I took my car in with a list of problems I have been experiencing for months including a clicking noise that is consistent every time I turn or brake and that the car jerks/shudders occasionally. They informed me they found nothing wrong with the car and couldn't hear any noise, didn't address the jerking or any other problem I mentioned to them and just gave me an oil change. After getting my car back the noise was still VERY apparent, to the point where I feel like they didn't even actually look at the car at all. $80+ down the drain...
