Wonderful experience dealing with John Kelley and our new car purchase. John was extremely patient and had our best interest in mind. Everyone in the dealership was professional and efficient throughout our visit. Would highly recommend John Kelley and Kelley Chevrolet for your next car purchase.

Our sales team was amazing special thank you to our salesman Mason Clay. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. My husband and I have been looking at vehicles for a little while and met with Mason in December and made sure we went back to him. He didnt just put us in any car. He helped us decide which car was best for us and helped us get the best deal possible! Definitely will be back!

Steve croy is a new sales person who came across as honest, trustworthy and not to pushy. Of course they try to sell you stuff you might not need, but that's all part of the job. I'm happy with the van I bought and the extras that they added , remote start and tow package. All and all it was a good experience, I would definitely recommend them.

Mason Coy did a great job of making sure I was informed on everything I needed to know and made the experience as stress free as possible. Kelley Chevrolet has some real talent working for ...

Kelley Chevrolet has some real talent working for them and it shows. Steve Croy and Lee Walls were able to set my wife up with a new car while overcoming some pretty big challenges. I have purchased many cars from many dealerships over the years, yet none of them were able to provide the amazing experience that my wife and I experienced today.

Steve Croy proved today, and quite obviously has been consistently proving, that the car buying experience can be something to look forward to. His perspicacity allowed him to quickly identify what my wife and i were needing/wanting to accomplish and that meant a lot to us.

Even though I may be living in Florida by the time i'm ready to buy my next vehicle, you better believe that i will return to Fort Wayne and kelley Chevrolet to meet with Steve Croyboy to make it happen.

My family was in the market for a new Equinox and we visited Kelley after visiting another Chevy dealer. Kevin and Chuck took special interest with our vehicle search. We thought we wanted a Premier level but after discussing our needs, they found an LT with a package that covered all our needs. They could have just let us purchase a vehicle for thousands of dollars more with features we really were not interested in, but they listened to our needs and sold us a vehicle with only everything we needed. We appreciated how they listened to our needs and sold us the vehicle with the perfect fit. The delivery and after purchase went just as well with calls to ensure everything with the vehicle was still fine. We are completely satisfied with the purchase and after purchase experience at Kelley Chevrolet.

I purchased my new 2016 Corvette from Scott Dwyer and Chuck Kelley 4 years ago, and they ALWAYS makes sure I'm well taken care of whenever I come into the dealership (Kelley Chevrolet in Fort Wayne, IN). I came in for an oil change on this visit and waited in the "appropriately socially distanced" waiting area until my car was done. Scott Dwyer and Chuck Kelley have GREAT customer service skills.

We leased our first vehicle with Kelley Chevrolet today and couldn't be happier with the service we received! Working with Mason Coy was truly a pleasure. He was thoughtful and appreciative of our business and if it wasn't for Covid, I would have shaken his hand. Matt, the sales manager and Jake in finance were also great. Everyone made it a smooth process and we never felt pressured. Highly recommend Kelley Chevrolet!

My husband and I have always had a positive experience with Kelley, besides tonight. I went in for a routine oil check up at the Buick center and waited for about an hour and a half... Not a big deal at all. What bothered me and made me extremely uncomfortable was the group of employee men that stood across the room from me. I was the only person left in the lobby and they continued to look my way and laugh. Sure, there might have been something funny behind me. But there wasn t, it was a car and me. That s it. If their wife, girlfriend or daughter had been in the same position as me I guarantee they would have felt equally uncomfortable. It s extremely uncomfortable for a young woman to be by herself with a group of men continually looking back and laughing, it s unnerving. They should have been more considerate.

Working with this dealership has been an awful exp...

Working with this dealership has been an awful experience. We purchased a new truck. From the first day we have been lied to, had to rewrite the entire loan and title work, as well as had it in repeatedly for repairs that are still not fixed. Now we just went over 36,000 miles and our extended warranty we purchased requires a person to come evaluate if they will even fix it. They are the same repairs from day one!! There is a leak in the roof/lights and the charging, car play and navigation system has never worked right. They need to fix it right or we will never be back for any more purchases.

I spoke with Mr. Chuck Kelly after posting this. He responded very quickly and promised to investigate. Assured me they would take care of getting things done right with no charges the work that should have been taking care of under warrenty. We won t know if the leaks are fixed until we get some rain, but the charging, car play and navigational system stopped working before we hit I-69. We can t leave it for a week again at this time. It is our plowing truck. Maybe the fourth time having it fixed will work.

I purchased my vehicle Kelly last year in August. ...

I purchased my vehicle Kelly last year in August. I've had the engine light to come on twice. There is a 12 month warranty on the vehicle. When I took it back to Kelly the second time for the engine light. They had it for about a week. I was told that they may have to replace the cylinder head. They had to call GM to actually figure out what was going on. And GM did recommend that it be placed a cylinder head. When I got my vehicle back I found out they did not replace the cylinder head they replace a valve on and needless to say I was not happy about that. So I took it to my personal mechanic to ask him about the cylinder head not being replaced. He told me to hang on to my paperwork. Because it plainly stated on the paperwork that GM recommended that they replace the cylinder head because carbon had built up in there but the mechanic has said he had put too much work into the vehicle already so he didn't replace it. I called kelly back with this information. Left a message to the young man that handle my vehicle. But he never called back. My personal mechanic told me to just hang on to my paperwork. Needless to say I'm really not happy with Kelly's way of handling things.

When we first walked into the store, we were met by Adam Firks, he sat down with us and found out what we wanted and needed in a vehicle, then found one and we love it. Then when we met with the financial guy, Lee, he helped us through the process easily and helped us understand anything that we didn't understand. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The service advisors are generally very nice and knowledge and the waiting room has a much popcorn as you can fill yourself with. For whatever reason, everytime I am here the service runs extremely slow. I feel like I have to schedule on Saturdays because I will consistently spend 3 to 4 hours waiting for service. Be careful of the extra services they might advise you about and ask to see pieces, filters, and fluid colors before you agree to get them replaced or changed. And it is a dealership sonic you can find coupons on their website of know of any rebates, take advantage of those.

Straight-forward pricing on cars on the lot is fantastic--and rare! Made shopping easier than any other place we've been. Also helpful to have info. on all their vehicles accessible on-line. Very helpful, patient, and kind staff members. Great, positive atmosphere in the place and in the attitudes of the employees. Appreciate that they come across as genuine and not "schmoozing" customer for a sale. Comfortable chairs while waiting. Clean building. Liked the drink oasis with free fountain drinks and popcorn while waiting throughout purchasing process (and/or for those getting their cars repaired in the service department). Saw them help an elderly lady with a problem immediately and treated her with a lot of kindness. They also quickly apologized for a new employee who handled something unprofessionally. That says a lot about their concern for the customer AND for their reputation. Love the vehicle also. Good price for a used vehicle.

Was my second truck purchased through Kelly Chevrolet and again I wasn t let down. Both times I spoke with Matt Getty and both times I got the best deal possible. My wife and I leased our first vehicle today at Kelley Chevrolet in Fort Wayne. Without a doubt it was the best experience we ve ever had getting a new vehicle. Mason did a fantastic job! He was a joy to work with from our initial meeting to the final new owners picture before leaving the lot. He was professional, courteous, and respectful of our needs and desires throughout the process. We settled on the Chevrolet Equinox and couldn t be happier. In fact, everyone we dealt with at Kelley Chevrolet was wonderful, Jake in financing and Matt the sales manager. The dealership is a true class act, and they just gained two more GM customers for life!

Last month my boyfriend was in NEED of a car so i suggested he come here. The sales guy he was working with didn't answer my boyfriend's emails all week. And finally on the Friday, he says that he was out of town. You tell me a good car salesmen doesn't have email on his phone? At least could've sent him a quick email saying he would be unavailable. So his week was wasted when he could've been had gotten a car from someone where else or another salesman there. Guess they rather keep their customer waiting for a week rather than refer to another coworker.
