Place is garbage! I don't know how there still im business.

I walked into the shipping receiving office nobody behind the window press the buzzer no one came in then I was told to use the radio that s in the paperwork slot to call a receiver I m not going to touch the radio if it s not mine!!! Loading docks really tight and no lights at night!!!

It's easy to load and deliver here. Just make sure you have your reefer to temperature and it's clean. Once you get checked in it takes about an hour to get loaded. Very straightforward facility.

I'm fine in the company.pertenesco to the group of cleaners. I hope that you have liked my work so far. But I could work on what they put me if I have no expectancy of what they put me but could have haprender.IsraelAguilar

i used to work there for two years and they dont care about any employees only if they look at what goes on there is no matts no good saftey equiptment and no one there knows how to do anything right.

Tried to work there. Didnt happen after 4 hours i left. Unfortunately i left my jacket there...THANKS FOR STEALING IT. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY NO ONE TURNED IT IN TO A LOST AND FOUND...

My truck checked in with them at 10 am and was seating till 3 pm. Reefer was running at pre cool -10' all this time. But when start to loading said need a 34 .....

Nice people work there some people think its to cold to be working there but as for me I like it

Place is horriable evonne is completely rude i will refuse any load going to or coming from this facility

Any I deliver to this place I deal with one that turns to far more stupid than the other one
I will do my best to avoid delivering to this where it seems that every body hates his job: what a depressing place!!!

I can honestly say this is the worst company in Reno, Nevada period.

Fastest place I've ever been. I had a challenging door(21) and there was a truck in 20. Very tight. But I bumped the dock sat for about 30 mins with 11 pallets and was handed my paper work. Super fast unload!!!

Couldn't punch in when I first started working so I had to fill out missed punch forms. I still haven't been paid. They just say call back in a week.
Horrible place to work. It's actually zero stars but you have to put 1 star to post.

The lady at recieving is so rude and she is depressed she needs some counseling

They had a burden for me of 53,000 thousand
Pounds, for a reefer
I informed them that this weight is illegal for these road trucks
They lowered the weight, but they loaded the load wrong
And the weight is out of balance
3,000 thousand pounds spent on the rear axle of the truck. THEY DON'T LOAD, or they did it on purpose

Terrible just terrible place of employment. Do not work at this place. The freezer part of it not even the issue. It's the people!! from the office on down the people are rude and disrespectful raciest and talk about a culture shock if your not a Spanish speaking person good luck!!!! Luckily I grew up around alot of Spanish but just don't apply I still get nightmares about sk foods ugh. P.s if your not a ex felon or want to become one then this is no place for you.

This is for all those who will be working in.Production and in line 4 .This serves as an eye opener for all of you. The lead whose named is Esperanza( whatever)is so mean ,rude and unkind.Instead of helping me out to learn new Techniques she would talk in her language against me.( hey ,Esperanza,I am not Stupid as you think !)and instead making my FIRST day RIGHT ,she made it worst.Thank you for the experience.

People are nice. Make sure your reefer is clean and odor free. Make sure it can get to -10 degrees.

It's a temporary job. Pays ok. Hard work but not complicated

Well easy to find , no over night parking, Lady in receiving was very nice got in dock right away to drop 1 palt so no issues !

6:00 am Monday Appointment. In door immediately. Receiving office is in far back corner of building. When at the entrance follow the drive all the way to the back passed the 4wheelers in the lot. Then make left. There will be a sign telling you receiving office to the left. Go to the end of the doors. Stacey at desk is super nice. Use radio to make contact. Unload started immediately. Super fast unload. Watched another drop and hook from knight and they were in and out in 15 minutes. Don t let previous reviews fool you! Tight backing but skilled drivers won t have a issue here. Remember attitude and respect is everything. Both positive will yield same results.

I am a truck driver, I done a delivery here at this business and was not given a warm greeting by a rather crabby lady sitting behind a bullet proof window. this woman is very rude despite how nice you try to be to her it's no wonder she sits behind a bullet proof window!....RUDE PEOPLE SUCK!

The aliens that work there think that they own the business 9 out of 10 truck drivers do not like picking up product from that location

Worst company to deal w. There is this rude ass lady at shipping/receiving named Evane. Man, i dont know how the earth even holds people like that! My driver once came to deliver, not only she held him up from 07:00 am to 16:00, but she threw all the paperwork on the floor, yelled at him, and told him to leave. Yelled at me multiple times for calling her and asking her a simple question. This lady is something. Again, beware! worst company ever!

To be totally honest I had a very nice experience at this warehouse.. 20 years of driving.. Not a bad place in n out within a hour..on time appointment..

On sunday 04/28/19 My appt was 12pm , i was there check in 7:30am unloaded at 8:15am , very good and friendly staff ..
SUNDAY OPEN :- 6AM - 2PM

Never show up early, they will tell you to set your refer at -10 CONTINUOUS (lol) and than guy comes out and inspects your trailer and tells me that my apt is 6 hrs later from now. I was going to turn off the refer while I wait, but he told me that I am not following their procedure and will have to take me off the list, so will have to do a check in again, start over. Two trucks where sent for a wash out, so I got loaded a bit earlier..

The place is clean ... respect the appointment time. Quick unloading.

My experience was great with this shipper. Didnt have a single issue with anyone. Had appointment at 7pm and arrived 5.30, got a dock right away and left shipper by 7:35pm. Make sure ur trailer is really clean and precooled to -10f so you dont loose time. Good luck

Bad place to pick a load. Don t come here unless you want to wait here all day. They are not even busy but don t care about drivers waiting. Lazy staff do nothing except smoking their lungs outside every 20 minutes.

Zero stars as google don't have one. I wonder if the company and headquarters what is going on in this company. It needs a lot of heavy cleaning, staff and all. I heard so much bad stories about the company, and nothing is being done. Bad people still get away with their foul attitude, heavy bullying, discrimination at its best. The HR should be fair, but they're not. And they better have everyone legal papers to work here. I also heard I lot of illegal immigrants work here.

I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to, to leave a review. The lady who works shipping and receiving is not a very pleasant person at all. And that is putting it very nicely . But the lady who works later in the evening was very nice and very pleasant, so maybe you all should look at replacing the old bitty who works mornings

Would never work here ever. I only worked for 7 hrs. And its freezing. They won't give me my pay card! focus kept telling me to drop by at their office but they aren't always there!

I'm usually in and out within a couple hours it's not super fast but it's not bad either and the views are fantastic!

A bunch of cry baby drivers good place to del come here 2 week u can park over night at door 1234 if I have a 4am appt u can park at doors 18,19,20,21 good place take about 1-2 to unload

Takes forever to get unloaded. Takes at least 3 hours to get unloaded.

Extremely slow. Checked in at 8:30. Appointment was at 10:00. Started to load me to load 3 hours later. Waited for paperwork for about 30 minutes.
