Bought a used 2015 GMC Yukon right around a year ago. Was told it was serviced there regularly and now after putting 20k miles on it I m putting a new transmission in it because it is totally shot at 122k miles. NOT HAPPY AT ALL think I ll leave a bad review for every dollar it s going to cost me as well

I went in for just a routine Oil change and to have them look at my Driver Assist System message that kept popping up from time to time. Corbin took great care of me and even let me know of a recall that I had on my car. Although it was nothing major I went ahead and had them take care of it. They werent sure how long it would be to take a look at the DAS but it turned out to be just some old codes so they got my car back to me in a few hours. Great job

David did an absolutely wonderful job helping me shop for a new vehicle. I was uneasy, because I was unfamiliar with the car buying process, but David thoroughly explained everything to me and covered all the bases. He had answers for all of my questions and made feel like I was in good, trustworthy hands. Credit was an issue for me, but David worked hard to find a reliable vehicle that best suited my needs. Looked online for a long time for trucks. Kelley seemed to have good choice of models and price seemed ok.
First salesperson I met was very helpful, we looked at all used trucks on lot and then looked online for two trucks I had seen that I did not realize were at another Kelley lot.
We went there and drove the truck. I decided to buy . Not a big hassle to test drive like some places.
Except for one guy on Illinois Road all the staff was very friendly , helpful and explained everything well.

My experience was awesome from start to finish. Our sale rep, Kevin Kelley, made sure the Traverse was available inside during a thunderstorm and then the next day for a test drive. He was very straight forward and friendly. We were also welcomed by the manager, Chuck Kelley. Our finance mgr, Lee Walls, made us feel at home and welcome while going over the costs. This is our second vehicle purchased from Kelley on Lima and we will definitely work with again.

Adam Williams did a great job for us, we had ZERO intention of buying. Chevrolet Traverse High Country we stopped just because another friend asked us too. We actually left went and test drove Two Buick Enclaves and then came back to Adam to get the Traverse because of three things 1) Adams personality and friendliness made him easy to work with 2) The High Country Traverse I felt actually competed very well the Enclave and in fact some areas was better like the roominess in the front seat and 3) Kelley Chevrolet worked well with us on price.

I'm only speaking on their used cars. I purchased a Saturn Aura from Kellys about three years ago and have had nothing but expensive repairs since. I've had to replace the engine, change out the entire exhaust system, replace the oil pan, and now Im having transmission problems. I'm starting to think they pulled the car out of a swamp and resold it. If you're looking for a quality used car, I would STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere first.
