I want to thank Paul Barreto for all his help with the purchase of our used Toyota Highlander. There was some miscommunication on some the details of the vehicle which took some time to sort out. Paul took ownership of the situation and helped change a negative experience into a positive one. He took time to understand our needs and definitely addressed some of the concerns we had. He was great to work with and we appreciate all his help with this purchase.
