Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly sales staff, service was subpar (on a busy Saturday) and overall experience was not terrible. It did take us about 5 hours to get in and out of there, even after we knew what vehicle we wanted and even paid full sticker price so there was no negotiating!

Aside from that, beware that EVERY USED VEHICLE PURCHASED will be charged an extra $399 for the "paint coverage insurance" that is not optional and non-negotiable whatsoever. After being forced to purchase this crappy insurance you will probably not be able to get the insurance information either (which we asked 3 different people several times and was told it would be in our packet).

Not pleased at all with the overall experience. The only good thing is that (so far at least) we got a decent deal on a used vehicle at about $500 less than the fair market value (+ $399 insurance) so we essentially broke even.
