I hate car shopping. One reason I was still driving a 2000 Buick Century. I did my research. Like 2 years considering what I wanted in my next car. When my Mom started using a rollator full time, wheelchair part time, it became obvious that we needed something bigger. Jesse Kindig took the time to let me climb through several vehicles, compare features, made sure I was informed about vehicles I wasn't considering, in a no pressure way. It was pleasureable experience. I found my car.
