Couple months after my daughter bought her Equinox from Steve Croy, he got me a great lease on an awesome '19 Chevy Colorado! Steve's the best!

Betsy & I have bought from Kelly in the past and we re happy with their service. When we walked in David Macias came over to talk to us, and we told him that we were interested in an Impala since the Consumer Reports gave a high rating.

David located 2 Impalas that had the colors that we wanted and the rest was completed very quickly.

When we need to replace our 2nd car we will come back to Kelly, and ask for David!

Kelly's is a very nice dealership . It is a great facility with perks. Scott Eubank, our salesperson, did a great job helping us in our car search. He listened to our wants in a car and helped direct us to the right fit with no pressure. He was patient, allowing us to test drive cars multiple times and advocated for us to make sure we had ample time to think through our buying process. We appreciated his fun personality, knowledge, and willingness to seek out answers and make sure we were completely satisfied before buying. Our finance manager, Brian McKinley, worked to get us the best rate! We are very pleased with our buying experience.

Steve Cory did an excellent job in assisting me with the trade of my car and the purchase of a truck. This may not seem that special, but he did this all over the phone, text messages and videos. I live over 3 hours away and wanted to get the deal done without driving back and forth numerous times. He was honest and truthful when describing the truck I purchased. Needless to say, he was completely honest. The truck was described as being in excellent shape and it was. My 3 1/2 hour trip to Ft Wayne, Indian was well worth it from just north of Cincinnati, Ohio. Steve wasn t at work the day that I drove up to get the deal finished. He made sure that I was handled in the same manner as if he were there. Kudos to Steve and the rest of the staff at Kelley Chevrolet.

Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly sales staff, service was subpar (on a busy Saturday) and overall experience was not terrible. It did take us about 5 hours to get in and out of there, even after we knew what vehicle we wanted and even paid full sticker price so there was no negotiating!

Aside from that, beware that EVERY USED VEHICLE PURCHASED will be charged an extra $399 for the "paint coverage insurance" that is not optional and non-negotiable whatsoever. After being forced to purchase this crappy insurance you will probably not be able to get the insurance information either (which we asked 3 different people several times and was told it would be in our packet).

Not pleased at all with the overall experience. The only good thing is that (so far at least) we got a decent deal on a used vehicle at about $500 less than the fair market value (+ $399 insurance) so we essentially broke even.

I have purchased two vehicles from Kelley Chevrolet and will never go elsewhere. Our salesman, Jon Kelley, provided a first class experience. He answered all our questions and took the time to see to every detail. Plus, you can't beat free car washes for life!

Purchased my car from Kevin. Great experience, great car and great service. Very nice dealership makes you feel welcome while you are waiting. Its an added bonus that you get free car washes for life when you purchase here. I take my car here for service as well and have always had a good experience. It can be quite a wait for service, an oil change has usually taken a couple hours for me, but not too big of a deal considering everything else. Definitely recommend this dealership and will be coming back in the future.

I hate car shopping. One reason I was still driving a 2000 Buick Century. I did my research. Like 2 years considering what I wanted in my next car. When my Mom started using a rollator full time, wheelchair part time, it became obvious that we needed something bigger. Jesse Kindig took the time to let me climb through several vehicles, compare features, made sure I was informed about vehicles I wasn't considering, in a no pressure way. I was met as soon as I got there and was taken to an office where I was met by my service rep who went over my vehicle with me and checked to see if everything was fine, it went very fast and you have a very nice waiting room with drinks and popcorn if you like. Its a very pleasant place to be.

Take your money elsewhere to a dealership that will stand behind the brand new vehicle you purchase when there s an issue and hold themselves and GM accountable. Vehicle has been in 10 times in six months to fix the same issue to no avail. GM says they do not have a fix. Neither the dealership nor GM will do anything to remedy the situation and hold themselves accountable for a known issue. No swapping out the faulty vehicle, no GM buyback, just wanting me to purchase an entire new vehicle for my faulty one that is one year old and has been in their shop for half the time I ve owned and been paying on it. More money to get a new vehicle and rid of the aggravation is what I was told. Save yourself months of frustration and go with a company that will stand behind their customers and products. It s not here.

I took my car in with a list of problems I have been experiencing for months including a clicking noise that is consistent every time I turn or brake and that the car jerks/shudders occasionally. They informed me they found nothing wrong with the car and couldn't hear any noise, didn't address the jerking or any other problem I mentioned to them and just gave me an oil change. After getting my car back the noise was still VERY apparent, to the point where I feel like they didn't even actually look at the car at all. $80+ down the drain...

Had great salesman, Adam Williams. Very informative. The Service dept. Very efficient and always see Walt. They are busy but very helpful. Very satisfied with all service. Including going thru car wash. Attendant expediant and keeps the line of cars moving.
