The Staff and mason were excellent an attentive, and the car is awsome ! However im docking a star because even with buying it in full at the dealership and no financing, there was no room for negotiation on the price according to the salesman.

Had a wonderful experience here. Came in the morning to test drive the Chevy Spark. The one we decided on (trim level) was in Decature and they had it moved to Fort Wayne, detailed and ready for pick up before the end of the day. I would recommend speaking to Kevin Kelley at this location. He is knowledgeable and straightforward. I felt fairly treated and was very happy with the experience.

I wasn't looking forward to shopping for a new vehicle, so I started looking online first and after an online inquiry, was put in contact with Kevin Kelley, who went above and beyond what I expected. I didn't answer an email or voice mail until after the dealer had closed for the day, but to my surprise, I texted Kevin and he replied back on a Saturday evening. We then spoke on the phone Monday, went to the dealership later that day, he had the Tahoe I had inquired about pulled inside (heavy rains that day), he took the time to go over features that I needed to know prior to sending me out for a test drive. I met with him the next day to see what deals could be made, put a down payment and he introduced me to Thomas Zavacki, who would be handling the financing. I completed the purchase on Friday, which was a little tricky, since I was trading in 2 vehicles, so got to the dealer with the first one, did all the paperwork at that time which Thomas had ready, then Kevin went over things I needed to know about the Tahoe and then found someone to take me back home to get the second vehicle . Kevin and I then briefly met to finish with the trade ins ( sign over titles, copy drivers licenses and turn over keys), Kevin then introduced me to the parts department guy ( sorry I don't remember his name) where I used on online coupon to make a purchase. Kevin met with me once more for questions and then said to get me on my way, to contact him in a week or two and stop in to go over any questions that may have come up and with that I was on my way. In conclusion, what a wonderful experience i had purchasing my new Tahoe and would highly recommend Kelley Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thank You, Kevin and Thomas. Sharon

Worked with Steve Croy to purchase a "new" used car. It was a great experience, he had everything ready to go and made the process painless. I appreciated his ability for quick communication and being able to work with me even through text when needed.

My wife an I went in to the Kelly dealership and were greeted by Mason Coy. He was helpful, quick, and was well versed in the vehicles we looked at. The sales manager and finance manager introduced themselves and were also very helpful and offered insights in regards to finance options due to some poor advice we were given a couple years ago. We were able to purchase the vehicle we both loved and we were able to get our payments lower than we anticipated. The whole staff was friendly and courteous, I can t say enough great things and will be recommending them and doing business with them again.

So nice, friendly, really there to help 24/7. Great customer service. This place is fantastic!

Steve Croy was amazing to work with at Kelly Chevrolet! 1) I am extremely picky and VERY FRUGAL! My husband and I have spent a year and a half trying to find a crew cab truck with low miles at the right price. We ve gone to six dealerships in the past year and didn t find the deal we needed for our family of six. The Croyboy delivered us the vehicle we wanted, at way LESS than sticker price, got us full value for our trade in, spent half the day with us, literally cracking us up the entire time, basically became a member of our family AND he even went to another dealership to get us the vehicle we wanted before it was even for sale! If you are looking for honest, customer service and a great experience, YOU NEED TO WORK WITH STEVE CROY! He doesn t feel like a car salesman, he makes it feel like you re shopping with a friend who has your best interest at heart!!!

Had an excessive initial wait time. It appeared that no one knew who was supposed to wait on me even though I had a scheduled appointment! This was corrected when Walt Royer took care of me.

Steve Croy helped me for my entire experience with Kelley Chevrolet and is pretty much the reason I got the car. When I was nervous the car has been sold he would take time to snap me a picture to assure me it was still available while I awaited my banks approval. He spent a lot of time with me going over every little detail and dollar. I got shown the car fax and much more info about the cars history without even asking for it. I already recommended him/Kelley Chevrolet to pretty much everyone. Don't think I'll ever shop anywhere else!

Steve CroyBoy is an amazing person, who went above and beyond to get me my 2019 Camaro SS 1LE in gorgeous Shock yellow. Staff was very friendly and professional. However I made an appointment a week in advance. Dropped my vehicle off an appointment at 7am Friday, vehicle was not even looked at till Monday around 11am. Why even set appointments then?! This put me and my family in a huge bind not having the car all weekend long.
