Take your money elsewhere to a dealership that will stand behind the brand new vehicle you purchase when there s an issue and hold themselves and GM accountable. Vehicle has been in 10 times in six months to fix the same issue to no avail. GM says they do not have a fix. Neither the dealership nor GM will do anything to remedy the situation and hold themselves accountable for a known issue. No swapping out the faulty vehicle, no GM buyback, just wanting me to purchase an entire new vehicle for my faulty one that is one year old and has been in their shop for half the time I ve owned and been paying on it. More money to get a new vehicle and rid of the aggravation is what I was told. Save yourself months of frustration and go with a company that will stand behind their customers and products.
