Car hunting usually is awful, but the guy who helped us, Michael Edgerton, was great! He wasn t pushy, but he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly without coming across as fake and or trying to be buddy-buddy with me, which happens a lot with other salesmen. 10/10 would send anyone I know to Michael for help with a finding a car. Not to mention Kelley has a huge selection!

I had a terrible experience. I was even asked why I went to Kelley Chevrolet and not somewhere closer to me. It wasn't the vehicle I wanted. I told Lee Wells right away. I knew it was a problem with them when he told me I had three month to make the down payment. I had already returned the keys and told them that wasn't the right vehicle. The harassing text messages didn't stop from there about how the financing was fine. I had no problem with buying a vehicle that just wasn't the one! It wasn't the right vehicle for me! They wouldn't take no for an answer and the keys to my car were never returned to me. The sales man lied and said the scratch would be taken care of before I picked it up the next day. That was the first lie. Then the short GM told me as he argued that there were no consumer protection laws. I wasn't going to say it again and again. I warned him I was calling the police. He continued to tell me Indiana had no consumer protection laws. The GM just left me sitting there for the police to come and look for my key that I never was given back. I'm sorry Chuck! I left crying!! I

I drove 120 miles to find a particular used car and the dealership was ready and waiting. I arrived to a firm handshake and a warm welcome. I was able to take a test drive, and learned the back story on the car since Kelley sold it new as well.
They have a huge, newer facility. Free popcorn and drinks. They also will communicate next steps in preparing your car via text or any method of your choice. Finance was competitive and sought to beat my beloved local credit union...I couldn't be any happier.
I have to make the drive one more time to pick up my car after the protection package is complete, and I don't dread it AT ALL!
Craig is friendly, not pushy and very willing to listen to concerns. Everyone else who spoke to us during the process was friendly also.

Kelley had my dream car at a price that couldn't be beat. The sales guy I spoke with was extremely low pressure (I think mostly because I knew that I was going to buy that specific car) and the guy that did my paperwork was very nice. (Adam F was my sales guy and John did my paperwork.) If you refer someone to Kelley and they buy a car, you get money, I think, so that was neat. They also give you free car washes for the life of the car. I appreciated that everyone was wearing their masks correctly.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had!! All the way to the top! It is really a sorry situation when have to go all the way up to GM to have them correct the problem at a local dealership. Not even Tom Kelley himself couldn t care less about his customers!

This was my first visit for service after my new car purchase. I had an oil change and several other inspections. All was well. The service was prompt as scheduled and entirely satisfactory.
Everyone was nice and professional. We got a deal very fast. I had purchased 7 cars by now, 4 for me and my family, the other 3 for my friends. The experience in Kelly was the best. As an experienced car buyer, I knew where the price could be down to, and I was ready to have a long time argue on numbers. However, all these didn't happen. They were trying to help me get discounts, and the price was down to my expected number very fast.

I was very pleased with everyone I dealt with. Everyone was very polite. I was an out-of-stater I come from Ohio to purchase my truck. I found my truck online with a very good price. I called ahead and told them l was coming to test drive the truck. When I got there Kevin the salesman had the keys in hand had the truck sitting outside the door ready for me to test drive. With all the issues with the covered 19 virus we've had they were set up very well for social distancing. I feel they took every precaution to protect everyone. I walked in the dealership knowing I wanted to buy a truck and with a few hours they had me on the road with my new wheels. I give Kelly Chevrolet an A+ from the Buckeye State. Had an amazing experience at Kelley service department! My brand new Traverse steering wheel had been shaking since day one. The dealer that I purchased the vehicle from could not figure out why and after replacing all the tires it still shook. In the process of this my wheels were damaged. Long story short I decided to live with the shaking in the steering wheel until I took my car to Kelley's. They would not give up until they found the problem! Colton was my service writer and did an amazing job of making sure that my car was perfect! I smiled all the way home that day! Thank you Colton and your service team for not giving up and for making my baby perfect!!

They made me feel very comfortable and at home. They spent the time to figure out what i wanted, and I didnt feel presured at all.
