We were with this office on vacation in Montenegro town Ulcnij 2012. New Year's Eve Berlin 2018/2019.
The pluses are only comfortable coaches and good drivers and from the minuses:
Delayed departure from planned by 40 min (one-day trip, so every hour was important)
A trip combined with another trip to the "tropical islands" waiting for a bus from a trip from another city.
To sum up - we were to be in Berlin on the 14th we were at 17.

At 20 o'clock, we found the entrance where the trip spread so that everyone could spend New Year's Eve in their own way. We have been leaving Oskar several times, recently to Alsace. Exemplary organization, przemili and competent guides - Mrs. Iza and Mr. Robert. The only objection I have to bus drivers who bring customers to coaches. The route Poznan - Wroclaw beat at the speed of light. There were moments when we were worried about our lives. Trip "Liguria and its pearls" June 2017 very highly rated on the Oscar website, but probably by office staff?
Hotels very poor, half of the hotels on the tour remember the times of Gierek
and I deserve at most 1 star, only at the end of the trip quite a decent hotel.
Ms. Pilot- Agnieszka has a lot of knowledge that she doesn't want to share with the participants of the trip. I have been on many trips and I do not understand these admirations for Ms. pilot because her work was at most average. Very short tour of Venice, Milan and other cities and this is only due to bad organization and late departures from the hotel, apparently the pilot likes to sleep a long time.
On the plus side, I only deserve a bus, which the drivers didn't want to clean up too much, and their driving was also at a medium level.
A macabre long journey through Poland on the day of departure, but on the way back it was half as short, you can see how the driver and pilots are in a hurry you can do it much faster.

Please read the contract and offer carefully ... hidden trap ... 5 hours of free time in your country ... there is no question in the contract that there is so much time for drivers.
For teachers and school trips ... pay attention to a detailed trip plan ... Writing a complaint, the office only wastes paper ... childish answer, they take no responsibility for anything ...
They do not understand what school and probation regulations are. They attribute the school trip to the number of rooms ... they do not treat as a group ... which is inconsistent with the regulations of the school board and the school's governing body.

Welcome to August this year. we spent the holiday in the charming Parga, enjoying
from the Oskar Travel Agency offer. We set off on a journey from Krakow,
at the exact time set. A high standard coach provided us with comfort during a long journey. Nice drivers and a nice pilot created a great atmosphere and perfectly planned stops on the route. Resident Julia welcomed us in Parga with energy

Hello. I had the pleasure to participate in the PEARLS OF ADIATIC tour (June 30, 2018 - July 8, 2018). Organization by BP Oskar at a professional level, but up to a point. Dalmatia - a wonderful region of Croatia, clear and warm sea, enviable cleanliness, prices available, tours with unique views. The meals, both in terms of quantity and quality, allow to satisfy the culinary requirements of even the most demanding gourmet. The drawback was probably the lack of towels, TV (the world championship passed by), air conditioning paid 5 euros per night despite the same paid trip costs. Many thanks to Mrs. Aleksandra, for professionalism in taking care of her during trips and sightseeing. Many thanks to Mr. Pawe and Mr. Wiktor - drivers. Their mastery of the steering wheel allowed us to focus only on sightseeing without the slightest fear of driving on technically difficult routes. Moreover, special thanks to Mr. Wiktor who, through his behavior, testified that Oskar cares primarily about tourists and the implementation of the planned trip plan. Ms. Aleksandra, Mr. Pawe and Mr. Wiktor stand for artistry, reliability and respect - these are BP Oskar ambassadors. As I wrote before, professionalism characterized the organization of our trip, but up to a certain point. That moment was my return to Poland. The purchase of the PRESTIGE package guaranteeing the choice of a seat on the bus (contract - additional services, point 2) was carried out on the way to and around Croatia, but not on the way back. There was probably a valid reason for the above change. I turned with this question (without anger and only out of curiosity) to the representative of BP Oskar, Mrs. Agnieszka, expecting a calm and matter-of-fact answer. The way in which I received the answer (among the stream of other words, among others - which I am complaining about, I will return to Pozna ) was personally a surprise for me, not to say a shock. Arrogance, disregard, shoe - these words can describe the form of conversation by possibly representing management or the board of the travel agency (since she was authorized to answer) Mrs. Agnieszka. If I had to evaluate the PEARLS OF ADIATIC tour until the meeting with the above-mentioned person and this unpleasant conversation, I would give 5 without the slightest hesitation.

Well, there is a lot of legroom in coaches. You can unfold the chair and sleep freely. However, what about the fact that they are as comfortable as the passengers on the front is cold because it blows from the shelf (currently we drive from Croatia in sweatshirts, covered with blankets), and the back of the coach tells the drivers that it is too stuffy and ask for increased air conditioning. Requests to change the temperature (although temporary, to get warm) are ended with an unpleasant response from the driver (currently the Lord had a break and took first places 1-2) that: here the quote "blows and more wind". After a short exchange of sentences, the driver got up and went on a break and for over an hour he did not get cold with the rest. Good advice for you - take a blanket, because in the night you will be freezing without it. In summary, the trip was ok. Croatia is beautiful, I recommend it. I will definitely come back, but I do not know if your office (plus a pilot Natalia (do not let her go) and a new driver who saved the situation) It's a pity that one incident within 3 trips changed my rating.

Youth camps in Bulgaria are a total drama. All day at the hotel. Guardians do not listen to what the campers say and make the kids do things they don't want to do. There is also a problem with food because dinners for picky eaters are simply not edible. Of course, it's not the hotel's caretakers' fault, but the kids go hungry and the caregivers don't let them go out and buy something for themselves.

New Year's Eve in Budapest is one big misunderstanding. I will start with the fact that the trip was delayed (the time of departure was changed), which later was reflected in time in Budapest, etc. etc. The trip looked something like this: transporting people to their destination, quick guiding people in the dab, looking for a toilet around the city, fast boat trip, and then leaving people for 9 hours without the possibility of using the bus, toilet etc. a lot of restaurants did not have places, did not accept customers in the end it was New Year's Eve. as we have already found cafes with a place, most of them are tourists from such trips who were looking for warmth and the opportunity to "relax" after running around the city with a guide. the way back is a race against time. Breaks that were to take place while driving abruptly disappeared, and those that were a few minutes. In general, I will never buy trips without accommodation again

We were in Makarska, generally a trip to the plus, accommodation ok, good food, the only thing we didn't like was the rude, rude calls from drivers on the way back and picking on too heavy luggage, although it did not exceed the permitted weight. I asked them to check if they exceeded the permissible weight but none of the drivers brought any weight.

Prague 2017 bus cool city cool but the guide and pilots are not at all interested in the welfare of passengers. Not only did they not stop at the border, where the good exchange rate of the koruna was, but to be careful where money was exchanged, they informed them only at 15 midway through the trip. Stay 7 nights in Makarska (villa Mila 2) by coach, old-fashioned room in which everything was still going bad, hot water in the boiler was max. 5 minutes, with 2 people it was not enough, thin walls through which neighbors could be heard, no air supply :( Coach irizar i8 in the Makarska side very comfortable, pilot Mrs. Bozenka, a great woman, she told everything and was interested in passengers, professional drivers, worse on the way back, delayed bus, bunk Vdl Futura with a small space between armchairs and a set of passengers + non-refurbishing air conditioning at +34 degrees was very tiring, pilot Kasia did not say too much :( trip to the ship for 30 also did not agree with the description, no refreshments (which was mentioned) and worse ship because the day before the plan has changed. for this money I have a serious disgust and I do not know if I would like to go again with Oscar travel agency, I'm saying.

For the second time I'm going with Oskar to Croatia. Last year the impressions were most positive, the organization was unqualified. This year I hope for a repeat! I would recommend!

A trip to Liguria and Her Pearls in September 2018 is a trip worth recommending. The office has prepared a trip plan professionally, it is optimal for people of all ages. Hotels on the route are checked, rooms clean, renovated, meals decent. Modern, safe and neat coaches. Agnieszka (pilot) is a total Italiomaniak, she is the right person in the right place - for Agnieszka, being a tour guide is more than just a job. It infects people with a good mood, tells a lot of interesting facts about the places visited - it is very helpful and never tires;)

I highly recommend a trip to Dresden, the architecture is breathtaking, charming markets, in the evening you know - the best effect. Very good mulled wine, but I will never eat white sausage again ... ha ha :) Who likes what!

Every 2-3 hours breaks for stretching legs and meals, but so almost 24 hours of travel. Accommodation: Villa Oskar in Makarska. Standard room with a kitchenette on the balcony. Clear. No TV or radio. WI FI works efficiently. Paid 5 euro / day air conditioning. Necessary in August heat. Villa away from the beach on the promenade, about 700 meters, but on a hill like 90% of the guesthouses in Makarska. Return from the beach in exhausting heat. Very comfortable coaches, plenty of legroom, comfortable seats, fold-out, extendable with armrests; working wi-fi. Usually friendly and professional service for drivers and pilots. And tablets on the seats ... on the one hand is a nice thing to make traveling for children and adults more pleasant (at least you can track the route and location of the bus) just why the tablets do not have self-blanking screens ????? at night they horribly blaspheme the passengers sitting in the further seats - no episodes!

Super, I highly recommend the trip Italy in a nutshell. A wonderful guide P. Agnieszka, a woman full of passion for her work. It carries positive energy. Super drivers who provided us with a safe trip, lots of sightseeing and attractions such as tasting food. Free time is fixed with a guide. Good quality transit hotels.
