Very good practice with a personal touch. Nathan knows what he is doing and Saraya is always involved in making a new appointment. As Nathan puts it: "a minute of pain and a month less trouble". Sometimes it can be tackled just as well, but you will benefit from it later. Top.

Nathan is a wizard for me, after years of suffering from headaches and neck complaints, I have been free for a few months now and I sleep a lot better. I now visit every few weeks for a check-up and feel good about it. Nathan thx man.

I had a painful and limited motion stiff neck for five months and nothing I did helped getting it better. I was really suffering and in constant pain from the moment I woke up from the bed until I closed my eyes to sleep. I was in Netherlands Rijswijk for a business trip and accidentally noticed this clinic. I contacted them just three days before I went home and they accommodated me on such a short notice. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Together with Dr. Nathan they did some tests and first time checks and the treatment started right away. From this single adjustment session, Dr. Nathan did some adjustments which really fixed my neck problem and for the first time that night in months. I was able to sleep good and wake up in the next morning really feeling good. He even helped me booking a second session for a next day first thing in the morning despite their busy schedule. With only two sessions, Dr. Nathan helped me greatly while many doctors could not. I may travel back to Holland only to see him and continue my treatments with him, it will be worth the trip. I am currently under treatment for almost a year with noticeable difference, on the treatment table I feel already well but the days after I feel even better, all tension flows out.

Recently started as an assistant at De rugreun and of course also under treatment.12 years I had problems with my lower back, so much pain that I got morvine and I know what medication I had to use to get rid of the pain. Doctors could not find anything and finally in January 2009 I woke up and my left leg did not work anymore! I finally got into a wheelchair so I couldn't even dress my own or go to the toilet. Had to be helped with everything! I felt so horrible, an independent woman still young and in a wheelchair, mobility scooter. Finally in November of 2012 I came to an orthopedic surgeon who could help me get rid of the pain and make sure that my left leg started working again! My hope was therefore based on that. Just a bit to bite because in February of 2013 I would be operated on dorsal spondolese in plain Dutch my 3 lower 3 vertebrae would be fixed. No sooner said than done, the pain was not really less but I could use my left leg again. I only received other complaints in return. Ever tired, and my left buttock felt weird as if there was a scar in my buttock, tingling in this muscle all the way to my calf. This of course indicated to the attending doctor but everything was fine according to him so I had to learn to live with the pain. Sometimes such a pain that I felt that my chassis was loose from my hull, often awake with cramps in the calves nothing could be done for me. Yes full stop medication blocking nerves or paralyzing. Because of medication, I stoned myself like a parrot and I no longer felt myself. Because I wanted more in my head than I could, I became even more depressed with medication. Finally to make a very long story short. I ended up with Nathan and his team as part of the fun team. Already after the first time on the couch I felt better. Last week I received treatment and was emotional that night and did not know why. Later oh yes Nathan thought, that next morning I woke up and I had no PAIN !!! Nowhere at all and this was only after 3 times on the treatment table !! I have been working at the Back Support for 2 weeks now and also get the treatment as many people know. I am no longer tired and feel better in my skin and have almost no more pain !! People think that you cannot help with screws and pins, but I am living proof that it is certainly possible. After 3 weeks already considerable improvement in neck complaints and as a bonus more energy and a positive mood :))!

My wife has been to Natan +/- 6 times.
According to Natan had to come by twice a week.
Treatment takes +/- 5 minutes, patients are scheduled every 10 minutes.
Seems very short to me!
Costs per treatment are 50 euros loose but Natan immediately tries to sell you a package of 20 treatments!

We were not satisfied,

treatment is very fast,
costs versus treatment time too high.
If you cancel, you will be called later in the evening to persuade you to come back.

Did not really help, went to another where she was treated seriously. , where the treatment time is much longer and fewer treatments.

Our additional health insurance has paid the most costs.
You have to advance it, now the insurance and deductible for this commercial help.

Since I come to the Ruggestoeun I feel fitter and better. Monthly maintenance was recommended. Every time a good feeling when I walk out.

Fantastic. I always had migraine attacks and because of this it completely disappeared. I advise everyone here to treat themselves. Has really improved my life.

Great practice, you are always helped friendly and professionally. After the treatment you step out the door with a big smile. The Back Support is recommended for everyone, especially for people who suffer from complaints that are not so prominent. Prevention is better than cure.

I had had many back problems for some time, so I eventually had other complaints.
Many visits to the doctor and various physics practices did not help. Thanks to a colleague I got the tip to pay a visit to the Rug support in Rijswijk, where she was being treated. At my first treatment I was immediately told what was wrong and I was treated for this. The first 6 weeks were very intensive, but it solved the problems.

Years of back pain and headache,
Called on nathan 1.5 years ago.
first made a body scan and it became clear what the cause was.
now 1.5 years later I feel like a fish in the water completely top.

Good practice with very skilled professionals.

Since my childhood I have suffered from 'shortness of breath'. At the first consultation I immediately felt that I could breathe more air and that my lungs always functioned at 80%. My neck has also been fixed for years and together we are working to get it better. I am now almost at the end of the first phase, where you do a consultation twice a week and it is paying off. Have more mobility in my neck and shoulders and I am very happy with the professional approach.

I had neck, back and shoulder pain for several years and other specialists could not help me. After I heard about chiropractic treatment, I was reborn, learned a lot about myself in general to take better care of myself and feel more flexible, am no longer stiff and I just have to make sure that I regularly follow my appointments. I would not recommend an expensive massage before you see treatment with chiropractor because it would be a waste of your money! Massage is only nice when you have found the actual solutions and that is possible at De Ruggesteun, value for money.

The atmosphere in practice is also nice and informal and they have options for tickets to make it cheaper. And after the scan with them I also learned how my body and boats are inside and received advice on nutrition, necessary vitamins and exercises. Also learn from my mistakes: do not stop immediately after a few treatments because you feel better or because you are busy taking care of everything but yourself, because the symptoms may come back if you stop in the middle of the proposed treatment or pause for a long time !

Just to briefly say in English that I also recommend them for their language knowledge, they speak a good few, just ask the assistant!
