel.

The television too high in height would be better. Lack of pillows compared to the bed ...

The hotel is fine. But I suspect the waiter of the bar not to like French ... especially not to ask for bread for the dinner ..

Great Sleep & Fly deal, excellent front desk service.

First I requested a baby cot and it was not in the room when we arrived. Then the room that we allocated had large marks on the wall, a damaged closet rail and the bathroom door that did not close properly. We were changed rooms. Then the two nights we stayed, the housekeeping staff woke us up between 8h and 9h which is intolerable when we come to rest. And finally we went to report it to the reception and the only thing they found as a gesture is an upgrade of room for our next stay which is useless since we will never come back seeing the little responsiveness of the hosting team. Only the breakfast is excellent and the staff of the catering team are very attentive, they are adorable. But unfortunately we will not come back only for breakfast in view of all the known inconveniences. Too bad for a 4 star and 140 a night, it's expensive and ultimately zero rest. To flee

During the Tour de France we stayed with the team in this van der Valk hotel. For the entire team this was a great pleasure not only because of the good care, nice spotless rooms, pleasant atmosphere, facilities and the delicious food but also because of the attentive staff. Bernard Bak in particular cared for us to the last detail and assisted us with the buffet and everyone's wishes. Thanks on behalf of all of TJV!

Neat service. Slept well before we went to the airport.

Good service, comfortable rooms, but a little bit on the expensive side. 12 euros for a single malt whisky in the bar is enough to put anybody off going there

High standard, very good service and splendid food. Good shuttle service to the airport, highly recommended to stay here.

Got an upgrade to executive because all superior rooms were full. Great service, friendly staff. I can definitely recommend the park, sleep & fly formula. Will return again!
