Please read! I am posting under an alias name first of all not my real name. Bought a used car a while ago. It was okay. Dealt with Bob who seemed personable and a good guy. The reason for the 3 stars is because everyone else at this dealership - serious attitude/culture problem - from the front desk secretary to the used car manager (who never even came out to congratulate me on my purchase or speak to me), to the finance manager (who said something condescending to me during the signing process), were all very unpleasant, stuck up, and full of themselves. I have never seen such snobbism anywhere else! I felt like they treated me like dirt because I bought an inexpensive used car, and not a Brand New $50,000 Highlander. They act like they are Ferrari or something :S Meanwhile they are just Toyota This is why I won't come back.
